This will be very interesting to follow.
I remember you said as a teen you were fine with the Accutane and only got dry lips but I hope you don't need to use it, from what I've researched on it it's freakin awful!

On the macros if you can lets up the carbs closer to 300 on training days and drop them a bit on rest days -50.

fat a bit low do you have avocado in there?
i did have it in, but i took it out to hit the 300 carbs. with a goal weight of 200lbs and my workout schedule, should i up the calories a bit? i was thinking about 2850 calories avg.
or maybe do like workout days(5) 3000 cals, non workout days ~2500?

@Sir Lancelot I've used that GW that you have there. Make sure you experiment with taking it on an empty stomach versus having it with some food. It does bother my stomach a little bit on an empty stomach.

So far no issues on empty, I’ll keep a look out though

solid log setup man, def easy to follow. since ur acne prone + got accutane on deck, i’d be extra on top of labs (lipids/liver esp) and BP/sleep… that stuff can sneak up fast

also quick q: what’s ur rough bf% + training split right now? recomp vs cut usually comes down to diet consistency more than anything

So far haven’t needed the Accutane but I got labs planned for 4 weeks in.

Without calipers I think about 20%
Split atm is ppl
 
I wouldnt worry too much about tracking fibre so intently, your using physilium husk anyway, so you know your getting plenty - if you maintain a good whole food diet you will be just fine.

Training looks good, only one small call out, with your reps dropping through the sets as much as they are, potentially you could drop a set and add a bit more rest and maybe hit the higher rep on 3 sets rather than lower on 4? does that make sense? or I have butchered what Im trying to say?

All up though solid - I can tell its intense

I get what you were saying, i generally rest 1 minute between sets. Should i drop a set and do like 2 mins?
 
These are what I’m taking(plus N2guard) but I think maybe zinc and the probiotic help my digestion.
Vitamin C at 3 now.
I do 4 total digest gold a day atm

Looks like you're moving some good weight. 295 bench press for 10 reps is awesome. On the push day, I'd probably move the triceps exercises to after the incline and shoulder press. On the pull day, I'd do the pull-ups at the start when your fresh.

Looks like you're hitting some good protein numbers at 250-275g.

@Sir Lancelot love it man. I like when people switch up their rest times and see different results. That's the way to do it. You got to sometimes get the body going in a different direction.

@Sir Lancelot Bro, sometimes it's tough doing a push and pull split back-to-back days like that. It puts a lot of pressure on your shoulders and joints. Just make sure you may be taking a day in between for the most part.

What kind of split would you recommend if shoulders are an issue? Like a modified Arnold split?

Bros, I would maybe put the legs split in between push and pull and then take a break when you go back and do them again. Seems like too many people hammer away at their shoulders too much.

Fair, since I’m only doing 1 leg day anyway putting in in the middle makes sense.
I’ll switch it next week 👍
