180cm tall, 224 pounds (102kg)

I was 242 pounds (110kg) prior to the cut
If I end up back around that same weight but with much better conditioning and body composition I’ll be wrapped

Will be my first time using EQ so I'm pretty excited, may even start at just 265mg of EQ till bloods then increase Test and Eq accordingly...after being in a cut for last few months Im looking forward to the appetite increase haha

problem with that is EQ has a long ester. so its best to start at the dose you want right away

What about a big front load? I've heard of guys running double doses for the first few weeks cuz of the crazy long wait for saturation.

in that situation you do a kickstart with an oral.
 
Reta will be 500mcg - 1mg a week, I really like the health benefits it offers and at that dose i wont see any appetite suppression...I always pin my oils EOD no matter the esters
oh okay.. that seems like a low dose. but makes sense for what you are after

heart health in general. they found it by accident with perfect timing too considering the epidemic of ED started in the USA in the 80's/90's

Thanks brother, was bloody painful prepping yesterday

So I prep on Sunday for 3 days, then cook on Wednesday for another 2 days

The bulk food I cook is for dinners only, previously I’d cook one Sunday a month and bang out enough dinners for my wife and I for the month…this time round I’m going to have to cook in the evening still but I’ve got some slow cook recipes that will be much quicker to put together

Beef mince and rice - 3 days
Omelette - 3 days
Korean fried chicken is 5 dinners for both my wife and I
Alfredo pasta is 5 dinners

Looks like a ton of work but looks really good. Worth it if from the looks of things. You get 4 differ meals instead of all just the same.

Yeah i completely agree with you about the e2, ill just wait for bloods this week so i can see where i can move. Now im getting leaner too im curious if ill naturally aromatise less, bloods will tell 🤞
Smart move, by all accounts it should…mine being higher was also some miss management as well I wasn’t as strict with bloods as I am now

5 day split + cardio & abs - all exercises work up to 1 max set of 8 - 12 reps
Body weight exercises will be done to failure
I'll be doing as many building sets that are required to max out safely

Chest/Triceps
Back/Biceps
Quads/Calves
Shoulders/Arms
Hamstrings/Calves
Cardio/Abs

Yeah it’s a decent whack, still on the lower end of toxicity though with very basic compound choices…yeah it’s probably where that will land to be honest…split into 2 doses?

Have to be patient on the pics, I’ve got some weekend training lined up next week after months of being busy every weekend. I miss weekend training, not rushed then can get some great food after a make a something of it

Feeling great with where my food is currently sitting and nothing has changed there

Throwing up my leg day from this week, one of the things I’m really looking forward to is some strength gains. My strength has yo-yo for some time dependant on so many variables so excited to see what comes now with a solid push

Warm up sets for each if required then work up to 1 max set of 8 - 12 reps

test increase is clearly clicking for you and it shows in how you’re feeling and training. reflux from the retatrutide isn’t fun but if it stays manageable it shouldn’t derail progress. leg session looks clean, weights are in a good range and those top sets are pushing into the right rep zone. nice balance hitting both quads and calves with some real volume, that’s going to carry over to strength gains once recovery keeps stacking. smart move giving yourself a day off before shoulders so you can come in fresh. cardio and meal prep tomorrow will keep the rhythm going steady. :D @JimmyO187

@LevButlerov recommended Apple cider vinegar with the mother for my reflux and it worked like a charm. 1 tbsp with a big cup of warm water
