Thanks bro, yeah I’m at 250mg weekly just Sustanon, then after couple weeks I’ll ad 150mg weekly Deca, run that a few weeks, then I’ll titrate upwards, will probably eventually blast at 1000mg Sustanon 400mg Deca through the fall early winter… then around end January I’ll go into a cutting phase, but it will be a mild cut, Sustanon and Equipoise, with a touch of Tren… that’s what I’m thinking now, could change… I’ll see how EVO family recommends..💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Man you’re so right brother! Feet are killing me leg’s cramps sometimes… just being exhausted all the time taking a toll on me! I am Having to eat 2 extra meals everyday just to keep being able to bulk 😂

What's the current stack look like?

Are you drinking lots of electrolytes and taurine to help with the cramps?
Yes lots of electrolytes from “Liquid IV”, taurine I have not tried…
Current stack test only, titrating upwards , to 1 gram test… currently at 500mg Sustanon weekly two injections 250mg Monday and 250mg Friday…

For the taurine you can run 5g a day split into 2 doses and it will help a lot with the cramps. You can mix it in with your liquid IV. Check the liquid IV though cuz it might have a bit in there already.

No worries at all, that grind is real. Hitting one muscle a day for 5 sets while working those hours still keeps your body active and blood moving. Try to make 15min on your day off to update the EVO family :D @LeNguyen

I’m one of those few, who never has sides from test or most any of the anabolics… only tren seems to give me some sleep issues and some nights sweats but nothing major… and I can not run superdroll if my life depends on it, it makes me so sick 3 days in… but other than that I can go pretty high dosages without issues on most compounds…
For some reason I do not convert estrogen, it never has been a problem 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Thanks brother, been rotating with heavy 8-10 reps then next session on that muscle I go high reps 12-20, rotate back and fourth… should be getting back to normal at work sometime next week.
So I will be able to train harder 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Wow that's really lucky. You're blessed bro. Not needing to worry about gyno would be awesome lol. Ya I don't think anyone is comfortable with superdrol from what I read but it seems like a necessary torture if you're competing.

Yeah that stuff is rat poison for me😂
I get really good gains on Anadrol without the sickness of superdrol…. Wanna try Dianabol one day just to see how I react to it💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Good rotation setup, that rep range switch keeps things growing and joints happy. Getting back to full work schedule will help burn through those extra carbs too. :D
