Cant get decent pic of lump in my hand/wrist. Couldnt even hole my water bottle after workout lol
I can see some issue there, you cant hold now?
maybe we switch to all lower body?
 
Not alot of people know this, but suffering chronic pain for 10 years while still supporting a household then having wife suffering post natal depression almost made me end it all. Ecerytime i closed my eyes i pictured myself dying. Then i found lyrica that took dnough edge off to get back to gym. Loving life again. I will never let pain control me again. I may need to modify at times but so be it. Found a meaning again.

Yeah i used to have dedicated cardio days but as i was informed it was too high intensity for current goals. Definately feels wierd not puffing during cardio lol
Cardio is never a bad idea for any goal. Your heart is a muscle too

depression is a normal human behavior that we can experience at some point in our lives. and the beauty is we can overcome it, so many have proven that !

@fingers86 low row cable and upper back is really good. I like the bicep curls as well. Those are really good options.

@fingers86 I know how you feel. I had pretty severe chronic pain from herniated discs in my neck for several years. My left arm was on fire constantly and I couldn’t sleep. Also have arthritis. Also raised my kids as their mom had post partum depression and repeatedly tried to kill herself. It’s really hard when everything is so dependent on you and you are suffering, but it’s absolutely vital that you look out for yourself and that’s what you are doing! There’s a lot of things you can do to improve your situation no matter what the situation is. Keep your head up. You’re a champion in my book
 
It can't hurt to be more preventative, so it doesn't keep happening. Maybe consider getting some healing peptides. I would get the KLOW stack. @fingers86
Yeah i am. The guys at @Ascension Peptides are looking after me.very helpful with info on dosages and how some burn can be expected in higher dosages of the ghk. Ive also added collegan and doubled my fish oil. Unfortunately auto immune diseases suck but also researching some other peps that can help with autoimmune disorders. Very interesting.

Probably worth dropping the weight and upping the reps a bit here mate.

Is it some type of muscle strain or?
 
All of those ones I would say yes. For some big exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench etc), lower reps are good. But definitely the smaller exercises like bicep curls I would suggest sets of 10 or so.
Ok, ill see what i can do. Cheers for the tip. I was always taught 6-8 to build muscle but not by anyone that actually does bodybuilding or anything.

I like how u touched on the stack im pretty much doing. Test e hopefully primo once i find some in stock and i have gh and retra. I have a bit of fat and am in upper level e2 so thats why ive selected primo. Glad you to touch on mast because once i get bodyfat down i know what cycle i can try. Get bloods checked again in 2 weeks. Should be stable by then

Mate, i honestly love the podcast, even though some products can have severe side effects you advocate safety first by getting blood work done before and during cycles

Anyone here ripped their own toenail off? Its ingrown but been to 3 different drs and apparently they wont. Even though reception said they do.
A couple of mine came off due to extensive running/training on the job. They'll grow back in about 6 months. If it's ingrown just go to emerg and tell them you're in big time pain, it has to come off ASAP.

Try low impact cardio, things like swimming, hot yoga Pilates, and even things like bicycling are less trauma on your legs
I used to run a lot back in the day probably 40 to 50 miles and it really wore down my body so I had to find smarter ways to get my cardio

Another tip is running barefoot on grass. Stay away from sidewalk or treadmill

For some reason latest one not shown on health app. Imy next bloods im gunna get private like i did with test so all in one document.

Gunna do fasting, the fasting walk. Tgen eat my oats which is 53% carbs, then test 1 and 2 hours post. Might be out a little as dr gave steroids to my hand tonight

Yes for sure corticosteroids mess with your insulin moving glucose out. Aren't steroids cool LOL.
 
So if i read correctly, do full 3 sets normal inclufing nowmal brrak. Then last set do as per normsl, then drop qtr weights off and go to failure and continue these days 3 or 4 times?

Only did treadmill sorry @LevButlerov i did 7% 3km/h 45 minutes. Hand and wrist feeling much better but didnt want to aggrevate it before upperbody tomorrow and friday. Next week gunna feel awesome if this is fixed up. One more day prednisolone and should be fixed with a great night sleep. Looking fwd to kloh to hopefully keep it at bay. Love the taste of apple cider vinegar by the way lol

Happy to do walking higher incline same spead? Not on weight days ill stick to 3 and 3. Would that keep me on track? Or would i still be burning too much? Any reading you mods can recomment for learning this stuff

I would add berberine if you have it. It's good for your goals either way. 2000mg (1000mg twice a day with meals).
 
Cheers mate speed ill keep at 3. And yeah when i was doing interval i was at times doing 10% 6km/h. Much easier on the knees at this speed lol
Slower speed is better imo :D

I am confused what your asking?
If your staying on test, there is no need to pct, running a steroid as an AI is an approach many use, however, I would rather find your TRT dose that does not require AI use.

And then when you cycle or blast, just add the steroids and up the test, then when the blast is over drop back to TRT dose.

Yeah i am finding my trt dose first. Will get bloods again very soon just waiting for new years to be over to see where i currently stand
