Elbow pain is definitely a red flag. That means that you're getting some tendinitis and inflammation, which means you have a little bit of an injury there. Don't overpush it. You don't want to end up with chronic elbow issues. @Pat7xTuesday update*
Elbows starting to hurt after i woke up this morning, I will remove skull crusher off on Monday and add rope overhead extension back and only do skull crusher on Friday. Maybe that will help!

Sometimes you really high volume guys have a hard time dropping things down cuz it feels like you're not doing enough. Its more of a mental thing that effects some guys.
