High everyone. This is my first post. I thought I would post up my stats etc before jumping into asking some questions. At the bottom of this is my future cycle options I am here for advice on.
Age:45
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 176
Current body fat: 13.5%
So I currently have a fitness coach and have gone from 21% BF down to 13.5% BF on a 8 week cut so far. He is well known, in magazines such as muscle and fitness and men’s health, and produces great content. He has me on a Upper lower split 4 days a week with 75% of the exercises being body weight. I am loving the pushups, pull-ups, lunges, and sit ups that I have been able to do on the program seeing tremendous chest and lat growth even in severe deficit. In my off days I do 60 min of cardio such as running
Monday: Upper in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Tuesday: Lower in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Wednesday off
Thursday: Upper in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Friday: Lower in morning 30-60 min incline walk evening
Saturday off
Sunday off
Current diet:
1800 calories
Meat, fruit (primarily blueberries), carbs are rice, potatoes, or oatmeal, veggies
Current ped’s:
200mg Test C
400mg Mast E
Arimidex .5mg weekly
Cardarine 20mg daily
Osterine 10mg daily (Muscle preservation)
Last 8 weeks will add Anavar 10-15mg 2x daily on workout days and remove Osterine.
Previous cycles ran:
TRT for 3 years. My optimal dosage is 140mg weekly which brings my E2 to 75-80
And test to 1200, and I feel absolutely amazing. I do not currently feel like Superman on this increased test and mast dose but my veins are popping and skin is tight so it does make me look better.
Rad 140/MK 677 (8 weeks) ran numerous times
Goal:
I am going to run this currently cycle for 12 weeks and continue to cut to get BF down to 12% or so for March 1 to begin a growth attempt. I may have my timing off but I know we gotta shred fat first before building so I needed this fat off me.
March first I want to try and do 2 off season cycles before a spring 2027 cut just before summer but never letting body fat above 16-17%.
