Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Yeah he was taken care of. I forgot to turn the auto reply on saying the team was off for the holidays. Ive gotten back to all these boys and they know we didnt disappear on them. Never would!

And hell yeah post some of that food. Middle eastern food is my favourite tbh

Congratulations on ringing in the new year with under 90kg as well! It’s definitely a bit different seeing a Canuck using kg haha.

haha yeah man. remember when my knee, shoulder and back issues flared up? I said I have taken test in the past and it helps ALOT with recovery and I started pinning.

Only 125mgs 1x per week. The vials I have are 250ml/ml. I only inject 0.5ml of it.

Estrogen being high would be a result of test being high, I got Nolvadex and Clomid stocked up as well, I HAVE NOT HAD ANY OF THESE PCT TABS YET JUST SHOWING THAT I HAVE THEM IF YOU WANT ME TO DO ANYTHING:
50 tabs of Nolvadex (10mg each) + 40 tabs of Clomid (50mg each):

However, I don't want to stop small test doses. See how I haven't complained about my shoulders and back and knees lately and have been able to do MMA here and there as well. I had an AMAZING back workout today, I deadlifted after about 6 years and 3 back injuries most recent being in 2025 (which was minor and we discussed), 2 knee injuries and 4 shoulder injuries. Was able to get 265lbs. I know it's a dick move on my part to go straight to 265... but I guess ego got the better of me. My back feels super awesome and I feel like a super man tbh!

Here's the workout:
Back:

Treadmill: 20 mins 3 incline 3 speed.

Seal rows: 3x25 50lbs on the bar
Slight underhand/neutral Pullups: 3 x 12 + 11 + 10
Seated cable rows: 3x20 125lbs
Chest supported machine rows: 3x25 140lbs
Deadlifts: 1x1 + 2x3 265lbs
Hyper extensions: 3x15 45 lbs plate
( 2 hinge movements, @R.AP suggested and it's been in my head since.)

Abs (also decided it's time I hit these again):
Crunches: 3x25 (last set i had to grab back of my legs to go over 15 reps)
Lying leg raises: 3x20
Heel touches: 3x30

Yeah waiting on this reta to get to me and we will start it again. And yes, starting the new year below 90 feels awesome! fees closer to my goals and I love it!
I was not born in Canada and lived most of my life (so far) in a country where we use KG I always felt KG is more badass ;)

Its syn pharma. Got it from the same place i got the BPC and TB while back.

Lets fix the log title 🤣

Nice work on adding in the hinging movements fella! Love to see it.

What is the ester of Testosterone that you're running for your TRT? Could be low hanging fruit here for improving your e2

Ah here it is. Syn Pharma 250mg/ ml is probably Test E. Mate if you increase injection frequency to every second day or even daily micro administrations you'd probably resolve your e2 issues

Ah there Test C half life is approx. 8 days brother. Increase injection frequency to bi-weekly or even every second day. Improve your e2 dramatically.

So maybe evey 2nd day 0.1ml?? How much do you think? And then how many weeks after i get another blood test?
 
.14ml every second day, or .07ml daily brother will set you in the right direction. Do this for 2x weeks then get your bloods done again, and keep note of how you feel transitioning over to the higher injection frequency.

When you introduce a large bolus of Testosterone you also get a large influx of aromatase activity, which is where the high e2 reading comes from. If you can increase the injection frequency, meaning the bolus' aren't as large, you'll have decreased aromatase activity and more stable serum concentrations.

This'll improve how you feel and should help with recovery and performance as well.

This forum has actually put me back in my game, my discipline and pushed me back to accountability and has helped me. And i learn more everyday here. I dont take it lightly and plan on implementing it for sure!

i would get a log going. put up a picture so we can estimate your body fat. its important to get conditioned first before steroids
I 100% agree to make the most of a cycle specially “ micro dosing” your really gonna want to lose weight , get to a lower bf% fit your insulin sensitivity and prime your body for growth ( especially if that’s your goal )

I went through a very similar situation after my last injury and I spent 6 months fixing my bloods, my blood pressure, dropping bf% and my blood sugar so that I was primed and ready for my cycle and it’s been most effective I’ve ever been.

So yes best thing to do first is most a picture , some goals to go from there and the prime your body and nutrition properly to progress in the cycle ,

Especially if after off for so long gym and gear your gonna make a lot of quick leaps and bounds from just proper nutrition and training , why throw the kitchen sink at it first , add everything in one at a time to take advantage of every component

We have come a LONG WAY since then. Almost a year now... alot of good changes :)
 
Chest Tuesday:

20 mins pre lift treadmill 17 incline 2 speed. (Fucking machine is broken n stuck at 17 incline)

Seated machine chest press: 3x25 155lbs
Seated iso lateral chest machine: 3x25 90lbs on the machine
Dumbbell presses: 3x25 25lbs dumbbells (this was just me pumping air) 1x7 80lbs dumbbells
Cable flyes (from the bottom): 3x25 35 lbs each side
Pec dec: 3x25 130lbs

I would have gone back for another 20 on the mill if that fucking thing wasnt broken.
Good workout, good pump. Not as big wide chest feeling but still a good pump.
