Veteran Log Domestic Supply - Testosterone Masteron Winstrol Anavar BPC157 - Beligas Pharmaqo - Cycle Log

I get them everytime I run for more than 20 mins. Been training tib bar and it's slowly improving.

On the var I was getting shin splints just speed walking on the treadmill. It was so bad I'd have to stop eventually cuz I just couldn't power through anymore.
Thankfully i haven't run since 2019 the last year i played football lol

Ya Taurine and electrolytes helped a lot. Towards the middle of my cycle it was like I developed a tolerance to the Anavar and I didn't get the crazy painful pumps anymore. Those first few weeks were pretty tough though. Especially when the abs flared up

Listening to @stevesmi on the podcast made me want to run again. I avoided it like you too but then he basically said anyone who can't get up off the couch and run a mile is a poosy and that got me thinking. I can do it but not well and my shins will be in crippling pain...so I gotta do something about that.

Coach informed me today 16 weeks foucs on growth/recomp, come January is when we shift gears and enter the cutting phase/protocol, we have the entire stack lined up for the majority of it, besides little possible changes along the way, im very pleased with what is on the horizon.


The push workout overall went really well, i improved flat bench by 10lbs after just one week of doing the movement, i put up 195lbs 15 times, i could have kept going the plan was 15 reps and that is what i achieved, always looking at the plan and pacing myself with my movements, i honestly thought it would be more challenging, then it ended up being.

All i can say is in Anavar pre workout we trust one nation under Anavar with liberty and strength gains for all. 😆

On a serious note even on just 25mg Anavar 3 days a week my strength is continuing its progression, i honestly love anavar, after experimenting with it and seeing what it has done for me, i can see it being in the rotation much more often.

I also improved my weighted dips did my body weight 240lbs + 50lbs added to the weight belt really been focusing on weighted dips alot trying to improve them overall.

Benching is becoming more fluid now as i get my technique back down on flat bench, incline is a whole different story, not sure why but i lack behind, as my coach says its not about weight moved its about quality reps and quality work, progression over time. I find with my shoulder certain movements are just weaker for me after the surgery many years ago, no excuses we work around it and keep striving forward.

I had to limit some sets towards the end as i had to get going into work, nonetheless we finished the whole workout, besides i hammered triceps alot with the weighted dips, i will take that.

150mg Mast E a week
25mg Var pre workout 3 days a week
Beltropin GH 1 IU pre bed
Bpc157 500mcg once daily

I started cycle at 230lbs went up to 244lbs and back down into 240lbs

Overall net gain was 14lbs at first on cycle, ive settle in at 10lbs gained weight wise since i dropped 4lbs when i lowered my doses for a while, so i will go with 10lbs net gain since cycle started, currently im 240lbs


I always forget to add it in, ive been utilizing bpc157 daily for a few weeks now.

Ive been so busy with getting all the digital documents done for my new job its been keeping me plenty busy, lots to do and schedule, it is all worth it in the end.

I am excited because this job is a better work life balance and more time to put into bodybuilding which makes myself and my coach happy.

I am also playing with the idea of fasting for all my shifts which would be 4 10 hour days a week, i know the job is physical and alot of cardio, im trying to see if i can eat in a better window, if i get off at 3pm or 4pm i can try to eat all my food in a 6 hour window of time, not sure if i will do this, just depends on what my coach thinks and feels is right.

My body will be going through a hard reset which might prove beneficial over time as id have to be up by 4am and go to bed much sooner than i normally do, cardio should improve, eating all my meals should improve along with my sleep, which hopefully = better gains and progress in the gym.

The goal is Friday/Saturday/Sunday my off days hit it hard 3 days in a row since those will be my off days every week.

my cardio for now will be my job since im on my feet pushing, pulling, moving stocking loading and unloading at every stop for 10 hours, i feel that having an active job will be super beneficial for cardio, the only time im sitting is when im on the truck heading to my next stop.

This update i will be putting out my new meal prep macros and foods, as well as my leg day from tuesday.

The bulk of my calories is coming mainly from food, with 3 protein shakes topping off the last bit of calories i need to hit the 3,200 mark that my coach set.

Insert the you must really like green beans jokes, yes, yes i do why its cheap lol 😆 😂

I can best describe it as it felt like my legs started locking up.

You can do the all day fast at work easy. I used to do time restricted eating and I have a high labour job too. It's actually really easy when you're busy working all day. You don't even think about food.

Wake up, get ready, out the door, work all day, come home, eat, eat again for dinner around 7-8pm then do it all again. Pretty simple that way.

No good if you're in a growth phase, but when you're cutting the weight will melt off you. Not sure how PEDs might effect things though. You'll probably need to stay extra hydrated and drink electrolytes and EAA's on the regular.

Yeah it definitely does, i have been very impressed with belgias and pharmaqo this entire run, smooth easy, results steady, i cant complain at all, its been my best cycle so far.

Do you really notice an effect from the 25mg Var pre workout 3 days a week?
Taking it sublingually you'll notice it the first day you do it.

I ran it pre-workout only all cycle

You should try it just for fun 1 workout. You'll probably need more than us cuz you're a giant. Just try grinding it up and taking it sublingually 45 mins before your workout and see @Mobster

Ive been so busy with getting all the digital documents done for my new job its been keeping me plenty busy, lots to do and schedule, it is all worth it in the end.

I am excited because this job is a better work life balance and more time to put into bodybuilding which makes myself and my coach happy.

I am also playing with the idea of fasting for all my shifts which would be 4 10 hour days a week, i know the job is physical and alot of cardio, im trying to see if i can eat in a better window, if i get off at 3pm or 4pm i can try to eat all my food in a 6 hour window of time, not sure if i will do this, just depends on what my coach thinks and feels is right.

My body will be going through a hard reset which might prove beneficial over time as id have to be up by 4am and go to bed much sooner than i normally do, cardio should improve, eating all my meals should improve along with my sleep, which hopefully = better gains and progress in the gym.

The goal is Friday/Saturday/Sunday my off days hit it hard 3 days in a row since those will be my off days every week.

my cardio for now will be my job since im on my feet pushing, pulling, moving stocking loading and unloading at every stop for 10 hours, i feel that having an active job will be super beneficial for cardio, the only time im sitting is when im on the truck heading to my next stop.

Do you really notice an effect from the 25mg Var pre workout 3 days a week?
Yes absolutely, if i didn't notice anything i wouldn't utilize the var, coaches instructions are 3 days a week on workout days so i follow the plan, definitely feel way better pumps and strength when i have it in my system as opposed to not taking it before a workout.

Taking it sublingually you'll notice it the first day you do it.

You should try it just for fun 1 workout. You'll probably need more than us cuz you're a giant. Just try grinding it up and taking it sublingually 45 mins before your workout and see @Mobster

I think your masteron is too low. 150mgs won't do much except hit the other steroids a bit with shbg. what is the reasoning of a low dose? @Noah Wixx

Nope just keeping it basic as i normally do, maybe at some point blue berries or watermelon, for now just covering the nutrition i need to get the job done.
 
I think your masteron is too low. 150mgs won't do much except hit the other steroids a bit with shbg. what is the reasoning of a low dose? @Noah Wixx
That would be a question for my coach, this is just how it has it set up, i have plenty mast where i could up the dose, i will say in reality i actually have received a nice strength increase in combination with the test, i just dont really question my coaches protocol unless i feel uneasy about something or dont want to run something, he is strict with his protocols, so unless he says up it i just keep it qt the 150mg

The goal is Friday/Saturday/Sunday my off days hit it hard 3 days in a row since those will be my off days every week.

my cardio for now will be my job since im on my feet pushing, pulling, moving stocking loading and unloading at every stop for 10 hours, i feel that having an active job will be super beneficial for cardio, the only time im sitting is when im on the truck heading to my next stop.

This update i will be putting out my new meal prep macros and foods, as well as my leg day from tuesday.

The bulk of my calories is coming mainly from food, with 3 protein shakes topping off the last bit of calories i need to hit the 3,200 mark that my coach set.

i take taurine and i stay hydrated, not sure if it was a combination of the anavar and other factors, either way i was pleased with my workout, to make up for ditching the last 2 sets of hack squat i tossed in some 100lb dumbbell squats, as noted below, bad cramping in my quads during hack squat. I can best describe it as it felt like my legs started locking up.

Yeah maybe im sure he will let me know, either way im seeing great results how it is now, today i jumped 20lbs in rows for 15 reps over my previous best and increased 5lbs over the 300lb stack by adding a plate and hit 12 reps, 5lb increase from last week with 2 more reps then last week.

Few updates first and foremost.

Weight up 1.6lbs from last week 240lbs int 241.6lbs we are slowly growing again.

Strength on rows hit all new PRs on each set for seated cable rows, first set of 15 up 20lbs, set of 12 up 5lbs drop set up another 20lbs, back strength coming along nicely.

The sublingual var pre workout 45 minutes ahead of time keeps out doing itself, ive never pushed weight with rows and other movements up this progressively and at a rapid pace.

It feels so good knowing i can max the stack out and have to add weight utilizing the guide pin i put into the stack.

The rowing was so strong today i felt i could not miss, i controlled myself and didn't go crazy. I think im just going to add 5lb and 10lb plates till my progress reaches stagnation, even at 305lb i felt so smooth and just every rep was on point.

I introduced smith machine rack pulls as i haven't done them in a long time, i love that movement i get tons of activation in my back utilizing them.

My pull day went excellent im so happy with this, my head space and attitude is in a great place things are clicking and im just out here on the grind by any means.

One side note seeing how strong certain lifts have become it does make me curious what 140mg of tren ace would do....not gonna lie not saying im going to run it at all, i do think, damn if u can max out the stack on just test/var/winny the mg amount im at 650mg injectables a week and just 75mg total var a week... what would tren do for me.

This cycle ive seen the most growth body weight wise, strength and endurance wise from domestic-supply i just cant miss on this cycle with these compounds.

I was up 14lbs at one point dropped 4lbs not im up 11.6lbs on cycle and slowly getting back the lbs i lost, its been incredible, i feel like a different looking person.

How do you like the smith machine rack pulls? I usually do them in a squat rack with a standard barbell but haven’t done any in a while.

Keep pushing man! Nice strength on relatively low gear.

The sublingual var pre workout 45 minutes ahead of time keeps out doing itself, ive never pushed weight with rows and other movements up this progressively and at a rapid pace.

It feels so good knowing i can max the stack out and have to add weight utilizing the guide pin i put into the stack.

The rowing was so strong today i felt i could not miss, i controlled myself and didn't go crazy. I think im just going to add 5lb and 10lb plates till my progress reaches stagnation, even at 305lb i felt so smooth and just every rep was on point.

I introduced smith machine rack pulls as i haven't done them in a long time, i love that movement i get tons of activation in my back utilizing them.

My pull day went excellent im so happy with this, my head space and attitude is in a great place things are clicking and im just out here on the grind by any means.

One side note seeing how strong certain lifts have become it does make me curious what 140mg of tren ace would do....not gonna lie not saying im going to run it at all, i do think, damn if u can max out the stack on just test/var/winny the mg amount im at 650mg injectables a week and just 75mg total var a week... what would tren do for me.

this is another strong workout. a great pulling day is important. it helps you push things harder @Noah Wixx
 
i like what you are doing. save the tren. i waited like 6 years of using other steroids before i used tren. it made it really worth it @Noah Wixx
I was thinking the same thing if I'm honest mentally i dont feel im ready for it or can handle it yet, i think for now i can get away with not deploying it.

Im kind of thinking when i cut down after the growth phase, mainly because i haven't used them yet, if my coach agrees, some low dose test prop/ mast prop retatrutide and gw nice clean easy cutting cycle.

Or the tride and true normal longer esters, i kind of like experimenting with cycles and seeing which ones work and fit me best from a mental stand point and a gains stand point in that order

Got to feel good first so i can enjoy the cycle and grind my way forward with where i want to go.

Aren't DHT derivatives supposed to have less of an effect on peoples mental state?

I know for sure the nandralones have a bad rep that way.

I started cycle at 230lbs went up to 244lbs and back down into 240lbs

Overall net gain was 14lbs at first on cycle, ive settle in at 10lbs gained weight wise since i dropped 4lbs when i lowered my doses for a while, so i will go with 10lbs net gain since cycle started, currently im 240lbs


I always forget to add it in, ive been utilizing bpc157 daily for a few weeks now.

Ive been so busy with getting all the digital documents done for my new job its been keeping me plenty busy, lots to do and schedule, it is all worth it in the end.

I am excited because this job is a better work life balance and more time to put into bodybuilding which makes myself and my coach happy.

I am also playing with the idea of fasting for all my shifts which would be 4 10 hour days a week, i know the job is physical and alot of cardio, im trying to see if i can eat in a better window, if i get off at 3pm or 4pm i can try to eat all my food in a 6 hour window of time, not sure if i will do this, just depends on what my coach thinks and feels is right.

My body will be going through a hard reset which might prove beneficial over time as id have to be up by 4am and go to bed much sooner than i normally do, cardio should improve, eating all my meals should improve along with my sleep, which hopefully = better gains and progress in the gym.

The goal is Friday/Saturday/Sunday my off days hit it hard 3 days in a row since those will be my off days every week.

my cardio for now will be my job since im on my feet pushing, pulling, moving stocking loading and unloading at every stop for 10 hours, i feel that having an active job will be super beneficial for cardio, the only time im sitting is when im on the truck heading to my next stop.

This update i will be putting out my new meal prep macros and foods, as well as my leg day from tuesday.

The bulk of my calories is coming mainly from food, with 3 protein shakes topping off the last bit of calories i need to hit the 3,200 mark that my coach set.

i take taurine and i stay hydrated, not sure if it was a combination of the anavar and other factors, either way i was pleased with my workout, to make up for ditching the last 2 sets of hack squat i tossed in some 100lb dumbbell squats, as noted below, bad cramping in my quads during hack squat. I can best describe it as it felt like my legs started locking up.

when i used tren every other steroid became instantly worthless. thats the main issue
