4am leg session this morning, second one of the week and by far my favourite of the week currently, really want to have massive legs in the next year so I out all I have into these sessions right now.
still running my health phase and all is going well, daily and weekly markers improve each update so really happy with this, and at this rate I’ll be kicking off my very long and exciting push phase earlier then planned
ever so slight volume reduction each week to make sure I can keep up with and take new load
progressions
food still high right now so can’t complain at all, meals and plan never change - one thing I’ve really focused on and will continue to do is be extremely diligent with my nutritional protocol

Happy Sunday fam, hope all of you have had amazing weeks and getting ready for a brand new one ahead.
today will be a super short update, rest day with only steps planned before a big leg session tomorrow morning at 4am - very excited for!
I had bloods pulled the other day and will be eagerly awaiting results and next plan of action, happy to extend my cruise or launch into a massive second push phase - but we will let my markers be the determining factor on that one as I would like to have a very long push phase ahead.
feeling amazing as always, body weight seems to be dropping quite fast while taking progressions each week - all in all livening the process

But few more weeks to pull a few things inline and see how we go - the next push will have a lot more impact all round and starting with such a better base from physique to understanding and being hyper focused on making the little details as flawless as I can

Happy Thursday my brothers, hope everyone’s weeks are cracking on!
4am arm and calf session this morning, still forever trying to make tiny improvements every session down to the little details, this is ofcause outside of the major markers for each exercise
My current cruise / health marker improvement phase will continue for another 4 weeks as I was expecting a similar timeline, bloods will be pulled again in four more weeks to see if we will start the push up - aiming for a very long run way with it so will be patient
body weight still dropping along with inflammation, caloric intake still high so can’t complain as always

post workout meal, same cream of rice as always but I made it into a pancake to eat on the go
melas same daily, no off plan meals needed at this stage as I’m happy and eating high amount daily - my current goals def superseding anything else when it comes to things like snacks or off plan foods.
