I've been training and dieting as usual just been so pressed for time that regular posting on Evo and general social media has taken a back seat.
Regardless I still want to put up my log show my training and my progress.
I'm partnering up with @Gold Standard Labs since I was using his product before and had my bloods tested on it and still have his product it makes sense not to waste it.

Macros Protein 240 carbs 570 and fats 77.

Even when I worked 12 hour shifts I still found the 3 minutes a day to post in my log
Man a 12 hour shift must be nice.
From when I leave work to when I get back is 12 hours. Factor in driving, meals, training and father duties updating the log everyday is pretty low on my list.
Plus typing out my training and meals takes longer then 3 minutes brother. 🙏

@coolguy77711 I hear you for sure on that man. Life can get very busy, especially considering you are a father as well. I give everybody credit who is there for their kids because a lot of men are not.

Welcome back brother! I see in your last log from March you ran insulin, curious to hear how that went for you and why no insulin this time with carbs leading the way on your macros? Not questioning your amazing log prowess just been learning more about insulin lately as well as other topics.

You obviously know what you're doing and I'm pumped to follow this new one. Looks like you're gonna get some nice results on this journey as well, assuming it's a recomp/cut with the diet posted along with you being one big thick mofo!

These are some good peds right here. I love the testosterone and masteron together. And then adding the growth hormone is fantastic. One suggestion I have though is why don't you use some glp1's instead of metformin @coolguy77711

I've never used metformin for this exact reason. GLP1's have so many added benefits as well.

Ahhh gotcha. Can't argue with that! You're one where I don't doubt your coach knows what he's doing LOL. Not a fan of people who call themselves "coaches", I'm jaded LOL. The real coaches are on here and people like who you have clearly!

I haven't seen my two daughters in 8 years which was when my downward spiral started and their mother put the kybosh on my access which I now understand and am just waiting for them to decide to reconnect with me. bros make sense. the thing though with GLP'1's is they initially drop hunger but over time that not the case. its cause your metabolism speeds up

Had to write a letter of amends to wife#1 because haven't seen her or my girls in 8 years. I was told she got it since my 2 boys still see their 2 half sisters.

yeah you seem way crazier and unhinged then even me. the one thing about me is my job did take time. i would be out of the house for 1-2 days working on projects and sleeping on cots at work to get things done when i worked as an engineer. this strained my family. my daughter would ask when daddy would be home and i would tell her that work was more important. i was obsessed with perfection

I'm lucky theres a high demand for.my profession so I tend to value work fairly low. Don't get me wrong I do a good job and get stuck in but compared to family I place it right at the bottom.
yeah i always tell guys put your work first. your family might not always be there like how my ex wife threw herself off a balcony

Hmm not really my deadlift is kinda shit and bench pr is 120kg so I don't think it's too low.
