Went and got all my food for the week at the store. Simple meals and working on some fermented foods which I really haven’t eaten in my life. Sauerkraut will be a first for me but the gut health of it and immunity features seem to be a great supportive food. Just some of the foods I’ll be eating this week:
Pickles, sauerkraut, carrots, green beans, asparagus, pumkin, beets, lean ground beef, turkey breast, cream of rice, raspberries, protien. Also added for the first time in my training was an intra workout carbohydrate drink.
I did add tren a in 2 weeks ago at 175mg a week. That was reduced by coach to 75mg a week once we began our programming. At the 150 I experienced night sweats every night waking up soaked, shorter temper, and extremely enhanced labido. I don’t know how someone runs 300-500. Since dialing it back to 75 I have reduced all side effects by 75%.
