That's the plan. I keep shooting for a number on the scale. But it's went back up several pounds, but still with good recomp results.
Bros, no telling how far you can go now. You got the knowledge and the motivation to do it.

Not much new to report. Still hanging in at 230 on the scale weight. Going to try to take rest day today and get in lots of walking. I have a hard time taking time off from the gym these days. Even when I know it'll benefit me.

You're getting leaner and bigger :D nice!
Finally skipped the gym for a day. Got my steps in though. Caught up on some Evo podcasts as well.

Awesome work taking the day off from the gym. Most people don't do it enough I reckon. In my opinion, everyone would benefit from the following: deload every 6-12 weeks and one full week off every 6-12 months.

Looks like a good walk mate. Was that on a hiking trail or something?

No I wish. Just walking through our community

Nice strong lifting program there bro. My type of rep range 🩵
Im going to start mixing it up. 1 day of heavy lifts next day of chest and back lighter weight more volume. Just to keep things fresh and not burn out. I definitely like being able to add weight to the bar but my body responds good to lighter weight and more volume also.

Good workout and another 6 miles of walking today. Some more podcast listening.

Probably 3 weeks ago or so. Got a couple vials of it. Once this bottle runs out I think I'll swap to my europharma tren ace to finish out the cycle. That way once it clears out I'll pretty much be clear of everything.

Yup that will be gtg :D @floridaman1984

@floridaman1984 that is really cool, man, that you drew a map of your walking. When I first got a GPS watch it had to have been about 20 years ago and I loved that thing. I used to track the walks and the runs that I would do the same way and it was cool. Now with technology it's so much easier.
Yeah i really like this Garmin Fenix watch. Much better than any of the other smart watches I've had.

Yeah it's a huge advantage back then because I was able to track how fast I was pacing when I would run off the trails. It was good to see if I was going too slow or too fast.

6 week update. 232 lbs on the scale. I've stopped the Tbol 40mgs a day. Tomorrow I'll take my first injection of the Parapharma Longstack 300 (finished off the dragonpharma cut long i was using). I've been trying to increase my cardio to help with the fat loss. Upped the tesa/ipa to 3mg/600mcg a night a few days ago. And started the parapharma retatrutude.

Are you using the garmin nutrition tracking on the watch or in the garmin connect app? I think they licensed myfitnesspal. Are you using it for strength training at all?

I've been thinking about one of those for my non cycling activities - would love to hear your thoughts.

I haven't tried to nutrition yet. I seen it in inside the connect app. I do use the strength training tracking some. It's actually pretty neat it'll guess alot of the activities correctly alot of the time. Like squats, pull-down, bench etc. I mostly use the stronglifts app though.

Protein has been a pretty consistent 200-250 grams
Carbs about 200. Oats, rice, and rice cakes mostly.
Fat 120 ish

I've got to get back to logging it honestly. Have kind of fell off on that. Just been trying to make good healthy choices more than anything else.

Mostly just been posting screenshot of the stronglifts app on the workouts.

@floridaman1984 you probably are going to want to stay on the retatrutide going forward, probably a maintenance dose. You could do 1 mg every week or every two weeks.

And with the cost of it with the discounts right now at @ugfreak it's very affordable
yeah they have a quadruple agonist too out which adds igf-1 to the formula, that should be available soon with our sources which will be cool

Tricep definition coming along. Still really need to get the bicep peaks. Might just not have good genetics for it.

You seem like a naturally bigger guy so use those genetics to your advantage. @floridaman1984 keep focusing on cutting and if you eat nutritious food and train you'll get bigger and get more cut that way.

@floridaman1984 can tell you've gotten more muscular too. The traps are definitely bigger and so is the chest. Stomach is looking tighter.

Bros, always inspiring to see your results. Keep it up! One small tip though: don't wear gloves on most of your lifting. It's going to weaken your wrists, your hands, and your forearms. @floridaman1984

They're thin gloves. Mostly to keep the callus down. No wrist wrap to them really. But I have considered doing away with them.

I've noticed I've woke up hungry the last couple of nights. Assuming from upping the tesa/ipa dosage. Im going to have a protein shake with casein protein about an hour before bed and see if that keeps my body fed through the night.
protein shake and 1tbps of psyllium husk try it prebed @floridaman1984

Bro's callouses are good though. That helps your hand get stronger, you see what I'm saying? Just a suggestion to think about. I used to wear gloves too and I found after I got rid of them it was a little bit of an adjustment but I started to get stronger in my hands and wrists even when doing plumbing jobs.
