19th of december and wow this month really got somewhere to be!

Fasted weight 108.9kg so its just falling off me at this point!

Just a reminder we are 3 days now into just 250mg/week test e and gh is still in at 13.5iu

Insulin at 10iu long acting AM and 5iu novo 3x day on training days

On the streets atm doing my post stairmaster steps

@HeliosLabs Slu, mots c, yoh and the rest of my mito stack went in at 230 and then 3.15 i smacked a litre of water and began cardio

60 steps/min is effortless atm for me so i may bump up to the next level, well see, as bodyweight comes down in prep i definately will but atm im also priorotising training so dont want anything too taxing, save the really hard cardio for when its needed

Today is rest day, much needed, only thing to worry about is my clients, steps, cardio and eating!

Finished stranger things up to ep 7 lastnight and wtf why is the show so woke now? I feel like their shoving gay acceptance down our throats 1/10 for me this season, will likely not bother continuiing to watch

Less than 15 weeks out now and feeling super fresh and ready to keep grinding

Client load has been increasing phenomenally and thats also motivating the hell out of me to get so many guys and glas onboard ready to unlock the best version of themselves in 2026 🔥🔥

Also im not sure if i mentioned but for the last 3 years i havent missed a day of sauna, i own an infrared 2 person sauna at home and im telling you guys you need to invest in one! Not only are they so cheap nowadays but 20mins a day will change your life!

What you guys must understand is that training doesnt need to be dogmatic, be like water, go with what your body tells you, sometimes i do 8 sets for a muscle, sometimes i do 4, biggest thing is not to force yourself into a pit of recovery you cant get out of!
