Hey everyone,
Switching to prop from enanthate. Just curious if anyone prefers pinning at night vs morning? I am actually going to continue the E and just run in lower and only 2times a week and plan to pin 15-20mg prop ED. Also using anavar and primo in the mix. Just really don’t want to crash my estrogen completely but I’m susceptible to gyno in a slight cases. Just little beads behind the nipples. I also have been using dragon pharma for a long time and no issues, if there is a mixup in the order they’ve always been amazing in fixing the issue super quick. I have been curious about UGFreak though especially seeing all the positive on here about em, I just don’t like the payment options. I’m used to MoneyGram or WU with dragon pharma. Any issues with the bank transfer option on UGFreak? Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. Thanks

welcome to the EVO family :D @JD90 interesting, why do you want to switch? i'm not sure i follow your reasoning.
You need to do a full log first because we know nothing about your training food bloods or e2 history and without that we cannot tell you if morning or night pins or the prop and primo mix is right for you. Post a log with stats pics face blurred and your whole layout so we can guide you properly instead of guessing. 15 min of your time changes life :D


HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

At the end of the day, whatever works for you is best. I think pinning in the morning doesn't make any sense though because your muscles are too cold.
 
Right on thanks man. I just wasn’t sure with the peak. I hear some people say 12-14 hours and some say different. I guess either way the peak would be in the sometime in the morning if you pinned at the right time at night. Appreciate it
 
I use Prop, I like the flexibility for being able to adjust dosages very quickly, for what purpose are you wanting to run it? It’s a lot more volume, more pip and daily pinning.
That’s basically why I want to run it as well. Also, I’ve read and seen lots of videos on strong libido with prop. I had been running test e for years and my libido is up and down and never consistent but my labs are always spot on. I recently added in anavar and primo and occasionally Nolvadex as I am susceptible to gyno and but my morning wood has kinda left the scene libido is ok but not strong. Just want the versatility of the fast acting ester because theoretically it should be easier to adjust and dial in the protocol.
 
Yeah man the hesitation is real haha may try napsgear as they do western union/moneygram. Seems to be very reliable. I don’t have a strong reason to leave dragon pharma but I’d like to see what else is out there and compare. But thanks for the input I’ll dabble in the pinning hours. This is the end of week1 and I been pinning around 9-9:30pm going to bed around 10-10:30pm and I’ve started feeling great just my sleep quality has slightly declined. Nothing terrible but noticeable, however I’m still waking up fully energized and not dragging ass so that’s a plus for sure. Just did a morning pin today at 0745 so I’ll go AM this week and see what’s up

Ugfreak has excellent gear. You don't gotta worry about them. They have lots of options as well to pay so you are fine using them.

Do yourself a huge favor and spend a little time to figure out bitcoin payments. Even just with cash app, it will work perfectly. Don’t get frustrated, once you’ve done it the world will open up to you. It’s fast, efficient, a little more private, and it’s the preferred currency of most vendors. Sometimes there’s even a discount for using it especially with peptides.

5’10 1/2 (had to add the .5)
200lbs roughly 12% bodyfat (visible six pack. Serrated defined when flexing)

Prior protocol as follows
150-200 mg Test E a week split into 3 doses
20 mg anavar daily split into 2 doses per day
40mg Nolvadex as needed split into 2 doses per day (I am susceptible to gyno)
Running bpc-157/tb500 for minor injury recovery/prevention (active in Jiu Jitsu train 3days a week)
Tesamorelin/sermorelin
Added 2-4iu hgh into the mix roughly a month ago

Last had labs done July and labs were pretty spot on
Current protocol as follows:
(hoping to do bloods soon)
Keeping test e in the mix just lowering to around 100mg per week
Test prop daily 15-20mg
Anavar daily split into 2 doses 20mg total
Nolvadex as needed
Primo roughly 100mg a week
2-4 iu daily hgh
Bpc-157/tb500
Tesamorelin

Only wanting to switch to prop to have more control over making adjustments as needed also my libido had dropped. Could still achieve and maintain erections but no more morning wood and not as horned up as usual. Apparently prop fixes this. Also was feeling somewhat lethargic most days and waking up groggy which is also fixed with prop from my understanding. I take pretty comprehensive protocol of support vitamin and mineral supplements.

Test prop daily 15-20mg

Only wanting to switch to prop to have more control over making adjustments as needed also my libido had dropped. Could still achieve and maintain erections but no more morning wood and not as horned up as usual. Apparently prop fixes this. Also was feeling somewhat lethargic most days and waking up groggy which is also fixed with prop from my understanding. I take pretty comprehensive protocol of support vitamin and mineral supplements.
Forgot to mention also taking retatrutide 3-4mg a week and HCG 250-500iu 2-3 times a week
 
Nah pinning time doesn’t matter to me. I just don’t like prop just for the frequent pinning

You need to do a full log first because we know nothing about your training food bloods or e2 history and without that we cannot tell you if morning or night pins or the prop and primo mix is right for you. Post a log with stats pics face blurred and your whole layout so we can guide you properly instead of guessing. 15 min of your time changes life :D

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

Good start @JD90 but you need to start a NEW thread with this and add some pics face blurred to it, a log is usually a new thread, here I'll quote HOW TO for you :D dont worry we were all new at some point, will take time but you'll learn how the community works :D
 
Update. After one week of pinning at night and a week of pinning in the morning I can tell a difference for me personally that the evening/night injections are more beneficial. If I pin between 6-9pm I feel really energized during my workout the following morning and most of the day. Idk if this is all legit or just a mental thing but I’m going to continue with the evening pins

I think I need to get more recent lab work done before I start a good log. Are there any online sources to get lab work done that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg or that doesn’t require you to pay a “coaching” fee? If not I can go the lab at the hospital which is still expensive but figured I’d ask if anyone had any good insight on this

You should start a log before labs, training and diet is NOT related to your cycle or labs directly, that needs to be dialed in before hand, do you follow? @JD90
