Weight isnt coming off like the first week but definitely feel the recomp. Muscles feel fuller and waist is slowly trimming down.

Got the flu since last weekend and have been struggling with eating right. Not sure if its the reta or the sickness but just dont have an appetite at all. Everything i ate was clean thou but did under eat.
Missed 1 day of training but just too it as a rest day, still pushed through my workouts but didnt do cardio or sauna afterwards on most days.
Made a meal prep last night and gonna stick to it.
Meal 1- 2 sccops of Whey with 40g Oats
Meal 2 - 4 eggs, 8oz ground turkey, 1/2 avocado, 2 slices of Good seed bread
Meal 3 - 8oz grilled Chicken breast, 3oz white rice, 2oz asparagus
Meal 4- 2 scoops of whey
Protien- 235
Fats- 70
Carbs- 93
Meal 3 is interchangeable with
- 8oz Chicken breast, 3oz broccoli
-8oz Tri tip steak, 3oz sweet potato, 2oz asparagus

I am going to add
1-2iu daily as soon as i get it.
Thinking of getting blood work done thrusday morning before i pin TEST c.
If everything looks good i will raise my dose of TEST C and cut out HCG.

Ive always add fat tissue around 1 nipple but as im losing weight does this look like gyno to yall??
I have aromasin on hand from naps. But ill see what my blood work looks like. I dont have any of the symptoms of gyno thou so im hoping its just regular fat
