Only 125mgs 1x per week. The vials I have are 250ml/ml. I only inject 0.5ml of it.
Estrogen being high would be a result of test being high, I got Nolvadex and Clomid stocked up as well, I HAVE NOT HAD ANY OF THESE PCT TABS YET JUST SHOWING THAT I HAVE THEM IF YOU WANT ME TO DO ANYTHING:

However, I don't want to stop small test doses. See how I haven't complained about my shoulders and back and knees lately and have been able to do MMA here and there as well. I had an AMAZING back workout today, I deadlifted after about 6 years and 3 back injuries most recent being in 2025 (which was minor and we discussed), 2 knee injuries and 4 shoulder injuries. Was able to get 265lbs. I know it's a dick move on my part to go straight to 265... but I guess ego got the better of me. My back feels super awesome and I feel like a super man tbh!
Here's the workout:
Back:
Treadmill: 20 mins 3 incline 3 speed.
Seal rows: 3x25 50lbs on the bar
Slight underhand/neutral Pullups: 3 x 12 + 11 + 10
Seated cable rows: 3x20 125lbs
Chest supported machine rows: 3x25 140lbs
Deadlifts: 1x1 + 2x3 265lbs
Hyper extensions: 3x15 45 lbs plate
( 2 hinge movements,
@R.AP suggested and it's been in my head since.)
Abs (also decided it's time I hit these again):
Crunches: 3x25 (last set i had to grab back of my legs to go over 15 reps)
Lying leg raises: 3x20
Heel touches: 3x30
