The GLPs are a life saver, I think very soon, I want to just go without the GLP and just be a disciplined beast!! Lol
i think due to the poor food quality in the USA and the access to food 24/7. you can literally eat what you want, when you want 7 days a week.

On Friday, after my trainer session, leaving the gym, I opened the door for a lady about my age, she is really pretty. She said that was a rare gentleman act these days and so I said that if given half a chance, I would be a gentleman all day long. We ended up talking in the parking lot in the rain for 40 minutes, and she is meeting me for a cocktail tonight.
Brother’s, she knocked my socks off.
I am actually excited about seeing her tonight.
I am nervous as hell too!!
She is so so pretty and was very sweet and her voice was gentle and calm.
Oh boy yes I am nervous as hell

I will be totally 100% with this one, when she talked to me, she never once turned away from looking at me straight in the eyes. I think she will be able to handle anything I throw at her.

They are deadly. That is how I got so overweight when I had the back injury then surgery. I couldn't walk or stand and it was easier to order out….never again
yeah for sure. i see neighbors ordering in all the time. i get it people have kids and jobs. they are busy, but its not healthy at all to eat take out food

Last nights dinner date was fun….. She looked hot!! Spoke well, was very intelligent…until the middle of her second cocktail. Oh my goodness. I may see her again, but I need to find out if there is a problem or if she is just a really bad light weight.
I almost felt disappointed. So, we will see what happens, hoping it was nerves and an anomaly. But my experience says, probably not.
But damn she was hot.

Off day today. Going to chill and heal and consume protein
I am pretty sore and that fucking shoulder is acting up. The PRP therapy was moved to Feb 2. I only have to wait a bit over 2 months. Getting impatient.

Okay, lets do this Sunday the best way can, lets recognize opportunities that come today and take time to see all the positives moving around us, and if you happen to have a heavy head and heart and feel that negativity surrounds you, stop, breathe, open your eyes, I promise that you will find something positive in the storm to grab onto

Loved reading this brother and though the date didnt unfold the way you were thinking, could always try a second time in a different setting like during the day with something that doesnt involve drinking? Sometimes people get nervous on first dates and lean into the alcohol to lighten the angst.

We are doing legs, I woke up in a rude mood this morning after having one of those “pull up your boot straps days” yesterday.
Sometimes I don’t understand people

I will log the workout afterwards. I have no idea what sort of treachery she is going unleash upon me today, but because of feeling the way I do, I am going to literally exercise any rude mood from my body, I am going to shoot for throwing up in the parking afterwards.

I am think protein oats again for a preworkout meal

It is a funny thing, all of my being is focused on cutting fat right now, and I believe that the food we eat should match the goal.
I see all these guys on here that say they are cutting, yet they post their daily diet, and it is all loaded with fat and carbs, always good healthy food, but food that reflects more bulking.
I just try and keep the ingredients down to a minimum, high protein, proper fat and just enough carbs for the power…but no more.
Enough to get full with the lowest calories possible with the highest amount of protein possible, very hard balance to keep
 
Those are really big fish. I think they are like flounders or something but they're really big. @MarkNV My uncle used to fish for them up in New England. He lived close to Canada and Maine.
This was Alaskan Halibut, those bad boys can reach 400 + pounds. They are dangerous when pulled into a boat. Can you imagine 400 lbs of solid muscle flopping around in a whirlwind of violence, they will snap a leg in a second. No wonder they taste so good!!
