This is what I get from my doctor. Says (5mg tadalafil take 1 a day) so the generic version . I’ll look into baby aspirin thanks

You have a nice stack to do the cut mate, very similar to what I just ran, Calories are too low, and trust me you will want carbs when trying to train with that volume on a deep cut, eat them around your training - even dextrose powder before gym.

Also, may be different for you, but in hindsight, I think my test was too low relative to my mast I was running 200/300 and had some e2 issues as Mast supposedly blocks it at the receptor. - Food for thought

Thanks! It’s just 3 mkre weeks at that dose but I can keep it at 300/300. Thanks for carb advice.

Your maintenance is 2400 you say?
220-250 protein = 880-1000 cals

Keep these macros on your lower and leg days and focus 70% of your carbs around your workout for fuel and recovery.

Drop carbs back to 180g on other training days and then 150 on rest days.

This carb cycling will allow a deficit without starving your workouts

Bro nice little breakdown thanks. Why im hiring a professional soon! Learning still. Carb cycling is gonna be difficult as I workout 90% of the time at 4am fasted due to schedule I just can’t at end of day with my responsibilities. But I’ll see what I can do! Yes I am using all new products from Domestic Supply. This batch was my first one ever and I did atleast use a trusted guy who supplies numerous of my friends for past 5 or so years. Its all I knew at the time.

Just went back and had another look at your plan and progress pics. I like the plan very much with the extended cut. Your plan, current physique and timing is similar to mine where I will drop back to TRT + GH in the new year.

I like the look of the split as well mate.

I upped my calories today also under everyone’s recommendation had a great pump in the gym from it. Despite the minor setback of running sketch stuff 🤣😬, still on track!

Looking nice and tight brother first increase was good at 200cals but as @LevButlerov said dont move too quick. Move faster before your body is ready for it and it will work against you.

Ventro glute is a good spot as well. I use a 25g, 1 inch for that.

Definitely sir! We pulled Anavar to look after his lipids and dropped his Tren down to the minimum effective dose for nutrient partitioning/ fat loss.

1:1 Test:Mest is generally a good ratio for keeping gyno-related symptoms in check, and includes a little bit of AI action as well (though this depends on the individual it seems).

Were also ordering in some SLU (high dose) and Yohimbine

We're going to get * to his 10% BF goal and then push conservatively.

The macros I’m digging too the meal plan was created specifically to address my first stages of high blood pressure and lipids and seems like I’ll be able to stick to it not too hard to prepare,

Week 1 and he’s already leveled me up. The tren has caused seperation in my quads now and new veins across biceps and now one in upper chest insane changes in 2 weeks the comments around coworkers are flooding in.

I’m on Reta so a massive “shit” would be welcomed 🤣. On another note about Reta for anyone interested. About week 3-7 I had digestive issues and bathroom issues. However, sitting at 3mg a week now and week 8 or so and I’m completely regular now maybe those issues are short lived and your body adapts? Anyone else with same experience? Honestly I have given a lot of thought to staying in a low maintance dose long term like .75-1mg weekly

Could it be that you introduced psyllium husk, apple cider vinegar and probiotics? If you haven't yet I would. If you want to it is paramount for digestion, let me know and I can give you a pre-meal routine and probiotics post-meal. Obviously run this by @R.AP as well.
 
Could it be that you introduced psyllium husk, apple cider vinegar and probiotics? If you haven't yet I would. If you want to it is paramount for digestion, let me know and I can give you a pre-meal routine and probiotics post-meal. Obviously run this by @R.AP as well.

I’m on Reta so a massive “shit” would be welcomed 🤣. On another note about Reta for anyone interested. About week 3-7 I had digestive issues and bathroom issues. However, sitting at 3mg a week now and week 8 or so and I’m completely regular now maybe those issues are short lived and your body adapts? Anyone else with same experience? Honestly I have given a lot of thought to staying in a low maintance dose long term like .75-1mg weekly

Sauerkraut will be a first for me but the gut health of it and immunity features seem to be a great supportive food. Just some of the foods I’ll be eating this week:

Pickles, sauerkraut, carrots, green beans, asparagus, pumkin, beets, lean ground beef, turkey breast, cream of rice, raspberries, protien. Also added for the first time in my training was an intra workout carbohydrate drink.

I did add tren a in 2 weeks ago at 175mg a week. That was reduced by coach to 75mg a week once we began our programming. At the 150 I experienced night sweats every night waking up soaked, shorter temper, and extremely enhanced labido. I don’t know how someone runs 300-500. Since dialing it back to 75 I have reduced all side effects by 75%.

Yes I added it and it’s amazing hahaha. I loved the 150mg weekly but I trust the process and happily reduced to 75mg. Im administering it at 25mg every other day mixed in with the others.we dropped the anavar when I started this up. So not sure if that’s considered micro dosing.

I’m making all my meals Monday for the week so I’ll add in some food pics for sure!

Have you tried sub q tren 😂. Absolutely miserable, I saw this suggested to avoid tren cough. But tren seems to sit in you and not disperse so that pocket would burn so bad when I touched it and stay that way for half a day. I hit a side handle pocket with a dumbell in the gym about 2 hours after injection and wanted to curl up into a ball and cry haha. IM is definitly way to go with tren. But I’m sure you knew that haha

I’m all IM with your previous suggestions I do side glutes and rear glutes I’m now using 25-27g 1”. I’m getting used to it now and liking the every other day seems to be a good all around dosing schedule. I’ve tried every day, 2 times a week, and every other. Settling in on EOD IM

Don't forget lats. Goes in like butter and you've got the lats for it too, stay with the 1" for lats.

I’ll have to try this one out! I’m at about 1.5-1.75cc would that be fine for lats. What about shoulders it starts to feel like it’s getting a bit full at just 1cc in shoulders.
For me bro lats can handle as much as my glutes. 2cc no problem. Delts you should probably max out at 1.5.

I've done calves, pecs, and triceps. Do NOT do biceps LOL. Microdosing calves witht 1/2" 25g isn't that bad at all.

Don't forget too your delts have 3 delt heads you can pin too. Most people just pin the lateral delt and think that's the end of that delt until next rotation. You have front/rear delts too though (anterior/posterior) that can fit 1ml themselves too.

I completely crashed my libido switching to every day micro dosing for 2-3 weeks I know it will help with estrogen and sides with the more stable serum levels but I’m afraid to try it out again. Over the past 4 months I’ve really started experimenting and seeing what results I get from it all. I still know people who pin once every 10-14 days and they swear by it. I think they are definitely not optimizing that way it just seems lazy.

Hey bro more power to ya if you can go 30g 1" for delts. I just prefer 23g-25g and it's easier to shove in at the pace you want. 30g you just push harder maybe I'm just being lazy.

I still do biceps but with newbies I just don't include it in the list of first choice muscle sites. In 2026 I'll be microdosing everything ED so biceps will be easier and definitely on the table as an option.

I just made a 25mg solution using dsmo to mix then once dissolved added bacteriastatic water. I had it in stock already so gonna inject that until it’s gone (it burns bad cause the dsmo) then I’ll start the pills im making. The pills will be 20mg 2-3 times a day and I will keep you updated
