Tuesday update*
Elbows starting to hurt after i woke up this morning, I will remove skull crusher off on Monday and add rope overhead extension back and only do skull crusher on Friday. Maybe that will help!

Elbow pain is definitely a red flag. That means that you're getting some tendinitis and inflammation, which means you have a little bit of an injury there. Don't overpush it. You don't want to end up with chronic elbow issues. @Pat7x

Certain exercises definitely put more pressure on your elbows. @Pat7x skullcrushers are definitely ones that will. If it hurts, then don't do it
 
I tried to use an app to log down today’s workout.
@Pat7x Bros, I like your training. Very simple and very effective. Just be careful on those elbows, and you don't want joint problems. That can be a problem.

Might want to grab some healing peptides. BPC and TB500 are really good. I would smack the BPC right into the elbow. @Pat7x

I hope my strength will come back soon, I think my bench stalled because of too low e2, It’s happened since I started aromasin. Im on 10mg a week starting this week as @LevButlerov advised me to.
I think it will come back soon :D but lets try to drop aromasin slowly first to 10mgs then to 5mgs and see @Pat7x

Nice so it's a win overall. That's great news.

Sometimes you really high volume guys have a hard time dropping things down cuz it feels like you're not doing enough. Its more of a mental thing that effects some guys.

Bros, they don't let me even sit at the table for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. They make me sit alone. And they leave me only the scraps.

Took me a while to drop the volume and in the beginning I felt like a pussy for not beating myself into the ground every day lol. Then eventually I realized I was recovering so much better and progressing faster. Took a while but I got it.

Don't worry about the weight bro. 0.1lbs is nothing. Any swings of a few pounds are kinda whatever cuz it can be explained by so many different things.

Yeah I get daily fluctuations of up to about 2.5kg. In the long term it doesn't really matter but I check every day.

Yep long term trends will tell you the truth. Every 2 weeks or so. If you weigh yourself daily you can catch the trend. Otherwise you could just be really dry one day when you weigh yourself and get discouraged.
 
Starting this week I will take Wednesday off and let my CNS rest mid week, Thursdays Shoulders + some chest and Fridays arms session should be better

Yeah @LevButlerov, it’s unfortunate that my wife got a new job as a second shift and im doing first. She doesn’t drive so I have to pick her up at late night Monday-Friday. I can sleep 6 hours top on weekdays. My recovery is taxed right now

3 days per week is actually good time off :D and try to add 15min nap on weekdays too @Pat7x

@LevButlerov to be honest bro, I can’t take nap. If I take nap I will stay up until 3-4am. Even with 10 minutes nap, I hate my body
