Saturday 6, will start gear, and the training I will push intensity to another level , diet, nutrition, macros will remain consistent, will push reps to 1 in reserve on big lifts that require spotter
( since I train alone ) all other lifts will be to failure.
95 percent of training will be free weights, I have 3 Olympic bars, 700lbs of plates, and a complete set of dumbbells, I bought some more dumbbells to complete my garage gym, so I now have a set of 2 dumbbells weighing from 15lbs all the way up to 100lbs
