BG trending down after last week's 5.9, good to see implementation of post meal walks working hopefully can keep pushing this number down to a good spot

will need to keep an eye on BP with addition of EQ, all seeming fine so far

Strength / Endurance Changes:
Strength and endurance already up with EQ

Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
Still in a nice lean state to grow. Full hard and strong

Pumps are ridiculous with slin now. Vascularity already starting to pop with EQ


Recovery Speed:
Recovery is on point. Ready to nail each session, no tiredness soreness or fatigue


Physique Notes:
Weight trending up and still holding a lean state. Recomping well, only minor visuals lost and still in a spot to push hard

Physical:
still some slight pimples from mast, clearing since dropping from 600 to 400

Overall better sense of wellness from motsc, day 1 felt amazing

Still feeling nice and tight with reta, bodyfat holding well even with punishing the food

Some slight agitation and aggression from EQ, nothing that isn't manageable but definitely noticeable

EQ reaching saturation by week 6, strength is up noticeably and fuller harder muscles

Joints starting to feel better from TB and bpc, tennis elbow in right arm feeling a lot better, hopefully to clear soon

Old neck back and knee injuries and niggles feeling amazing in comparison to what they were

Gastric issue has cleared from week 5 with introduction and help of psyllium husk, and weight has bounced back and muscle fullness back, digestion is back on point with no bloating or gas issues


Sexual: increased drive and urge especially waking in the morning


Overall Thoughts This Week:
Great addition with new peds and peps, bulk is coming along well, very happy with strength and body comp


Adjustments Needed:
Re assess bloodwork on week 7
Watch BG stays at a reasonable level
Keep an eye on BP

still some slight pimples from mast, clearing since dropping from 600 to 400

Overall better sense of wellness from motsc, day 1 felt amazing

Still feeling nice and tight with reta, bodyfat holding well even with punishing the food

Some slight agitation and aggression from EQ, nothing that isn't manageable but definitely noticable

EQ reaching saturation by week 6, strength is up noticeably and fuller harder muscles

Joints starting to feel better from TB and bpc, tennis elbow in right arm feeling a lot better, hopefully to clear soon

Gastric issue has cleared from week 5 with introduction and help of psyllium husk, and weight has bounced back and muscle fullness back, digestion is back on point with no bloating or gas issues

Attached bloodwork results from week 7

Bloodwork was done the day after a heavy chest session
Fasted with both food and water

No major concerns in bloodwork and slight improvements from last time.

No water would be giving worse numbers as well.

Elevated liver and CK from intense eccentric focused training and tissue breakdown.

No other kidney values out or kidney related sides so not an issue at this point but something to keep an eye on

Same with ast and alt, ggt is fine. Mild stresses and will need to go onto a cruise phase soon. Planned end of Dec or early jan

First time I have been able to manage my E2 within a reasonable range so that is a win

HDL is still a tad low and shbg tanked. Still not recovered from when I was on 600 mast 8 weeks ago

Upped fish oil supp to counteract this and a cruise phase reset will do this good

Overall good results for being on blast for 43 weeks my body seems to metabolise aas really well

Currently running nac, tudca and liver detox tablets.

Numbers would be a bit skewed because blood test was the day after a training session and fasted with not water. So results would be reading worse then what they should be.

But Def's in a range where it's starting to climb and looking at cruising end of Dec start of jan

Strength / Endurance Changes:
Strength and endurance already up with EQ

Pumps / Vascularity / Fullness:
Holding cals at the 5500 mark, still seeing great growth without pushing bodyfat and ruining insulin sensitivity
Pumps are ridiculous with slin now. Vascularity already starting to pop with EQ

Recovery Speed:
Recovery is on point. Ready to nail each session, no tiredness soreness or fatigue

Physique Notes:
Weight trending up and still holding a lean state. Recomping well, only minor visuals lost and still in a spot to push hard

Physical:
still some slight pimples from mast, clearing since dropping from 600 to 400

Overall better sense of wellness from motsc, day 1 felt amazing

Still feeling nice and tight with reta, bodyfat holding well even with punishing the food

Some slight agitation and aggression from EQ, nothing that isn't manageable but definitely noticable

EQ reaching saturation by week 6, strength is up noticeably and fuller harder muscles

Joints starting to feel better from TB and bpc, tennis elbow in right arm feeling a lot better, hopefully to clear soon

Old neck back and knee injuries and niggles feeling amazing in comparison to what they were


Gastric issue has cleared from week 5 with introduction and help of psyllium husk, and weight has bounced back and muscle fullness back, digestion is back on point with no bloating or gas issues

Sexual: increased drive and urge especially waking in the morning


Overall Thoughts This Week:
Great addition with new peds and peps, bulk is coming along well, very happy with strength and body comp

Adjustments Needed:
Re assess bloodwork on week 7
Watch BG stays at a reasonable level
Keep an eye on BP
Implement cruise phase in the next couple of weeks

Slight issue from Friday to Monday, had some Dom's way worse then normal, elbows and knees were starting to ache. E2 is probably dropping to low, skipping aromasin this Tuesday schedule and now feeling better will half aromasin dose moving forward

Carbs are very easy toanage with skin. I definitely have got a better look with protein at a moderate dose @ 1g per lb and leveraging carbs!
