Whats the plan now brother, you already look jacked, cant be looking to lose anymore ?
I am lean bulking my man, trying to gain some size, I actually had a look back at page 1 earlier where I started to today, I have gained a little already.
 
Nice, i can only assume lean bulking takes longer / harder as you want size but dont want to lose the cage.
In theory it shouldnt really take any longer, its just finding the calories you need to grow lean mass with minimal overspill into bodyfat, I am relaxing this a bit lately though, because I dont really want to leave any gains on the table

Actually looked really good in the gym today and my pump seemed to hold for most the day, fat gain minimal, just a bit of water around waist and lower back

Had a nice relaxing day, my sleep was garbage, something is wrong with my hormones for sure, but we will wait for bloods, fingers crossed tomorrow morning I receive them back - the LCMS e2 is going to be awhile sadly, but hopefully the rest of the panels tell a bit of a story.



Its really odd, because everything else is going really well, and I am managing it okay, I do wonder though, how much the @Norvex Slu and Mots is softening it for me.



Strength is going up every session which is a great feeling, @Gold Standard Labs NPP really driving that, I absolutely adore that compound, even though it could be the thing causing me issues we will work it out 😂.



I am back to work tomorrow, starting with an AM leg day and cardio in the afteroon, big day.

Sleep was garbage again, I have received a few blood results back, but one of note is Prolactin sitting at 280, I believe this is the cause for a fair bit of my symptoms such as night sweats and low libido.



I have had the e2 immunoassay back - which I pay no mind to, being on eq and npp however - interestingly sitting at 138, so I anticipate the LCMS will be quite low - fuck knows what has gone on with these bloods, this is a rubbish timeframe and has never taken this long.



I have rest day tomorrow and hopefully get some well earned sleep tonight.

Bit of changes in this update.



I have added L Carn injectable 900mg in the last couple weeks but with the holidays forgot to add to my log - I am taking this pre workout, really liking it so far. Also added 5mg of Methylene Blue each morning before work - cant tell if its doing much but the past few days my mood and focus has been better - may up this dose if anyone has any advice?



Loving the Mots C and Slu from @Norvex if anyone is on the fence about this stuff hit him up and give it a go, my energy and endurance even at 5am for training is that much better since starting and I have no doubt its keeping me lean.



I have decided to switch to EQ from @Gold Standard Labs rather than the bold ace I was using, I have taken my test dose up as my early bloods I have received - Ill touch on this in below paragraph, indicate low e2 and my symptoms match too, last two days of increased test I already feel a bit of relief, but using test prop, npp and then bold ace my injection volumes were getting way too high and causing me issues. The good part is with EQ’s long ester - I can run this cycle a little longer haha.

Bold Ace is a killer compound but for my volumes pushing up to 2ml a day, its a bit excessive with L carn in the rotation now too.

First few pins of Eq from @Gold Standard Labs done and dusted and it is a buttery smooth, cant even tell what delt I an using 😂.





I have yet to receive my full blood panel back, just dribs and drabs, I should have most back tomorrow so will be sharing the results with my update tomorrow - they messed up my CBC again so need to do a redraw for that on Friday, never doing bloods again over holiday period.



I am thinking of adding Klow back into my stack, I am starting to get some joint issues show up - any advice?



Back in the gym tomorrow for Pull Day and some abs and cardio! Cannot wait.

Sleep was garbage again, I have received a few blood results back, but one of note is Prolactin sitting at 280, I believe this is the cause for a fair bit of my symptoms such as night sweats and low libido.



I have had the e2 immunoassay back - which I pay no mind to, being on eq and npp however - interestingly sitting at 138, so I anticipate the LCMS will be quite low - fuck knows what has gone on with these bloods, this is a rubbish timeframe and has never taken this long.



I have rest day tomorrow and hopefully get some well earned sleep tonight.

That was when I was running EQ around 1:1 or slightly higher than test (around 380 EQ and 350 test). I pretty much had no libido at that point. Changed it to 375 test and 320 EQ and feeling much better.

I have added L Carn injectable 900mg in the last couple weeks but with the holidays forgot to add to my log - I am taking this pre workout, really liking it so far. Also added 5mg of Methylene Blue each morning before work - cant tell if its doing much but the past few days my mood and focus has been better - may up this dose if anyone has any advice?



Loving the Mots C and Slu from @Norvex if anyone is on the fence about this stuff hit him up and give it a go, my energy and endurance even at 5am for training is that much better since starting and I have no doubt its keeping me lean.



I have decided to switch to EQ from @Gold Standard Labs rather than the bold ace I was using, I have taken my test dose up as my early bloods I have received - Ill touch on this in below paragraph, indicate low e2 and my symptoms match too, last two days of increased test I already feel a bit of relief, but using test prop, npp and then bold ace my injection volumes were getting way too high and causing me issues. The good part is with EQ’s long ester - I can run this cycle a little longer haha.

Bold Ace is a killer compound but for my volumes pushing up to 2ml a day, its a bit excessive with L carn in the rotation now too.

First few pins of Eq from @Gold Standard Labs done and dusted and it is a buttery smooth, cant even tell what delt I an using 😂.





I have yet to receive my full blood panel back, just dribs and drabs, I should have most back tomorrow so will be sharing the results with my update tomorrow - they messed up my CBC again so need to do a redraw for that on Friday, never doing bloods again over holiday period.



I am thinking of adding Klow back into my stack, I am starting to get some joint issues show up - any advice?

I have added L Carn injectable 900mg in the last couple weeks but with the holidays forgot to add to my log - I am taking this pre workout, really liking it so far. Also added 5mg of Methylene Blue each morning before work - cant tell if its doing much but the past few days my mood and focus has been better - may up this dose if anyone has any advice?



Loving the Mots C and Slu from @Norvex if anyone is on the fence about this stuff hit him up and give it a go, my energy and endurance even at 5am for training is that much better since starting and I have no doubt its keeping me lean.



I have decided to switch to EQ from @Gold Standard Labs rather than the bold ace I was using, I have taken my test dose up as my early bloods I have received - Ill touch on this in below paragraph, indicate low e2 and my symptoms match too, last two days of increased test I already feel a bit of relief, but using test prop, npp and then bold ace my injection volumes were getting way too high and causing me issues. The good part is with EQ’s long ester - I can run this cycle a little longer haha.

Bold Ace is a killer compound but for my volumes pushing up to 2ml a day, its a bit excessive with L carn in the rotation now too.

First few pins of Eq from @Gold Standard Labs done and dusted and it is a buttery smooth, cant even tell what delt I an using 😂.





I have yet to receive my full blood panel back, just dribs and drabs, I should have most back tomorrow so will be sharing the results with my update tomorrow - they messed up my CBC again so need to do a redraw for that on Friday, never doing bloods again over holiday period.



I am thinking of adding Klow back into my stack, I am starting to get some joint issues show up - any advice?



Back in the gym tomorrow for Pull Day and some abs and cardio! Cannot wait.

Yeah there is, I live in a rural area so I dont have the luxury of many options and I think the holiday period messed them up pretty bad

Have got my bloods back - low e2 as I suspected, I have adjusted my Test and now Eq to 630/400, which should nudge it up to where it needs to be.

I wouldn't worry about the e2 as you're going to adjust now, once you cut eq down you'll be gtg :D @Dreamer, though I think 300mgs is a better drop for eq, 600 test/300 eq roughly

Thank you @LevButlerov - see how this treats me for a bit, I really want to get the most out of the EQ, I think the 600 test will do quite a bit - its actually closer to 630 cause I round up to .9ml, my old ratio was 450/300 but if I have issues I will lower eq a little.

Not too worried about the lipids - actually quite impressed given the compounds I am on.

I need to do my redraw for my FBC tomorrow so will see where my HCT and HGB ended up. But hopeful thats not too bad either

I am feeling worlds better though, labs above prove it was low e2 so the test bump is justified, but hoping the water settles down.



I really think the Methylene Blue is doing good things for my mood and mental, I do like it.



Did my cardio tonight - 45 degrees where I live so it was a sweaty session but loved it.



Back in the gym tomorrow for Legs, and I will do some cardio and obliques in the evening.

Thinking my scale weight gain is a mixture of the increased test and increased calories - my mind is going crazy thinking its fat and I want to cut calories back again, but I am going to commit to the bulk and push through, I want to grow.



I am feeling worlds better though, labs above prove it was low e2 so the test bump is justified, but hoping the water settles down.



I really think the Methylene Blue is doing good things for my mood and mental, I do like it.



Did my cardio tonight - 45 degrees where I live so it was a sweaty session but loved it.

Its funny Lev I have had this real run around with e2 over my enhanced journey, and I think I am finally learning, I never had high e2 it was actually low, all my health metrics, my mood, my pumps, my energy everything feeling better day by day now.

methylene blue I would go 4/3 4 days on 3 off and see how you feel
 
Have got my bloods back - low e2 as I suspected, I have adjusted my Test and now Eq to 630/400, which should nudge it up to where it needs to be.

Lipids arent terrible in the context of a cycle, I will be adding some more healthy fats in the form of Olive Oil, Fish and Avocado to get the HDL up, but nearly
in range - LDL is great.

Liver numbers are up - could be from training as I only had a day off before bloods, but I am also taking high dose berberine - not overally concerned as no symptoms and GGT and Bili are good.

I have a few weird numbers as I was getting over a bit of sickness before this test, however, I will be running bloods again in 4 weeks and fingers crossed I dont get fucked around like I did! I did get refunded though and iMedical did whatever they could to help - for the aussie brothers they are a great company for bloods.

Bloods looks really good overall. That ALT looked a bit worrisome when you posted before and now seeing the rest of your liver makers it's something I'd keep an eye on. Hopefully in a month with more of a training window before testing those come down.

Yeah I dunno man, my liver numbers are weird, they are improving, I really dont know what it is, I have no real symptoms or any concern, dont drink, dont do orals, so not sure, they’ll be in every one of my panels though - my bili came in range finally.
I did my recollection for my CBC today - keen to see how my rbc and hct have gone on boldenone.

Yea with EQ the thick blood is a big concern. Hopefully that's all good.

Yea the liver is a real head scratcher. @stevesmi always preaches on the podcast that injectibles can effect your liver just as bad as orals in some cases.

With your supplement stack maybe something in there isn't agreeing with your liver? Who knows, 1 test can't really tell much. Next month will be some good info.

Your triglycerides looked great so I wouldn't worry at all about the lipids.

Solid day, very very hot where I live but got both my training sessions done, and spent a bit of time getting some sun to get my tan going.



Really noticed today, usually after legs I am very spent and need to recharge and it kind of drags the rest of my day down - I didnt train soft it was a brutal session, but walking out the gym, I had full energy and held it all day, @Norvex Mots C is what I am putting this down to, I really like this compound and can now feel it working.



Feeling really recovered, really switched on, I am ment to rest tomorrow but I am thinking of just going back to the gym, I really want to do my push day.



My health metrics are starting to stabilise and my oura ring is much happier, sleep feels better - I have moved my GH to pre bed and sleep feels amazing on it. When I go back to cutting I will go back to Am pre cardio, but for now this is nice.

I have added L Carn injectable 900mg in the last couple weeks but with the holidays forgot to add to my log - I am taking this pre workout, really liking it so far. Also added 5mg of Methylene Blue each morning before work - cant tell if its doing much but the past few days my mood and focus has been better - may up this dose if anyone has any advice?



Loving the Mots C and Slu from @Norvex if anyone is on the fence about this stuff hit him up and give it a go, my energy and endurance even at 5am for training is that much better since starting and I have no doubt its keeping me lean.



I have decided to switch to EQ from @Gold Standard Labs rather than the bold ace I was using, I have taken my test dose up as my early bloods I have received - Ill touch on this in below paragraph, indicate low e2 and my symptoms match too, last two days of increased test I already feel a bit of relief, but using test prop, npp and then bold ace my injection volumes were getting way too high and causing me issues. The good part is with EQ’s long ester - I can run this cycle a little longer haha.

Bold Ace is a killer compound but for my volumes pushing up to 2ml a day, its a bit excessive with L carn in the rotation now too.

First few pins of Eq from @Gold Standard Labs done and dusted and it is a buttery smooth, cant even tell what delt I an using 😂.





I have yet to receive my full blood panel back, just dribs and drabs, I should have most back tomorrow so will be sharing the results with my update tomorrow - they messed up my CBC again so need to do a redraw for that on Friday, never doing bloods again over holiday period.



I am thinking of adding Klow back into my stack, I am starting to get some joint issues show up - any advice?

So I have upped my test, based on my bloods, upped my calories based on the fact that I havent really gained much on the scale or in body fat.

It feels like today a floodgate has opened, I look bigger, feel stronger and have great energy.



Really good session in the gym, even with my second PM session done with abs and cardio still plenty of energy.



Really loving the @Gold Standard Labs stack I am running, injecting 1.5ml daily and literally 0 pip, I keep forgetting where I am pinning.



Another thing I am really loving - I used to take my GH in the morning for AM cardio, I am now using @Gold Standard Labs gold tops HGH pre bed and my sleep has never been better!



@Norvex and myself are cooking up a peptide stack that should add to the slu/mots I am already running to take this to another level so next week sometime should have an interesting update - also if you havent already have a look over at his page and sus the list bro has, he has a very diverse range of goodies.

So I have upped my test, based on my bloods, upped my calories based on the fact that I havent really gained much on the scale or in body fat.

It feels like today a floodgate has opened, I look bigger, feel stronger and have great energy.



Really good session in the gym, even with my second PM session done with abs and cardio still plenty of energy.



Really loving the @Gold Standard Labs stack I am running, injecting 1.5ml daily and literally 0 pip, I keep forgetting where I am pinning.



Another thing I am really loving - I used to take my GH in the morning for AM cardio, I am now using @Gold Standard Labs gold tops HGH pre bed and my sleep has never been better!



@Norvex and myself are cooking up a peptide stack that should add to the slu/mots I am already running to take this to another level so next week sometime should have an interesting update - also if you havent already have a look over at his page and sus the list bro has, he has a very diverse range of goodies.

I have added L Carn injectable 900mg in the last couple weeks but with the holidays forgot to add to my log - I am taking this pre workout, really liking it so far. Also added 5mg of Methylene Blue each morning before work - cant tell if its doing much but the past few days my mood and focus has been better - may up this dose if anyone has any advice?



Loving the Mots C and Slu from @Norvex if anyone is on the fence about this stuff hit him up and give it a go, my energy and endurance even at 5am for training is that much better since starting and I have no doubt its keeping me lean.



I have decided to switch to EQ from @Gold Standard Labs rather than the bold ace I was using, I have taken my test dose up as my early bloods I have received - Ill touch on this in below paragraph, indicate low e2 and my symptoms match too, last two days of increased test I already feel a bit of relief, but using test prop, npp and then bold ace my injection volumes were getting way too high and causing me issues. The good part is with EQ’s long ester - I can run this cycle a little longer haha.

Bold Ace is a killer compound but for my volumes pushing up to 2ml a day, its a bit excessive with L carn in the rotation now too.

First few pins of Eq from @Gold Standard Labs done and dusted and it is a buttery smooth, cant even tell what delt I an using 😂.





I have yet to receive my full blood panel back, just dribs and drabs, I should have most back tomorrow so will be sharing the results with my update tomorrow - they messed up my CBC again so need to do a redraw for that on Friday, never doing bloods again over holiday period.



I am thinking of adding Klow back into my stack, I am starting to get some joint issues show up - any advice?

Hey mate, as a frame of reference, my tests from a month or so ago had normal E2 at 124 and LCMS came back 53.

That was when I was running EQ around 1:1 or slightly higher than test (around 380 EQ and 350 test). I pretty much had no libido at that point. Changed it to 375 test and 320 EQ and feeling much better.
Even with the increase in test bro you could aim at something closer to 2:1 or even 2.2:1 test:eq.

Dont fear estrogen that moves towards or just over the top end of range especially when your on cycle. Its our body chasing homeostasis. There is significant importance to having estrogen i our bodies for a multitude of factors let alone purely muscle development.
As long negative side effects arent present best of holding it higher too.

I like to add pauses on my pressing movements at the stretch position. I find the momentary press mitigates jerk on way up and potential injuries. Also increases time under tension. You’ll need to put ego in the back pocket and lower loads however was a game changer for me 💪💪

Have got my bloods back - low e2 as I suspected, I have adjusted my Test and now Eq to 630/400, which should nudge it up to where it needs to be.

Lipids arent terrible in the context of a cycle, I will be adding some more healthy fats in the form of Olive Oil, Fish and Avocado to get the HDL up, but nearly
in range - LDL is great.

Liver numbers are up - could be from training as I only had a day off before bloods, but I am also taking high dose berberine - not overally concerned as no symptoms and GGT and Bili are good.

I have a few weird numbers as I was getting over a bit of sickness before this test, however, I will be running bloods again in 4 weeks and fingers crossed I dont get fucked around like I did! I did get refunded though and iMedical did whatever they could to help - for the aussie brothers they are a great company for bloods.

Yeah bro the mito stuff is a huge shift in health and over all funtion. I truly feel the more people learn about this and understand the importance of mitochondrial function we will see a massive shift in how we utilise compounds

Do you get sides from having e2 higher in the past? Only saying because the higher e2 you can keep yourself at without side truly benifits the quality of muscle development and repair through stem cell activation.

The biggest thing we should be aiming for though with e2 levels especially when using gh is maximising igf1 levels. The lower the e2 the more difficult this is.

Im the same with my opinion on eq now. Now i have pushed through to fine tune it all only going to make using it each time after better and better.

AM HGH was actually really making me quite tired looking back - I am all PM now and much prefer it.

I think I would go back to AM dosing when cutting and doing alot of fasted cardio but for now this is great.

Honestly man, I have spent so much of my time on aas and test chasing e2 and never letting it settle that I wouldnt even know, I am actually pretty certain most of the sides I have always interpreted as high e2 were low, I am now letting it run a little and see how I feel and as it climbs I feel better and look better, I will commit to getting LCMS testing done and verifying.
I had a problem where if I see some water weight or bloat I react with must be high e2, now I just let everything settle.
I have also read about the e2 and IGF1 relationship - Todd Lee explains this often, and I think its why my igf1 was always quite low despite going as high as 6iu - finally got a reading over the top of the ref range in my last bloods.

Touch down from @Ascension Peptides today with the Klow which I started today at 4mg, keen to see what this brings for me, everyone says the pin is painful, I found it smooth as butter - it looks so cool when mixed with the colour.

We are one week done on the cycle, the scale has moved up about 2kg, but still holding a very lean body, 3800 calories is doing well - I may up it, I do want to titrate my GH and NPP eventually, but wont until my health metrics settle down.

A hard earned rest day tomorrow, which honestly I am a little sad about, I dont really like rest days, I would rather just the day off work haha, but this is one of the few where I agree my body needs it.



Hit legs today and felt really good, already have a bit of doms in my hammys - which I never get so went hard.



I have added Reta back in at 2mg a week which I pinned today, I am thinking with my increased carb and calorie intake I would like to stay ahead of it with insulin sensitivity and fat gain etc - I know I am obsessed but this process is almost an experiment for me too, I really want to maximise the lean gains and minimise the fat gain as much as possible - so far its going quite well.

I have once again increased my calories, mainly through carbs, but I have pushed my protein over 300, hoping to start seeing the scale move a little.



I have also upped my test to 800mg weekly to land at a ratio of 2:1 to eq, but switching to @Gold test e, from test P , I love the test p but the volumes are getting out of hand.

I have been testing the dosage of 800 on prop though and feeling good , so dont see any issues here.



Still remaining lean, still checking my blood sugar each morning and its hovering mid 4s so I am pretty confident that the call to up the calories is right.



I am having some bloat and leg puffiness in the afternoon/evening but put it down to changes in food and peds and my body will adjust.



Training has been feeling great, noticing my size coming on and a different look to my physique, starting to fill out in spots that were lacking like traps and upper chest.



Starting a few new exciting things from @Norvex in the near future which will be great.



Back in the gym tomorrow for Legs.

I absolutely love meadows rows, staple in my back day - I used to do db rows and could never get the connection, these burn my lats up so good.
