High everyone. This is my first post. I thought I would post up my stats etc before jumping into asking some questions. At the bottom of this is my future cycle options I am here for advice on.

Age:45
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 176
Current body fat: 13.5%

So I currently have a fitness coach and have gone from 21% BF down to 13.5% BF on a 8 week cut so far. He is well known, in magazines such as muscle and fitness and men’s health, and produces great content. He has me on a Upper lower split 4 days a week with 75% of the exercises being body weight. I am loving the pushups, pull-ups, lunges, and sit ups that I have been able to do on the program seeing tremendous chest and lat growth even in severe deficit. In my off days I do 60 min of cardio such as running

Monday: Upper in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Tuesday: Lower in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Wednesday off
Thursday: Upper in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Friday: Lower in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Saturday off
Sunday off

Current diet:
1800 calories
Meat, fruit (primarily blueberries), carbs are rice, potatoes, or oatmeal, veggies

Current ped’s:
200mg Test C
400mg Mast E
Arimidex .5mg weekly
Cardarine 20mg daily
Osterine 10mg daily (Muscle preservation)
Last 8 weeks will add Anavar 10-15mg 2x daily on workout days and remove Osterine.

Previous cycles ran:
TRT for 3 years. My optimal dosage is 140mg weekly which brings my E2 to 75-80
And test to 1200, and I feel absolutely amazing. I do not currently feel like Superman on this increased test and mast dose but my veins are popping and skin is tight so it does make me look better.

Rad 140/MK 677 (8 weeks) ran numerous times

Goal:
I am going to run this currently cycle for 12 weeks and continue to cut to get BF down to 12% or so for March 1 to begin a growth attempt. I may have my timing off but I know we gotta shred fat first before building so I needed this fat off me.

March first I want to try and do 2 off season cycles before a spring 2027 cut just before summer but never letting body fat above 16-17%.

Last 8 weeks of cycle (in 2 weeks) I plan on replacing osterine with 25mg Anavar split into 2 doses on workout days.

If I can find some HGH I will begin 2iu daily in morning for fat burning and will titrate up to 4iu. But my local dude wants triple what it should be and he’s out of primo and mast cause of what’s going on.

Any suggestions?

GH at 2iu is great for fat loss, it is what I am currently running, have you considered reta? interested in why you choose sarms?

Sarms was all I knew and they gave me amazing strength I had nothing but positive results on rad 140 but mk 677 gave me 20lb of water retention. I have graduated on, taught myself about injectable compounds, and learning as much as I can. My food is also be good for a year as I know that’s the biggest factor, I tried to edit my original post but doesn’t let you I am on the following peptides:

Never too late man, with the right focus (which it sounds like you have) you can make some serious progress in a short time.

I started TRT at like 30, I messed around with Sarms early on too, dont be scared of other compounds sarms seem gentler but going for some smart choice injectables can push things along better and are easier to manage from a health perspective too.

The upper/lower split with incline cardio is smart but I would like to see your actual lifts and exercises and reps as you go please.

Your cycle seems fine but why not stack ostarine with anavar as a kickstart? you'll get a good feel for it and it will make the strart of the cut better. and you're doing double masteron of test, why?
on the HGH part, what country you from?

Cool log bro, I'm interested to follow. I'm ten weeks into using retatrutide and it's been incredible really. Same with testosterone, all my medical problems related to low testosterone basicly were solved in the first week and I am now just starting my first stacked cycle with eq in there too.

How do you measure your bodyfat? Can you tell me about the calculators you're talking about? Cheers bro

Here is my workout log for the week. I have this coach for 4 more weeks and then I am on my own until spring when I either hire a hypertrophy coach or do it myself. This trainer gets people in shape and he is jacked with zero gear on board he knows his stuff so I am not necessarily looking for advice on this part for next 4 weeks. I’ll note I do add in a 5th workout day of arms and anything I didn’t hit.

Week 9

Day 1:
Warm up with a few sets of Bench Press (no more than 5-10 min warm-up)

Then:

10x10 Bench Press @ As heavy as you an handle. I am thinking 115-135lbs.

Rest 90sec to 2 minutes between sets

Then:

50x Perfect Push-ups

Day 2:

50x Perfect Pull-ups To Warm-up (no longer than 10 min)

Then:

10x10 Pendlay Row @ 95-135lbs

Then:

3x20 Hammer Curl @ 2 x 25lbs

Rest 90sec to 2 minutes between sets

Rest 60sec between each set

Day 3:

Warm up with some sets of Back Squat (no more than 5-10 min warm-up)

Then:

10x10 Back Squat @ 115lbs

Rest 90sec to 2 minutes between sets

Then:

3x20 Reverse Lunge (bodyweight. 20 each leg)

Osterine questioned response: I thought it was redundant but no issues running it throughout. Also anavar do I do a split dose of 25mg pre workout then 6 hours later or a 25mg and 25mg?

I’m from Cali and my guy I know wants 600$ for 150iu of Chinese GH and I’m not willing to pay that I think I’ve decided to run 2 iu for 2 weeks then 3 iu then 4 iu daily. At 4 iu I’ll likely do it all at night. If I go more I’ll do 4 at night rest in morning.

@TB_lifter Nice job to start this man. I think you have a good base to work with. The cycle definitely looks mild and you should see a lot of sucess

test and masteron is on point. i like the cycle layout. not even sure you will need the adex IMO. so keep an eye on that @TB_lifter

Anything above 140mg weekly I get too high e2 and right now even on .5mg a week my nipple are soar and breasts tender. Next blood draw december 1 to verify but thinking of going .5 two times a week I’m not sure something is off due to labido going away since increasing test from 140-200

Osterine questioned response: I thought it was redundant but no issues running it throughout. Also anavar do I do a split dose of 25mg pre workout then 6 hours later or a 25mg and 25mg?

I’m from Cali and my guy I know wants 600$ for 150iu of Chinese GH and I’m not willing to pay that I think I’ve decided to run 2 iu for 2 weeks then 3 iu then 4 iu daily. At 4 iu I’ll likely do it all at night. If I go more I’ll do 4 at night rest in morning.

Awesome start brother and your well on the way! Congratulations on the fat loss already and can see you getting peeeeled before your growth stage. One thing though just be careful if you going to stay on low cals until your reach your desired bf% be very cautious of the rebound when you decide to start slamming more food. The rebound is real and needs to be done strategically.

Thank you this is something I will write down and learn about I appreciate the advice. I want to stay lean for summer so will be a lean bulk but I haven’t laid that out yet

Exactly brother you dont want to undo all the effort from cutting back before you get a chance to push a lean bulk. Slow increases with food but the rebound can be a very useful tool also 😉😎

So I currently have a fitness coach and have gone from 21% BF down to 13.5% BF on a 8 week cut so far. He is well known, in magazines such as muscle and fitness and men’s health, and produces great content. He has me on a Upper lower split 4 days a week with 75% of the exercises being body weight. I am loving the pushups, pull-ups, lunges, and sit ups that I have been able to do on the program seeing tremendous chest and lat growth even in severe deficit. In my off days I do 60 min of cardio such as running

Monday: Upper in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Tuesday: Lower in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Wednesday off
Thursday: Upper in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Friday: Lower in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Saturday off
Sunday off

Current diet:
1800 calories
Meat, fruit (primarily blueberries), carbs are rice, potatoes, or oatmeal, veggies

Current ped’s:
200mg Test C
400mg Mast E
Arimidex .5mg weekly
Cardarine 20mg daily
Osterine 10mg daily (Muscle preservation)

I am going to run this currently cycle for 12 weeks and continue to cut to get BF down to 12% or so for March 1 to begin a growth attempt. I may have my timing off but I know we gotta shred fat first before building so I needed this fat off me.

March first I want to try and do 2 off season cycles before a spring 2027 cut just before summer but never letting body fat above 16-17%.

Unlikely as that's been gone years. And naming a coach isn't a security issue surely. I also wouldn't be fussed about 'great content'. But you HAVE got leaner.

I do question what might end up being a doubling down via being here with questions and having a coach too. One you're paying for right?
 
Yes I am paying for and like I stated in my original email or maybe a few threads down, for the next four weeks I am not looking for gym advice as I trust him and not questioning his approach. And to the unlikely about writing for fitness magazines, well I could have left that out of my bio I guess but it’s all validated he has been awarded one of men’s top 100 most fit in the world. I understand what you mean about good content too I just mean great videos to follow for beginners,

However, my time with him is coming to an end and I will take what he taught me and learn from everyone here. If you read my posts I haven’t second guessed my coach or asked for advice on his workouts one time, I am here to learn about everything involved. I didn’t name him because his stats, actors, and other people speak to his resume and success and I am enjoying the program so it’s a win win.

bros these youtube fake doctors are everywhere. dude charges $500 an hour lol.. he a scammer man. if he really worried about helping people he wouldn't charge that much. . @TB_lifter on here this is real world advice where people post up bloods in their logs. you wont' beat that.
 
Thanks man and yes I know would you recommend a different test to mast ratio i did the best research I could on this compound several reputable sights and people I found says test 3-500 with mast e 600 being the sweet spot. but most have the mast higher and as my first cycle over trt, I started low and can titrate up with both compounds. What is you suggestion? I’m here to learn why I came here.

very nice man. sounds like you got a good coach leading you well. the cycle is not bad at all. seems like we see a trend of guys going more mild lately @TB_lifter

It is my first one with a second compound next one I plan on ramping up much more. I am also here to learn and read everyone else’s log wish I started in my 20’s.

That makes sense what ratio would you recommend I try? I have enough supply to switch it all around I can increase test to 300 lower masteron to 300 and see where my blood is Dec 1.

Also. Anyone have a good quality online lab to use? I currently go every 4 month with my TRT doctor but I want to do it monthly in between visits. Thank you

That's the million dollar question and nobody can answer that. You've got to experiment to see what works for you.
 
Anything above 140mg weekly I get too high e2 and right now even on .5mg a week my nipple are soar and breasts tender. Next blood draw december 1 to verify but thinking of going .5 two times a week I’m not sure something is off due to labido going away since increasing test from 140-200

Labs for past year at 140mg weekly injected Monday and Thursday. Fast for 12 hours and no injection 3 days before.

can you run EQ twice in a year? I saw something that said it should only be ran once a year due to long half life? I would rather run the Eq. Yes the e2 was high in Sep my doc put me on .5 arimidex a week. To be honest though at the levels I was at in Sep I felt like a beast. Not so much now. Looking forward to labs in 2 weeks.

You can run eq multiple times per year no issues.
I think the new labs is what we need imo @TB_lifter

Thanks not sure how to add 50 grams of protein my calories are so low I’d have to take out some fats maybe? And ya the biceps were 15lb dumbells and splitting my arms insane pump all day

Dont worry about calories, macros is #1 just add the protein.

@TB_lifter this is a great opportunity to really tighten up your diet. stay away from the fake foods. taco bell sauce, enchilada, chocolate chips, milk, chocolate protein, and the corporate yogurt are all fake processed junk. eat clean whole foods

Yes I know there is room to tighten up for sure. These foods is what helps me eat these sometimes boring recipes. I will say I often make my own sauces from yogurt, cottage cheese, stuff like that but I do need to tighten up more

Taking your guys advice and eliminating the chocolate chips instead putting blueberries on oats. Removing the yogurt and instead air frying some chicken for an extra meal and I’ll make some homemade hot sauce with less ingredients in it my girl makes some nice Hispanic homemade salsa with just a few items. This forum has already made me better

Bloods this Monday from privatemdlabs scheduled! Something is off I can feel it or it’s just the lack of calories I am just not motivated right now to workout like I was on my trt dose.

For the first time in my life I got shoulder veins and abs becoming more visible all day instead of peaks. Feeling skinny though
curious how you make out on this stack. the reta 2mgs is a pretty good dose. you plan on raising it a bit? @TB_lifter
 
Taking your guys advice and eliminating the chocolate chips instead putting blueberries on oats. Removing the yogurt and instead air frying some chicken for an extra meal and I’ll make some homemade hot sauce with less ingredients in it my girl makes some nice Hispanic homemade salsa with just a few items. This forum has already made me better
yes man. diet will make a huge difference. I truly have checked so many different chocolate chips and I've never seen a single one that was decently healthy. Same thing goes for ice cream. There's no such thing as a healthy ice cream.

I’ve been on Reta 1 month and just hit 2mg. I got dizzy really bad first injection at only .5 mg where room was spinning and I spent all night slumped over toilet so I titrated slowly and never had that happen again. Yes I want to go up to 3mg for the final 4 weeks then go down for rebound and maybe off by February. I don’t see any reason to up it much more.

Getting bloods Monday so I’ll know how this stack is working out and adjust from there. I’ll post them up with my plan of adjustment next week. I’ve ran everything but the higher test and mast before so if something is off it’s that

Nice training, love to see that much cardio, bodyweight movements are very effective - i love burning out with things like dips, push ups and pull ups.

Ya this will definitly build lean tissue over several years of consistancy no doubt. I do think the quickest way to put size on would be a standard body building approach with heavy weights though. What I am taking from this is tools to utilize and incorporate into my future programs so it’s a mix for general overall athleticism and fitness.

Went hard on these podcasts @stevesmi and @Mobster put out very enjoyable and informative information. Looking into my next purchase as I need some HGH. I have ADHD and I overthink, over analyze and research, and need clear directions. I know there are so many variables and things change such as doses ect and not everything can be mapped out. If anavar is pharma grade then 10mg morning 10mg dinner time is perfect, half life is 9 hours so that will keep your blood levels nice and steady.

So you're starting off with 10x10 on your main three lifts. Do you lower the reps by 1 each week and increase the weight?

Yes I get a new program each week. This weight is based off my max I tested earlier on in this 12 week program. This is also structured around MMA and endurance to hold people off of you or stay on top of them while your muscles don’t fatigue. But in short yes I have had sets such as 3 sets of 10 @ heavier weights.
 
Ok all I need pinning help, I moved to daily injections to lower E2 but after a month not a fan. Moving back to twice a week all is long esters

I switched from sub q to IM and currently using 29g 1/2” for delts. I’m now moving to 1” 25-27g. I plan on pinning each shoulder once a week but need to use quads and glute also to rotate second compounds ect as my next run will be more then 1ml/cc. I tried 1” 27g into my outer quad and if facking hurt I almost blacked out what did I do wrong? My shoulder is zero pain, I stretched skin, 90 degree straight down into the outer quad halfway between knee and hip

Your quad hurt because you went straight into a high nerve zone and a 1"pin in the outer sweep can tag a nerve bundle fast, so nothing was “wrong” except the spot.
Move a little higher toward the upper outer VL and angle it slightly outward with the muscle relaxed and foot turned slightly in, remember quads will punish you if they are tight.

Use glutes for anything over 1 ml because they take volume easy and save delts and quads for smaller shots.
I am against quad shots btw @Noob4gainz

Ok successful glute injection with 25g 1”. Had to just stick it in fast and hard 🤔😅 but got another place to inject now.

100 reps of bench complete 8:51 coach had 12 min time limit. 100 reps of deficit pushups using my dip station in 7 minutes, had lots of energy and program didn’t have much triceps other then dips so 3 sets of tricep push downs and 3 sets of skull crushers. Took 10mg of Var sublingual, 10mg oral, and 10mg later. Felt like a beast!
 
Yup not working it into rotation glute and shoulders should be fine will only be injecting each spot once or none at all per week,
we should have an injection guide up soon :D

Another great couple of days.

Today’s workout was
-100 Standing Strict Shoulder Presses for time @95lbs. Time: 15:16. Got distracted talking to someone in-between.
-50 dips
-I worked in 4 sets of 10 of ab wheel rollouts
-45 min incline walk. Yesterday I did (2) one hour incline walks split up into two sessions.

A year ago I completely gave up doing dips cause my elbows hurt doing them so much. 2-3 cycles of BPC 157 and I can easily knock out 100 of them in a session.

Weight was 173 this morning foods been on point this week so far. 2.5 weeks left of this coach then I’m on my own until spring when I start my hypertrophy split goal to 10%BF is well under way 🔥. I’ll likely run his program back through December then begin to get ready for March 1 log not sure yet.

Bloods average a bit high ALT AST but waiting on Test e2 first :D

Good overhead work today, 95lbs for 100 strict presses is solid volume and the dips look clean with elbows handling the load again! happy to see you pumping
 
Not sure I could do dips now
I think they are an exercise that is great but not really something you should do if longevity as an older lifter is something you want to preserve. I am enjoying them but not something I’m gonna incorporate into my next program this spring for now just to save my elbows. That BPC157/TB500 at 1mg daily for 2 weeks then .500mg for a while really works amazing.

@Noob4gainz Definitely when you're on gear it can throw things off, man. Some of these numbers are off, but they're not that off by a lot so I wouldn't freak out.

wow that is great you can do dips. Those are really important exercises. I usually do them just about every workout at the end of a pushing split. @Noob4gainz
