Check in this morning, 97.2kg fasted. BG looking schmick, waist tiny bit bigger but negligible. Feeling and looking fuller. Can't complain.

Nice Td brother! @UGL OZ being top teir amd @shadow labs a new guy on the block who hasnt put a foot wrong yet.

@HeliosLabs is one we are definitely going to see heaps more of around here no doubt. The shift in the game and what that lab promotes and provides in that area its only a matter of time before the whole crew is looking down that rabbit hole.

I myself have big plans and interests in this pathway this year and will be logging in depth reflections of particular compounds in my up and comming log also.

Had a decent back session tonight and decided to take a few photos after. Gym lighting was better but these will do!

Make sure to get some extra sodium in on days where you're sweating heaps/ working hard! Can add it to your meals or even in with your water.

So far so good today, feeling better so will play it by ear. Skipped gym yesterday when I wasn't feeling great.
Best thing about having a health focused coach like @R.AP is you have all the tools at your disposal even when working remotely to monitor symptoms ie blood pressure, Heart rate, temps and blood glucose levels

Could even have been heat stroke fella! Combine that with not food. Drink enough water? Add in some extra sodium?
 
Missed the sodium yesterday but back in today, couple g so far.

About to smash lunch number 2, slipped a shake in as well.

Water intake is generally good and every day is hot up here so you get climatised to a degree

Replaced the cup of water back in my room to prevent air con drying me out as well overnight and seems to be working.

Quick way to get some extra sodium as well, brings those shakes to another level and with water is an easy way to get protein in without going over cals

Thankyou, just doing what I can.
Personally I feel I have a big lag in biceps and legs (why I rarely show lower) and with a higher current bf% I know it hides, but there will be a big focus here going forwards.

Chest was always a favourite of mine, but especially since starting with @R.AP as coach, my back has progressed well, and im loving the intensity of a back focused day. Blowing up like no tomorrow. Back, shoulders and chest will help solidify my frame, so ive just got to focus on the extremities. But as we know, its never a rush. Hard work will pay off

Thankyou, just doing what I can.
Personally I feel I have a big lag in biceps and legs (why I rarely show lower) and with a higher current bf% I know it hides, but there will be a big focus here going forwards.

Chest was always a favourite of mine, but especially since starting with @R.AP as coach, my back has progressed well, and im loving the intensity of a back focused day. Blowing up like no tomorrow. Back, shoulders and chest will help solidify my frame, so ive just got to focus on the extremities. But as we know, its never a rush. Hard work will pay off
you dont have much of a lag on your pics :D I think in time you'll grow arms and legs more give it 6-8 weeks @lxscv8

Bros, green beans are pretty good. My wife makes them really nice. I like them when they're nice and soft and they melt in your mouth. @lxscv8

Hahaha so I train Legs (hammies focus) followed by biceps. By this stage leg pump has gone down and legs lagging a fair bit due to i hate legs haha
It's crazy hard to get a real nasty leg pump. I'd be so knackered I wouldn't wanna pic lol

Ive never liked photos, just something I have to get used to. Have a tripod now to try and make photos and checkins uniform

Hahaha legs are my least favourite day, but its showing in my progress so we've programmed a legs and a lower/Core day in. @R.AP has also programmed extra arms days in for me to try to get them up to where I want them
