Might make some slight adjustments as things progress but my basic cycle is going to be:

There's tons of podcast episodes about these compounds, stacked with all sorts of stuff - but these ones below were core to my research and the ones I've listened to multiple times. Like sitting down with my notebook like it's a lecture type listening I mean:


My training plan changes slightly quite often, based on advice from the forum but I lift most days, probably average five or six days a week.

I love leg training and have been most consistent with it, largely because that's what I learnt first so was the routine I defaulted to if I couldn't be bothered thinking or looking up a better plan. I can just go into the gym and do a full leg routine from memory but now I have added a high rep day also.

I've only used machines up until recently with adding squats with the bar only, or 5kg plates either side for stability sometimes. And use a 20kg plate on the floor to keep my heels elevated and squat super deep. I do about six sets of 12 of these once a week, and do two sets of 12 other days if it feels right.

I found two heavy leg days a week to be too much when I started training other things too. Now I do one heavy day and one high rep bar squats day each week.

I want to up my cardio levels and start doing yoga a couple of times a week, start skateboarding instead of walking and regularly attend the 6:15am assault bike group class at my local gym, it's 30 minutes but it is full-on. If I can regularly attend that I think it will have a large affect.

Up until recently when the new R18 gym opened I used to lift at 12pm before the after-school care starts and by that time I had recovered from the half hour cardio bike and hour walk.

I do a lot of walking. Both as transport and for fun, I go and walk barefoot on the beach most evenings. Here's the past 7 days of steps with two being over 30k:

For diet and supplements I'm going to have a baseline daily protien intake of 400g from my 4 shakes. That's 20 raw eggs @ 5.9g protein and 12 scoops of Optimum Nutrition Gold whey shake powder @ 24g each, plus 10g creitine total a day, is 101g protein per shake and 404g over the day.

I have started eating rice and adding bananas to the shakes a few days a week now. Also going to add organ meat and bone broth soon, but for now I'm still losing weight every day and feeling amazing from downing 20 raw eggs. I really think you're missing out of you don't do this ;)

My idea was to try cover three main things with each entry
  • Daily metrics and raw numbers
  • Pictures of diet, pins and the topic at hand
  • Unfiltered rambling
My hopes with that would be that when referring back or searching, the numbers are there for training and diet, general topics are easier to find with the pictures and also some people won't want to read my journal entires but might be having a conversation with me about something elsewhere on the forum and I can still link them to the data relevant to our conversation and have it be there available if they scroll past the text section.

I'm also inconsistent with logging my macros and have gotten worse since the shakes and want to fix that with this new log.

If I do them the same way (5 eggs cracked first to cover blades --> three scoops ON Gold whey --> creitine, splast of water & salt) they come out at 101g protein and since atcually eating has become so rare I can atcually photograph everything I eat outside of this pretty easily.

I think a simple template below will help me with this. Copy sleep and step data from the tracker watch and macros from app to the Evo thread like below and that should be it. I'll add the missing macros soon.

I've configured the macro tracking app and added my specific ingredients to my apps, like the macros for one scoop of whey shake powder, the type of eggs I get with 5.9g protien each and 5.8 fat and the two brands of tuna.

Just have to wing it with bananas but they should not be too far off the defaults. Also have a food scale for cooked rice and meat. When I add the bone broth and organ meat I'll figure those out and weigh them up every day too.

I'm going to use a combination of my free-form text, template data and also copy how @HarleyGuy highlights stuff and signals changes in his logs using colour, larger font size, underlining.

That's smart given that most people don't scroll pack any pages to look at the old data you mention unless it's already there like it is in his system.

So my intention is to post a log entry every single day, but sometimes I might post it the next day. Definitely will record everything.

Despite being a bum I still have to carry a phone so the government can make sure I'm bumming around correctly, so I try and make the most of the situation by using the phone for writing notes, listening to podcast episodes, and take photos of things throughout the day and summarise it all at night after lifting & showering.

Sometimes there's a day gap, I order my photo gallery by date so can see what happened yesterday as there's no way I will accurately remember.

The main data I will correlate in my log is:
  • Steps
  • Sleep
  • Heart rate
  • Weight
  • Protien
My short term memory is really bad now. I was hoping that it'd bounce back like how my arm started working again but it hasn't.

The biggest problem this causes is I can't remember if I've already taken or injected stuff today, and so the photo have become important to me 😂

I refer to my Evo log for mundane reasons like this all the time.

I have a cooler box to keep peptides and shit in, and three freezer pads so if I go to the ship every few days and swap them over I can keep the box cold

It's a public holiday in New Zealand today and I for one got up to go to the cardio bike class but nobody was there. Will try again tomorrow!

Second pin was 0.29ml of Testosterone Enanthate at 250mg/ml concentration, the amount I calculated as the ED amount to reach 500mg a week then loaded up the new ED pin dose amount of 0.29ml from the AUStarLabs bottle that's 250mg/ml concentration:

I had my EOD retatrutide shot yesterday, so will pin that again tomorrow. Just increased my dose to 2.5mg a week two pins ago.

And I think your skin, not that bad, I actually think it’s already tightening you’re just staying a step ahead. Your body recomp is significant!

The Reta and the shakes and the test is like, everything every diet claims to do, but it’s real. I still think the walking is a huge part. I know a lady that lost 100 pounds just by walking, and I had a kid at work that lost 100 pounds in a year just from the standing and all the steps we do at work. The whole time your fat cells are releasing energy into your blood stream and you use it instead of reabsorbing, you’re actually blowing it out in your breath!

What would you think about converting some of those steps into running? I used to run until I got shin splints. I’d sprint from one pole to the next, then jog to the next, then sprint. Sprinting is pretty sick. It builds a lot of power in your whole body. Sprinters look good. I like watching old clips of Ben Johnson exploding off the blocks like a cannon loaded with winstrol tabs lol.

There’s a lot of fun little things you can do that add to the completeness of a physique. Rock climbers have awesome forearms and backs. Even like, digging holes and beating things with heavy hammers, that kind of stuff definitely shows on me

I think you're right bro, I'm probably overblowning. Based on @HarleyGuy response that he was 260lbs fat before losing it and getting the skin it's likely just needs more time. I will try the fasting thing though when I figure out why the reta isn't working as well. I a plate of rice and had bananas in my shakes coz I'm out of eggs till this evening.

People eat through stomach staples and stretch out the non stabled bit until it can take the desired amount of pizza and shit. Imagine seeing inside that persons mind at a few key moments

Ouch! I don't know what that is but the name is pretty descriptive. I've got flat as fuck feet, like zero arches and I wear othotic insoles that cost a grand a go. I had a moment when things were pretty bleak when I was 21 and instead of going into a church or something I tried to join the army and right on the front pave of the form it asked if you were colourblind or have flat feet. I don't know why they care so much but they rejected me and I swapped their taxi voucher to a crackhead for a bottle of wine and moved on to Plan F.

Turns out this dates back to world war two, I can't fucking believe it but either of those things would get you out of the draft.

I read this book about the Christian anti war movement that was huge in NZ, like tens of thousands of Christians refused to go and they sent them to these like work camp things and made them dig up gorse bushes (google them, they're a gift from England) but there was a chapter about the non Christians at the work camp and half of them had heard about this flat feet and colourblindness thing and just rolled with that. Seems easy to verify but whatever 😂

That's awesome man, that hole HIIT style brusts would really tip it over the edge. I heard about the winstrol thing in the 80s from the podcast but I turn off when hearing about spots doping or anything with judges. My favourite was what they did to that swimmer Ben? Phelps, that was the most embarrassing thing I've ever seen. They should have either given him two medals or my pick would be to redo the race but level the playing field and get the others on the same 'preformance enhancers' as him.

It's awesome man, I've been looking into that skateboarder you linked to and it's amazing shit. I always wondered about this, I was really good at skateboarding when I was 13ish but watching the few pros I got to see clear 15 stairs like it was nothing never really computed in my head. Like you'd fuck yourself up big time just running and jumping down them and the skateboard itself is hardly a trampoline at the bottom but maybe this is it. They've trained their legs to have dense bones and everything is insanely strong. But we are doing something fairly straight forward with muscles right? It gets pretty murky with what's going on with the skateboarders...

Thanks brother it does feel like it's all coming together :) the decent time in deficit was definitely the trick, but if I'd just starved instead of finding the egg-shakes I don't think it'd feel good but I feel great. Way more energy despite not sleeping well the past few weeks.

Yeah I did stuff like that. 12 stairs. Ride off roof tops. I broke a lot of decks and king pins. My actual dad was around then and we figured out how to source bolts that fit as king pins instead of paying skate shop prices. That helped lol

There's tons of podcast episodes about these compounds, stacked with all sorts of stuff - but these ones below were core to my research and the ones I've listened to multiple times. Like sitting down with my notebook like it's a lecture type listening I mean:


My training plan changes slightly quite often, based on advice from the forum but I lift most days, probably average five or six days a week.

I love leg training and have been most consistent with it, largely because that's what I learnt first so was the routine I defaulted to if I couldn't be bothered thinking or looking up a better plan. I can just go into the gym and do a full leg routine from memory but now I have added a high rep day also.

I've only used machines up until recently with adding squats with the bar only, or 5kg plates either side for stability sometimes. And use a 20kg plate on the floor to keep my heels elevated and squat super deep. I do about six sets of 12 of these once a week, and do two sets of 12 other days if it feels right.

I found two heavy leg days a week to be too much when I started training other things too. Now I do one heavy day and one high rep bar squats day each week.

I want to up my cardio levels and start doing yoga a couple of times a week, start skateboarding instead of walking and regularly attend the 6:15am assault bike group class at my local gym, it's 30 minutes but it is full-on. If I can regularly attend that I think it will have a large affect.

Up until recently when the new R18 gym opened I used to lift at 12pm before the after-school care starts and by that time I had recovered from the half hour cardio bike and hour walk.

I do a lot of walking. Both as transport and for fun, I go and walk barefoot on the beach most evenings. Here's the past 7 days of steps with two being over 30k:

For diet and supplements I'm going to have a baseline daily protien intake of 400g from my 4 shakes. That's 20 raw eggs @ 5.9g protein and 12 scoops of Optimum Nutrition Gold whey shake powder @ 24g each, plus 10g creitine total a day, is 101g protein per shake and 404g over the day.

I have started eating rice and adding bananas to the shakes a few days a week now. Also going to add organ meat and bone broth soon, but for now I'm still losing weight every day and feeling amazing from downing 20 raw eggs. I really think you're missing out of you don't do this ;)

My idea was to try cover three main things with each entry
  • Daily metrics and raw numbers
  • Pictures of diet, pins and the topic at hand
  • Unfiltered rambling
My hopes with that would be that when referring back or searching, the numbers are there for training and diet, general topics are easier to find with the pictures and also some people won't want to read my journal entires but might be having a conversation with me about something elsewhere on the forum and I can still link them to the data relevant to our conversation and have it be there available if they scroll past the text section.

I'm also inconsistent with logging my macros and have gotten worse since the shakes and want to fix that with this new log.

If I do them the same way (5 eggs cracked first to cover blades --> three scoops ON Gold whey --> creitine, splast of water & salt) they come out at 101g protein and since atcually eating has become so rare I can atcually photograph everything I eat outside of this pretty easily.

I think a simple template below will help me with this. Copy sleep and step data from the tracker watch and macros from app to the Evo thread like below and that should be it. I'll add the missing macros soon.

I've configured the macro tracking app and added my specific ingredients to my apps, like the macros for one scoop of whey shake powder, the type of eggs I get with 5.9g protien each and 5.8 fat and the two brands of tuna.

Just have to wing it with bananas but they should not be too far off the defaults. Also have a food scale for cooked rice and meat. When I add the bone broth and organ meat I'll figure those out and weigh them up every day too.

I'm going to use a combination of my free-form text, template data and also copy how @HarleyGuy highlights stuff and signals changes in his logs using colour, larger font size, underlining.

That's smart given that most people don't scroll pack any pages to look at the old data you mention unless it's already there like it is in his system.

So my intention is to post a log entry every single day, but sometimes I might post it the next day. Definitely will record everything.

Despite being a bum I still have to carry a phone so the government can make sure I'm bumming around correctly, so I try and make the most of the situation by using the phone for writing notes, listening to podcast episodes, and take photos of things throughout the day and summarise it all at night after lifting & showering.

Sometimes there's a day gap, I order my photo gallery by date so can see what happened yesterday as there's no way I will accurately remember.

The main data I will correlate in my log is:
  • Steps
  • Sleep
  • Heart rate
  • Weight
  • Protien
My short term memory is really bad now. I was hoping that it'd bounce back like how my arm started working again but it hasn't.

The biggest problem this causes is I can't remember if I've already taken or injected stuff today, and so the photo have become important to me 😂

I refer to my Evo log for mundane reasons like this all the time.

@vanlife_gymbum hopefully you can figure out the sleeping issue. That's definitely a lot of wear and tear on the body. This time of year I sleep the worst especially before the time changes. It's so annoying.

Thanks man, it is annoying. I really had it nailed for a while there. It's been a month now and I thought I might have a chance at coming right but not yet.. it really interferes with my routine and I'm constantly redefining the routine.

I spent all my medical weed money on steriods and whey powder. I do this every so often where things in my life are going well and MC becomes a lower priority until I stop sleeping properly and a few weeks later make the connection and remember it was weed and exercise in used to solve sleep, not one or the other. The same thing happens if I stop walking too.

I've been using it for 26 years now and my views on it and it's affect on me have never changed but my head is full of bullshit other people think about it and it's even worse now it's legal medically because now there's atcual scam doctors, like the pill mill doctors in Florida back in the day, but for weed and that's something New Zealand never had because of socialised medicine, all the scams happen at the board/government level not from the doctor.

So now there's scammers dressed up like doctors telling me lies about it too.

i hear you man. just remember when you have to induce yourself to sleep using anything, whether a supplement, herb or drug then it lowers the quality sleep. hopefully one day you can just sleep without any aids. this is what i do every night. the only thing i use are blue blocker glasses after sunset and i'm out like a rock, i only get up at night to pee

The last bit shows the most. It’s rare to see such a linear progression, usually people stall either right away, or near their goal stall hard.

I see a guy, he’s been on glp1 for a long time. He’s taking plenty of testosterone. In the gym way too much. Stalled hard. Not making progress currently. You’re absolutely killing it. You could’ve taken a pic a day and made a crazy Timelapse.

Wild ae. Science is going crazy. One of my goals these days is to reach longevity escape velocity or LEV. It's living long enough until the graph goes exponential for longevity. We wont be immortal overnight or even in the next 20 years, but it's about hitting the point of being still alive while science for it just gets better and better, so you can ride the train permanently as we crack the code.

That’s cheap. It definitely can work. I got a buddy that skied his whole life. But he was like 350 pounds and could barefoot gracefully. It’s weird to watch, shouldn’t be possible, and needed like at least an 500 horsepower boat hahaha. Insanely strong and athletic but fat and drunk. Wild to watch. He got on ozempic and had insane results too. Like 150 pounds I. A year. Looks like a jacked surfer now. His sister did it too and it makes me wanna cry because damn she was bubbly😔😔😔

Yesterday I went to the needle exchange, out the back this time! It's a labyrinth and there were office loads of people and an atcual warehouse with three people packing picks to mail to pussies and disabled people I guess.

I'm going to write a short guide on how to repeat this process in a new community research thread in the NZ section. I met with The Drugs Project, a taxpayer funded community organisation that tests drugs at festivals and now have a permanent office at the back of the needle exchange, and testing oils is simple.

It's hard with pills because this tiny little hole circled next to the testosterone bottle is where the sample fits and pills are mostly filler so we hit that every time, tried there pills twice each.

I'm wondering if I could try dissolve the whole thing and it be high enough concentration if water soluble or can separate the filler with a cold water extraction or something. I dunno but there's a 3 to 6 week turn around for the next level of testing.

I got all three bottles of testosterone enanthate I own tested, but the orals were too hard because of filler and they're being sent to the lab for analysis.

Im very happy to report that all three were found to contain testosterone enanthate, no other compounds, and no heavy metals or contaminates.

That was all 250mg/ml concentration of Test E from the only three NZ vendors I can personally vouch for: @SWOLENZ, @SaintSoup the Evo rep for Life Forge, and AUStarLabs NZ branch.

Nice work guys, I'm very thankful that was the outcome. Lifting aside the testosterone therapy is a long term medical thing and I need to have legit sources with real gear. Hopefully in the near future all three of these vendors will have been through the Evo verification process. They all have their own specialisation and for kiwi steriod and peptide users between the three are pretty well covered.

Slightly better sleep last night but woke up early, guess that's better than the middle of the night. My routine is broken and I need to fix it and fix my sleep and ensure I wake up at the same time regardless of sleep.

My journey to getting an apprenticeship to re-train with the fire department took an unexpected turn.

There was a landslide knocking out the train line I needed and it was replaced with buses. The place I was going was out of the way and industrial and a half-sized bus came, aka a short bus.

The government didn't trust that I could get dressed by myself and do the interview as normal people might attempt, though probably fair enough given the state of my peers I was soon to learn, so for a few weeks I'm going to learn now to get dressed, and go shopping with government officials.

Okay whatever, I can play this game for a few weeks, probably a good idea becuse I don't atcually have appropriate clothes.

I already cut the sleeves off most of my corporate gimp-suits and wouldn't wear those anyway, need smart casual I think, or like what a fireman's wife might dress him for a court appearance.

But somewhere along the line I think a mix-up happened, and I know better than to question these things, questions get you on lists and before long you get "good morning" texts from the government. No shit. At least the Reefer Madness style phone calls warning me of the horrors of marijuana I used to get were amusing.

I was late because I had to get my methadone dose on my side of town at 8:30am at the earliest then catch a bus then a train, so no way I was going to make 9am anyway but then the landslide thing happened and the short bus came.

80 minutes late I walk into a room FULL of woman. With one alpha woman at the front loudly delivering a speech. She stops and in silence they all turn and look at me.

I usually would have felt very awkward disturbing a room full of people like this who are now all looking at me but I felt nothing, no emotions at all and confidently just said hello ladies, sorry I'm late and introduced myself.

I felt them staring at me... but of course I did because everyone was looking at me... but, it felt different. I now know that's because half of them were turned on and looking at me like I'm just a peice of meat.

Which I am and it was atcually awesome, because all of them got attracted to me all by themselves without me having to do anything at all, execpt handling what most of them would have found to be a very awkward situation.

I don't know why the government selected the two of us to become more self empowered woman, or if they sent us to a room full of woman with low self esteem for a reason but I decided I'm going to just do it.

Somehow at the end of this I might get an apprenticeship with the fire department. I don't yet see how but I've got faith in the process 😂

The Muslim girl across from me started crying when informed that she is valuable and worthy just as she is, even though she is not married. As the closest person to her I was releived when the alpha female stepped in, I read the workbook and pretended I wasn't listening.

Alpha female was really skilled at dealing with this atcually, her people skills were next level. Unmarried Muslim girl detailed her feelings on the pressure she feels from parents and culture to get married and no go to school, and how difficult that is in New Zealand where the societal expectations are different than those.

She said she knows she's more than a potential wife but can't feel it and has shit her dad says swirilling around in her head. Her Dad must have some imported bloke in mind else he's in for a rude awakening when he finds out about tap and gap.

Next we learnt about RIS or RAS, I forget what I means but it's like the shit in The Secret where if you see stuff all the time you'll something something. It was atcually pretty scientific and interesting and led to our afternoon activity, cutting shit out of magazines that represent our goals and making our own Vision Bosrds.

She said the two men can call them "game plans" if they want. I didn't get why, but they then handed out glue and scissors. Being the government it's safe and non-toxic glue, no sniffing qualities.

But to get us in the mood we were treated to a final motivational speech at volume, this time about putting your socks on and going to work you sad-sack cunt leaving your victim mentally behind you and becoming successful by your own measure of success, not that of society.

Old mate got into the spirit pretty early into the crowd-engagement portion of the speech and I nearly shat my pants when he yelled "I AM WORTY!" in unison with the woman without warning.

But I think I've set the scene for the atcual crazy shit I experienced. We got to roam freely while browsing magazines and I took one of the couches and was very shortly joined by one, two, three girls. And one came and sat on the arm of is as there were no spaces left. I swear I was completely sober during all this.

I don't know where to start with this or what's going on, execpt it's probably related to high testosterone and woman have inbuilt testosterone detectors and my now high testosterone levels are triggering them...

I thought this stuff was pretty far-out when @LevButlerov first told me about it, and given that I was an atcual smack-head I'd forgive you for questioning my judgement when I say woman and strangers have completely changed the way they interact with me and are now always looking at me and approaching me without prompt.

People make eye contact with me first. Strangers want to talk to me, I dunno it's like I was invisible before but not anymore.

I used to make eye contact and smile at people but that's me making the first move, now it's the other way around and when I want to look down and be in my own world with my headphones on they manage to breach it somehow, I can't fly under the radar anymore. It's really crazy and I can't talk to many people about it without sounding like a total space cadet or even like a delusional narcissist.

But this time it's not glances that i could have potentially misunderstood and they were physically touching me at every opportunity. One 21 year old girl in particular was not fucking shy about it. We were at different tables but sitting back to back. She cut out a advert for a product called "space crush" and circled the word "crush" and slipped it into my hand like how you discreetly pass drug dealers cash in handshakes.

She told me my shirt was inside out, which is was. Damn government was right, I can't get dressed properly.

I asked her to cut the tag off for me since we were all armed with scissors. While she was doing that she started gently stroking the back of my neck with her fingers. It's not possible that I misread this. I'm pretty sure nothing like this has ever happened before.

If I wasn't so fucked up I would have got at least a semi if not a raging hard-on, but this is all while the bubbly lady was still delivering her speech which I was distracted from "...because you're not a victim! THERE ARE NO VICTIMS IN THIS ROOM!"

It was all getting a bit much and I got up and made my sixth coffee. Didn't need to tuck my dick under my belt though coz that's not fully operational I guess. I'm sure any one of these chicks could fix that given a chance but I can't be fucked cleaning up my van at the moment, not that it would be a problem with these girls, they'd be down at the river-bank or probably just right behind the building, but that wouldn't look good on my updated CV.

I have five more examples, but I'm going to wait until next week and see how things progress and probably will have better ones.

I will share the updated CV when it's done as I did not write any of it. The pros they employ did it in the office while we were making our Vision Boards, based on one conversation where she took a lot of notes. This lady impressed me a few times with her "reframing" skills so I'm pretty interested in this. I did not want to do that and would have put it off, but I need it to move forward with the fire department apprenticeship.

So got picked up by the short bus and taken to a course to make me into a more empowered and self confident woman.

Hopefully after spending money on shit like this they'll run out of money fund any new foreign wars.

Now I'm back and the gym and thankful for that. Got my headphones cranking the new Evolutionary.org podcast episode from yesterday about the dodgy supplement industry and looks like it has chapters about Need 2 Build Muscle, the company which makes n2guard.

I've been very interested in n2bm and listened to the older episodes about them and their products and have compared them to all the local options. I'll make a thread comparing them.

I want to support n2bm because they support Evo anyway, but I ran into issues with shipping, same as other Evo guys in Australia and NZ but we are working on it. @RoySimpson understands our plight down under and has been helping, he's a top bloke.

And the gym lately I've been unfocused but I'm staying concentrated on getting more squats in and more pull ups in.

A couple of nights I've done my lazy routine. That's where I use the three machines that are in a row:
  • Nautilus chest press
  • Nautilus biceps curl
  • Nautilus shoulder press
And go one to the other and do three laps. I find doing that instead of doing three sets on one before moving to the next allows me to have just 30 seconds rest time between and it's full on. I also do dumb bell shrugs with 22kg as the 4th thing, the racks of those are right there too.

This is one of the big advantages to the exclusive R18 gym, wouldn't be able to use three machines like that at the other place.

The lack of structure has had upsides too. I got some great advice from @Allupfromhere about progressive overload when I accidentally added 10kg extra to the cheat press accidentally but got through the 12 reps. His advice worked great and I'll continue integrating it into other lifts and machines.

Yesterday I went to the needle exchange, out the back this time! It's a labyrinth and there were office loads of people and an atcual warehouse with three people packing picks to mail to pussies and disabled people I guess.

I'm going to write a short guide on how to repeat this process in a new community research thread in the NZ section. I met with The Drugs Project, a taxpayer funded community organisation that tests drugs at festivals and now have a permanent office at the back of the needle exchange, and testing oils is simple.

It's hard with pills because this tiny little hole circled next to the testosterone bottle is where the sample fits and pills are mostly filler so we hit that every time, tried there pills twice each.

I'm wondering if I could try dissolve the whole thing and it be high enough concentration if water soluble or can separate the filler with a cold water extraction or something. I dunno but there's a 3 to 6 week turn around for the next level of testing.

They had cool decorations, I got photos of a bunch of them for the Evo thread. I liked this one:

I got all three bottles of testosterone enanthate I own tested, but the orals were too hard because of filler and they're being sent to the lab for analysis.

Im very happy to report that all three were found to contain testosterone enanthate, no other compounds, and no heavy metals or contaminates.

That was all 250mg/ml concentration of Test E from the only three NZ vendors I can personally vouch for: @SWOLENZ, @SaintSoup the Evo rep for Life Forge, and AUStarLabs NZ branch.

Nice work guys, I'm very thankful that was the outcome. Lifting aside the testosterone therapy is a long term medical thing and I need to have legit sources with real gear. Hopefully in the near future all three of these vendors will have been through the Evo verification process. They all have their own specialisation and for kiwi steriod and peptide users between the three are pretty well covered.

Slightly better sleep last night but woke up early, guess that's better than the middle of the night. My routine is broken and I need to fix it and fix my sleep and ensure I wake up at the same time regardless of sleep.

My journey to getting an apprenticeship to re-train with the fire department took an unexpected turn.

There was a landslide knocking out the train line I needed and it was replaced with buses. The place I was going was out of the way and industrial and a half-sized bus came, aka a short bus.

The government didn't trust that I could get dressed by myself and do the interview as normal people might attempt, though probably fair enough given the state of my peers I was soon to learn, so for a few weeks I'm going to learn now to get dressed, and go shopping with government officials.

Okay whatever, I can play this game for a few weeks, probably a good idea becuse I don't atcually have appropriate clothes.

I already cut the sleeves off most of my corporate gimp-suits and wouldn't wear those anyway, need smart casual I think, or like what a fireman's wife might dress him for a court appearance.

But somewhere along the line I think a mix-up happened, and I know better than to question these things, questions get you on lists and before long you get "good morning" texts from the government. No shit. At least the Reefer Madness style phone calls warning me of the horrors of marijuana I used to get were amusing.

I was late because I had to get my methadone dose on my side of town at 8:30am at the earliest then catch a bus then a train, so no way I was going to make 9am anyway but then the landslide thing happened and the short bus came.

You’ve put in serious effort lately and it shows in how detailed your updates have become. The food shots and daily structure you post are incredible! truly legendary in the EVO family :D!
468 g protein is massive consistency and it’s paying off because you’re visibly fuller and leaner in your new photos you posted the other day. TRUE Protein KING level!

Testing all 3 vials and confirming they’re clean is also smart, that kind of accountability helps the whole NZ EVO family trust the process.

Your training is tight even with the chaos around you, and the compound circuits you’re doing with minimal rest are brutal conditioning. The progressive overload work with the cheat press is perfect, and the 18k steps + Stairmaster warmups are impressive to say the least. ton of cardio and training with the gear and protein, WIN!

I usually would have felt very awkward disturbing a room full of people like this who are now all looking at me but I felt nothing, no emotions at all and confidently just said hello ladies, sorry I'm late and introduced myself.

I felt them staring at me... but of course I did because everyone was looking at me... but, it felt different. I now know that's because half of them were turned on and looking at me like I'm just a peice of meat.

Which I am and it was atcually awesome, because all of them got attracted to me all by themselves without me having to do anything at all, execpt handling what most of them would have found to be a very awkward situation.

I don't know why the government selected the two of us to become more self empowered woman, or if they sent us to a room full of woman with low self esteem for a reason but I decided I'm going to just do it.

Somehow at the end of this I might get an apprenticeship with the fire department. I don't yet see how but I've got faith in the process 😂

The conductor lady was on fire, like an opening act for a Tony Robbins seminar. She's fat and bubbly and South African, I'm looking forward to playing dress-up with her. She said she's married so we can't play reverse dress-up but there's no shortage of other candidates... as I'll get to soon.

Another guy came 5 minutes later and the everyone turned once again, his eyes locked on me and I moved my chair to indicate he should come over here so we can deal with this together, which he did.

We exchanged some wtf-is-happening type grunts and gestures but he settled in pretty quickly and was looking around the room with interest... a 27 year old unemployed Maori father nof four who also seemed perfectly comfortable with his being male and heterosexual and "thought they were gonna make me write a CV or some shit"

At the break we conspired and decided to roll with this, the alternative probably sucked more and we can let these chicks dress us up and whatever, there was free coffee, fuck it let's try make the most of this. Seemed like we had a plan together.

The Muslim girl across from me started crying when informed that she is valuable and worthy just as she is, even though she is not married. As the closest person to her I was releived when the alpha female stepped in, I read the workbook and pretended I wasn't listening.

Alpha female was really skilled at dealing with this atcually, her people skills were next level. Unmarried Muslim girl detailed her feelings on the pressure she feels from parents and culture to get married and no go to school, and how difficult that is in New Zealand where the societal expectations are different than those.

She said she knows she's more than a potential wife but can't feel it and has shit her dad says swirilling around in her head. Her Dad must have some imported bloke in mind else he's in for a rude awakening when he finds out about tap and gap.

Next we learnt about RIS or RAS, I forget what I means but it's like the shit in The Secret where if you see stuff all the time you'll something something. It was atcually pretty scientific and interesting and led to our afternoon activity, cutting shit out of magazines that represent our goals and making our own Vision Bosrds.

She said the two men can call them "game plans" if they want. I didn't get why, but they then handed out glue and scissors. Being the government it's safe and non-toxic glue, no sniffing qualities.

But to get us in the mood we were treated to a final motivational speech at volume, this time about putting your socks on and going to work you sad-sack cunt leaving your victim mentally behind you and becoming successful by your own measure of success, not that of society.

Old mate got into the spirit pretty early into the crowd-engagement portion of the speech and I nearly shat my pants when he yelled "I AM WORTY!" in unison with the woman without warning.

We got to roam freely while browsing magazines and I took one of the couches and was very shortly joined by one, two, three girls. And one came and sat on the arm of is as there were no spaces left. I swear I was completely sober during all this.

I don't know where to start with this or what's going on, execpt it's probably related to high testosterone and woman have inbuilt testosterone detectors and my now high testosterone levels are triggering them...

I thought this stuff was pretty far-out when @LevButlerov first told me about it, and given that I was an atcual smack-head I'd forgive you for questioning my judgement when I say woman and strangers have completely changed the way they interact with me and are now always looking at me and approaching me without prompt.

People make eye contact with me first. Strangers want to talk to me, I dunno it's like I was invisible before but not anymore.

I used to make eye contact and smile at people but that's me making the first move, now it's the other way around and when I want to look down and be in my own world with my headphones on they manage to breach it somehow, I can't fly under the radar anymore. It's really crazy and I can't talk to many people about it without sounding like a total space cadet or even like a delusional narcissist.

But this time it's not glances that i could have potentially misunderstood and they were physically touching me at every opportunity. One 21 year old girl in particular was not fucking shy about it. We were at different tables but sitting back to back. She cut out a advert for a product called "space crush" and circled the word "crush" and slipped it into my hand like how you discreetly pass drug dealers cash in handshakes.

She told me my shirt was inside out, which is was. Damn government was right, I can't get dressed properly.

I asked her to cut the tag off for me since we were all armed with scissors. While she was doing that she started gently stroking the back of my neck with her fingers. It's not possible that I misread this. I'm pretty sure nothing like this has ever happened before.

If I wasn't so fucked up I would have got at least a semi if not a raging hard-on, but this is all while the bubbly lady was still delivering her speech which I was distracted from "...because you're not a victim! THERE ARE NO VICTIMS IN THIS ROOM!"

It was all getting a bit much and I got up and made my sixth coffee. Didn't need to tuck my dick under my belt though coz that's not fully operational I guess. I'm sure any one of these chicks could fix that given a chance but I can't be fucked cleaning up my van at the moment, not that it would be a problem with these girls, they'd be down at the river-bank or probably just right behind the building, but that wouldn't look good on my updated CV.

I have five more examples, but I'm going to wait until next week and see how things progress and probably will have better ones.

I will share the updated CV when it's done as I did not write any of it. The pros they employ did it in the office while we were making our Vision Boards, based on one conversation where she took a lot of notes. This lady impressed me a few times with her "reframing" skills so I'm pretty interested in this. I did not want to do that and would have put it off, but I need it to move forward with the fire department apprenticeship.

So got picked up by the short bus and taken to a course to make me into a more empowered and self confident woman.

Hopefully after spending money on shit like this they'll run out of money fund any new foreign wars.

Now I'm back and the gym and thankful for that. Got my headphones cranking the new Evolutionary.org podcast episode from yesterday about the dodgy supplement industry and looks like it has chapters about Need 2 Build Muscle, the company which makes n2guard.

I've been very interested in n2bm and listened to the older episodes about them and their products and have compared them to all the local options. I'll make a thread comparing them.

I want to support n2bm because they support Evo anyway, but I ran into issues with shipping, same as other Evo guys in Australia and NZ but we are working on it. @RoySimpson understands our plight down under and has been helping, he's a top bloke.

And the gym lately I've been unfocused but I'm staying concentrated on getting more squats in and more pull ups in.

A couple of nights I've done my lazy routine. That's where I use the three machines that are in a row:
  • Nautilus chest press
  • Nautilus biceps curl
  • Nautilus shoulder press
And go one to the other and do three laps. I find doing that instead of doing three sets on one before moving to the next allows me to have just 30 seconds rest time between and it's full on. I also do dumb bell shrugs with 22kg as the 4th thing, the racks of those are right there too.

This is one of the big advantages to the exclusive R18 gym, wouldn't be able to use three machines like that at the other place.

The lack of structure has had upsides too. I got some great advice from @Allupfromhere about progressive overload when I accidentally added 10kg extra to the cheat press accidentally but got through the 12 reps. His advice worked great and I'll continue integrating it into other lifts and machines.

Yesterday I went to the needle exchange, out the back this time! It's a labyrinth and there were office loads of people and an atcual warehouse with three people packing picks to mail to pussies and disabled people I guess.

I'm going to write a short guide on how to repeat this process in a new community research thread in the NZ section. I met with The Drugs Project, a taxpayer funded community organisation that tests drugs at festivals and now have a permanent office at the back of the needle exchange, and testing oils is simple.

It's hard with pills because this tiny little hole circled next to the testosterone bottle is where the sample fits and pills are mostly filler so we hit that every time, tried there pills twice each.

I'm wondering if I could try dissolve the whole thing and it be high enough concentration if water soluble or can separate the filler with a cold water extraction or something. I dunno but there's a 3 to 6 week turn around for the next level of testing.

I got all three bottles of testosterone enanthate I own tested, but the orals were too hard because of filler and they're being sent to the lab for analysis.

Im very happy to report that all three were found to contain testosterone enanthate, no other compounds, and no heavy metals or contaminates.

That was all 250mg/ml concentration of Test E from the only three NZ vendors I can personally vouch for: @SWOLENZ, @SaintSoup the Evo rep for Life Forge, and AUStarLabs NZ branch.

Nice work guys, I'm very thankful that was the outcome. Lifting aside the testosterone therapy is a long term medical thing and I need to have legit sources with real gear. Hopefully in the near future all three of these vendors will have been through the Evo verification process. They all have their own specialisation and for kiwi steriod and peptide users between the three are pretty well covered.

Slightly better sleep last night but woke up early, guess that's better than the middle of the night. My routine is broken and I need to fix it and fix my sleep and ensure I wake up at the same time regardless of sleep.

My journey to getting an apprenticeship to re-train with the fire department took an unexpected turn.

There was a landslide knocking out the train line I needed and it was replaced with buses. The place I was going was out of the way and industrial and a half-sized bus came, aka a short bus.

The government didn't trust that I could get dressed by myself and do the interview as normal people might attempt, though probably fair enough given the state of my peers I was soon to learn, so for a few weeks I'm going to learn now to get dressed, and go shopping with government officials.

Okay whatever, I can play this game for a few weeks, probably a good idea becuse I don't atcually have appropriate clothes.

I already cut the sleeves off most of my corporate gimp-suits and wouldn't wear those anyway, need smart casual I think, or like what a fireman's wife might dress him for a court appearance.

But somewhere along the line I think a mix-up happened, and I know better than to question these things, questions get you on lists and before long you get "good morning" texts from the government. No shit. At least the Reefer Madness style phone calls warning me of the horrors of marijuana I used to get were amusing.

The progressive overload work with the cheat press is perfect, and the 18k steps + Stairmaster warmups are impressive to say the least. ton of cardio and training with the gear and protein, WIN!

It's much appreciated :) given how easy the testing turned out to be, I'm planning on making a thread about it with instructions on how to do it yourself, I think cam even post in samples, that's the sort of details I'm trying to get now. They were atcually pretty keen on the idea of getting more people I'm. They were cool guys, and really into testing stuff 🤣

Nice man! What are you aiming for? 330g is pretty decent in the grand scheme of things :)

How much of that is shakes or supplements? Even when I was carnivore and only eating red meat it was only hitting 200g most days and sometimes that was too hard.

Thanks @Mobster :) I hope it helps evo guys. It's a bit alarming how much fake gear is out there, and it worries me for sustainability for the future - especially with the testosterone therapy. But if we get things tested every time we get something new I think it'll help.

I'll add the test results to touchdown picture threads too which I would have appreciated if I was looking to see what others thought of a vendor I was thinking of buying from.

That and getting some Europharma gear, or one of the other Evo sponsors is my other plan for testosterone 🙂

How much of that is shakes or supplements? Even when I was carnivore and only eating red meat it was only hitting 200g most days and sometimes that was too hard.

Good idea man! I believe he just got a new one from @SWOLENZ so has two brands now. I'll reach out to him tomorrow, they only need a tiny sample, a drop out of the end of a needle to go into that little hole on the machine.

Yesterday I went to the needle exchange, out the back this time! It's a labyrinth and there were office loads of people and an atcual warehouse with three people packing picks to mail to pussies and disabled people I guess.

I'm going to write a short guide on how to repeat this process in a new community research thread in the NZ section. I met with The Drugs Project, a taxpayer funded community organisation that tests drugs at festivals and now have a permanent office at the back of the needle exchange, and testing oils is simple.

It's hard with pills because this tiny little hole circled next to the testosterone bottle is where the sample fits and pills are mostly filler so we hit that every time, tried there pills twice each.

I'm wondering if I could try dissolve the whole thing and it be high enough concentration if water soluble or can separate the filler with a cold water extraction or something. I dunno but there's a 3 to 6 week turn around for the next level of testing.

I got all three bottles of testosterone enanthate I own tested, but the orals were too hard because of filler and they're being sent to the lab for analysis.

Im very happy to report that all three were found to contain testosterone enanthate, no other compounds, and no heavy metals or contaminates.

That was all 250mg/ml concentration of Test E from the only three NZ vendors I can personally vouch for: @SWOLENZ, @SaintSoup the Evo rep for Life Forge, and AUStarLabs NZ branch.

Nice work guys, I'm very thankful that was the outcome. Lifting aside the testosterone therapy is a long term medical thing and I need to have legit sources with real gear. Hopefully in the near future all three of these vendors will have been through the Evo verification process. They all have their own specialisation and for kiwi steriod and peptide users between the three are pretty well covered.

My journey to getting an apprenticeship to re-train with the fire department took an unexpected turn.

There was a landslide knocking out the train line I needed and it was replaced with buses. The place I was going was out of the way and industrial and a half-sized bus came, aka a short bus.

The government didn't trust that I could get dressed by myself and do the interview as normal people might attempt, though probably fair enough given the state of my peers I was soon to learn, so for a few weeks I'm going to learn now to get dressed, and go shopping with government officials.

Okay whatever, I can play this game for a few weeks, probably a good idea becuse I don't atcually have appropriate clothes.

I already cut the sleeves off most of my corporate gimp-suits and wouldn't wear those anyway, need smart casual I think, or like what a fireman's wife might dress him for a court appearance.

But somewhere along the line I think a mix-up happened, and I know better than to question these things, questions get you on lists and before long you get "good morning" texts from the government. No shit. At least the Reefer Madness style phone calls warning me of the horrors of marijuana I used to get were amusing.

I was late because I had to get my methadone dose on my side of town at 8:30am at the earliest then catch a bus then a train, so no way I was going to make 9am anyway but then the landslide thing happened and the short bus came.

80 minutes late I walk into a room FULL of woman. With one alpha woman at the front loudly delivering a speech. She stops and in silence they all turn and look at me.

I usually would have felt very awkward disturbing a room full of people like this who are now all looking at me but I felt nothing, no emotions at all and confidently just said hello ladies, sorry I'm late and introduced myself.

I felt them staring at me... but of course I did because everyone was looking at me... but, it felt different. I now know that's because half of them were turned on and looking at me like I'm just a peice of meat.

Which I am and it was atcually awesome, because all of them got attracted to me all by themselves without me having to do anything at all, execpt handling what most of them would have found to be a very awkward situation.

I don't know why the government selected the two of us to become more self empowered woman, or if they sent us to a room full of woman with low self esteem for a reason but I decided I'm going to just do it.

Somehow at the end of this I might get an apprenticeship with the fire department. I don't yet see how but I've got faith in the process 😂

The conductor lady was on fire, like an opening act for a Tony Robbins seminar. She's fat and bubbly and South African, I'm looking forward to playing dress-up with her. She said she's married so we can't play reverse dress-up but there's no shortage of other candidates... as I'll get to soon.

Another guy came 5 minutes later and the everyone turned once again, his eyes locked on me and I moved my chair to indicate he should come over here so we can deal with this together, which he did.

We exchanged some wtf-is-happening type grunts and gestures but he settled in pretty quickly and was looking around the room with interest... a 27 year old unemployed Maori father nof four who also seemed perfectly comfortable with his being male and heterosexual and "thought they were gonna make me write a CV or some shit"

At the break we conspired and decided to roll with this, the alternative probably sucked more and we can let these chicks dress us up and whatever, there was free coffee, fuck it let's try make the most of this. Seemed like we had a plan together.

The Muslim girl across from me started crying when informed that she is valuable and worthy just as she is, even though she is not married. As the closest person to her I was releived when the alpha female stepped in, I read the workbook and pretended I wasn't listening.

Alpha female was really skilled at dealing with this atcually, her people skills were next level. Unmarried Muslim girl detailed her feelings on the pressure she feels from parents and culture to get married and no go to school, and how difficult that is in New Zealand where the societal expectations are different than those.

She said she knows she's more than a potential wife but can't feel it and has shit her dad says swirilling around in her head. Her Dad must have some imported bloke in mind else he's in for a rude awakening when he finds out about tap and gap.

Next we learnt about RIS or RAS, I forget what I means but it's like the shit in The Secret where if you see stuff all the time you'll something something. It was atcually pretty scientific and interesting and led to our afternoon activity, cutting shit out of magazines that represent our goals and making our own Vision Bosrds.

She said the two men can call them "game plans" if they want. I didn't get why, but they then handed out glue and scissors. Being the government it's safe and non-toxic glue, no sniffing qualities.

But to get us in the mood we were treated to a final motivational speech at volume, this time about putting your socks on and going to work you sad-sack cunt leaving your victim mentally behind you and becoming successful by your own measure of success, not that of society.

Old mate got into the spirit pretty early into the crowd-engagement portion of the speech and I nearly shat my pants when he yelled "I AM WORTY!" in unison with the woman without warning.

I was breifly paniced thinking arrrghh don't abandon me now bro! I thought we had a plan!

But I think I've set the scene for the atcual crazy shit I experienced. We got to roam freely while browsing magazines and I took one of the couches and was very shortly joined by one, two, three girls. And one came and sat on the arm of is as there were no spaces left. I swear I was completely sober during all this.

I don't know where to start with this or what's going on, execpt it's probably related to high testosterone and woman have inbuilt testosterone detectors and my now high testosterone levels are triggering them...

I thought this stuff was pretty far-out when @LevButlerov first told me about it, and given that I was an atcual smack-head I'd forgive you for questioning my judgement when I say woman and strangers have completely changed the way they interact with me and are now always looking at me and approaching me without prompt.

People make eye contact with me first. Strangers want to talk to me, I dunno it's like I was invisible before but not anymore.

I used to make eye contact and smile at people but that's me making the first move, now it's the other way around and when I want to look down and be in my own world with my headphones on they manage to breach it somehow, I can't fly under the radar anymore. It's really crazy and I can't talk to many people about it without sounding like a total space cadet or even like a delusional narcissist.

But this time it's not glances that i could have potentially misunderstood and they were physically touching me at every opportunity. One 21 year old girl in particular was not fucking shy about it. We were at different tables but sitting back to back. She cut out a advert for a product called "space crush" and circled the word "crush" and slipped it into my hand like how you discreetly pass drug dealers cash in handshakes.

She told me my shirt was inside out, which is was. Damn government was right, I can't get dressed properly.

I asked her to cut the tag off for me since we were all armed with scissors. While she was doing that she started gently stroking the back of my neck with her fingers. It's not possible that I misread this. I'm pretty sure nothing like this has ever happened before.

If I wasn't so fucked up I would have got at least a semi if not a raging hard-on, but this is all while the bubbly lady was still delivering her speech which I was distracted from "...because you're not a victim! THERE ARE NO VICTIMS IN THIS ROOM!"

It was all getting a bit much and I got up and made my sixth coffee. Didn't need to tuck my dick under my belt though coz that's not fully operational I guess. I'm sure any one of these chicks could fix that given a chance but I can't be fucked cleaning up my van at the moment, not that it would be a problem with these girls, they'd be down at the river-bank or probably just right behind the building, but that wouldn't look good on my updated CV.

I have five more examples, but I'm going to wait until next week and see how things progress and probably will have better ones.

I will share the updated CV when it's done as I did not write any of it. The pros they employ did it in the office while we were making our Vision Boards, based on one conversation where she took a lot of notes. This lady impressed me a few times with her "reframing" skills so I'm pretty interested in this. I did not want to do that and would have put it off, but I need it to move forward with the fire department apprenticeship.

So got picked up by the short bus and taken to a course to make me into a more empowered and self confident woman.

Hopefully after spending money on shit like this they'll run out of money fund any new foreign wars.

Now I'm back and the gym and thankful for that. Got my headphones cranking the new Evolutionary.org podcast episode from yesterday about the dodgy supplement industry and looks like it has chapters about Need 2 Build Muscle, the company which makes n2guard.

I've been very interested in n2bm and listened to the older episodes about them and their products and have compared them to all the local options. I'll make a thread comparing them.

I want to support n2bm because they support Evo anyway, but I ran into issues with shipping, same as other Evo guys in Australia and NZ but we are working on it. @RoySimpson understands our plight down under and has been helping, he's a top bloke.

And the gym lately I've been unfocused but I'm staying concentrated on getting more squats in and more pull ups in.

A couple of nights I've done my lazy routine. That's where I use the three machines that are in a row:
  • Nautilus chest press
  • Nautilus biceps curl
  • Nautilus shoulder press
And go one to the other and do three laps. I find doing that instead of doing three sets on one before moving to the next allows me to have just 30 seconds rest time between and it's full on. I also do dumb bell shrugs with 22kg as the 4th thing, the racks of those are right there too.

This is one of the big advantages to the exclusive R18 gym, wouldn't be able to use three machines like that at the other place.

The lack of structure has had upsides too. I got some great advice from @Allupfromhere about progressive overload when I accidentally added 10kg extra to the cheat press accidentally but got through the 12 reps. His advice worked great and I'll continue integrating it into other lifts and machines.

Your training is tight even with the chaos around you, and the compound circuits you’re doing with minimal rest are brutal conditioning. The progressive overload work with the cheat press is perfect, and the 18k steps + Stairmaster warmups are impressive to say the least. ton of cardio and training with the gear and protein, WIN!

Oh wow really? I thought that was the big recovery state. Allowed pill mills but not needles 😆 the methadone program is completely fucked in the whole USA chained down by insane federal law. Methadone programs in other countries have measurable affects on lowering crime rates and shit, but in the USA they make them line up for over an hour at 5AM (!!!) with every other drug addict and criminal in the surrounding area. It has a measurable affect on rising the crime rate 😂

Pretty handy you can replapse right there at the methadone clinic though. And get TRT if you have $$

They do bro, the database is phenomenonal. 100% they have Primobolan. They're usually used to test if "ectasy" pills are fake on demand at concerts and festivals and shit, and for that you need signatures of every fucking dodgy research chemical on alibaba at the very least.

It's got hundreds of thousands. Also heavy metals, contaminates, fillers, etc.

I think doing this will be a good service to @SWOLENZ as his Primobolan has been questioned lately becuse there's a global shortage or somethings happened... I'm not sure exactly what but no Aussies can get it. Thanks for your help bro :)

Dunno if you have the problem of getting a little bit of gear left over / stuck in the tip of the needle but that would be enough for the sample, could pull the little bit back into the barrel and put a new tip on it.
 
Primo powder breaks down easily when exposed to heat, light, moisture, or air. It doesn’t stay stable for long unless stored properly in a cool, dark, dry place. If it’s not, the powder can lose its strength or even change chemically, meaning it won’t work how it should and might cause irritation if injected. It's highly degradable.

So, buying primo as a raw powder is difficult because of this reason, that's why many ugl labs struggle with this.

This is 1 potential reason why there's a "Shortage". I don't make my primo, it's bought from a certified company. Happy for anyone to get my stuff tested 😁

Seems like Primo has always had problems. Back in the day you would never be able to find legit primo. They would sell it of course, but most of the time it would either be Deca or something else like equipoise or maybe Winstrol. @vanlife_gymbum

That's brutal man. I can't imagine doing that to people. Selling bunk gear is one thing but knowing someone is going to inject something they're unprepared for so you can make ten bucks is sickening.

It happens all the time, man. But especially in those days there was no way to test the gear like we do today. That's why we're blessed to have great sources on here. A lot of the newer guys to this have no clue how it used to be.

Yeah you're dead right man. On the tor and crypto currency underground markets for illegal street drugs this doesn't really happen, and there's cryptography and reputation systems that mean that'd be certian death to your business. So once you have a reputation it's basically sweet from there. If/when you start scamming, that's the end and it's called an "exit scam" because there's no way to continue.

In this scene it's at all levels and I'm still getting my head around it. I agree we are lucky to be able to test. Yesterday I figured out how to get free lab testing done and will do it for everything I get now :)

Mine are three scoops of Optimum Nutrition Gold whey shake powder, 5 eggs and 5g creitine and come out at 101g each, so just adding one or two can boost you up pretty good. There's a lot more benefits than just protien to the eggs too, they're making me feel amazing 🙂

And they taste good, I was initially annoyed thar I couldn't find unflavoured whey but if that's how I'm able to get 20 eggs a day down easy, then bugger it...

I dunno if I'd be game now tbh... the eggs add this thick texture to the shakes like ice cream, and I can't taste them at all. Remember those banana shaped lollies in Party Mix packs? It tastes exactly like that. I did het the cookies and cream once and that was a mistake, and now have vanilla as it was the only one left and it's mild but alright I guess.

500ml of whey and liquid eggs probably tastes average I'd say haha 😄

It's largely thanks to your retatrutide bro :) I had to do a few other things but without the reta it would have been difficult and no way it would be that fast. I changed my diet completely.

yes you sign up there the same way and set the alerts in your preferences

a lot of the guys are over there too.
