G’Day Legends,

Just a little intro about myself before I get stuck into the specifics.

This is my very first log. I've never been one to put myself out there for the world to judge…But here we are.

I have spent the last 6yrs winging it on and off in the gym. Bit the bullet and signed up with a coach 3yrs ago. And wow what a difference it has made.

My current coach is Nathan Sullivan from Freak Fitness Coaching. Under his guidance we have completed a cut from 82kg to 74kg, and most recently a slow reverse from 74kg back to 82kg. I’m currently at 81kg. Once we hit the 82kg goal we plan on a health phase/mini cut to tidy up some fluff around the midsection.

The current plan: Hit 82kgs, then cut.

Future goal
Jump on stage by the end of 2027 to show off the results.

What started as a personal challenge “fat to fit before 40” quickly became something much bigger. From that point on, the gym stopped being a task and turned into an addiction in the best sense of the word.

The daily drive to improve isn’t a struggle when I have my two little girls watching, supporting, and cheering me on every day. They are my motivation, my accountability, and a constant reminder of why I show up and put the work in.

My journey started as a physique change. Now it’s about discipline, consistency, and setting the example/Standard I want them to see.

Just a quick shout out to @Core Pharma . I appreciate the sponsorship. My go to for everything. I’ve personally run their supplements for a few years now and it’s the smoothest I’ve ever used.

Nuce structure too. Sounds like you have a good coach behing you. Slicing things up proper before you push and keeping it tight so you can push for longer without spilling over. Too much too soon, dial back and clean up and go again.. solid year infront of you legend 💪

Whats your recent bloods look like?

welcome to the boards mate! honestly being a fellow short king myself i can tell you that sitting at 81kg when you're 5'5 is absolutely massive—you must be looking thick as hell with that much weight on a small frame. huge respect for the "fat to fit" transformation and getting your little girls involved because having that family motivation makes the grind so much easier when things get tough. that stack looks super well thought out and having 6iu of gh in the mix is definitely going to keep you full and help with the recovery while you push for that stage goal in 2027. nathan is a killer coach too so you're in good hands for that tidying up phase. looking forward to following the log and seeing the progress brother! keep smashing it!
Thanks mate. Body dysmorphia gets the best of me most of the time. I feel forever small 🤡. 100% agree on Nathan. Nothing but praise for that bloke. After the raw shortages we had to change/fine tune my stack, check bloods, rinse and repeat till everything was perfect. Hes all about the health and longevity. He listens, he's transparent, and communication is 100%. literally a reply within minutes. And thats on a bad day.

Looking forward to following your progress as well. And everyone else's. Makes me wonder why i never joined these forums earlier. HAHA

Thanks. Absolutely, strive to be better every day.

Due for bloods as soon as I fly back home from work. About 12 days. My last blood results were not too bad, I did have a shoulder injury which wouldn't have helped with inflammation. The only worrying part was my e2 lcm's result. My e2 crashed and I felt shit house. I was on test e, mast, eq, 50mg anadrol pre workout, 6iu gh.
Because of the shortage we dropped mast and added NPP. dropped anadrol after 6 wks. Switched to Sus250 to raise e2.

I'm Feeling a million bucks now. strength and stamina feel perfect. looking forward to seeing the results when I get home (ill post it all up once I recieve them). If they come back good, then we'll have a good idea of what's best for the next push.

Hahaha bro i had nuked me e2 proper later last year and probably the worst i have ever felt 😂💀 So much easier to bring it down then to bring it up lol

Took some time to dial in with lcms bloods but we're right on the money now.

Oh mannnn..... What a hell hole to be in. I was expecting it... but didn't expect it to happen so quick.

Waking up feeling like an 85yr old. My lower back felt like a rusty gate hinge, knees felt blown out. I think I even shed a tear when I spilled a drop of my BCAA drink 🤣🤣🤣🤣

No dramas at all mate. Yeah I got the heads up on how Evo work. All a learning process .

I didnt want to post a novel for my first Log. But ill definitely share the lot when time permits. Im on a 2week on 2 week off roster. so 14 days of flogging and training in a shoebox. Time is my biggest enemy when Im away. For example:
2am - up taking my vitamins and supplements, i also drink all my intra workout (i feel it works better drinking before over sipping during workout)
2.45am-in the gym and warmup/stretch.
3am- start lifting things against the force of gravity
4.10am - back in my room/ sheet, shower and shave,
4.30am - Dressed and in the mess packing the days food
4.50am - leave camp and at work ready for 5am start.
5.00am - 5.00pm - work
5.30pm - back to camp and in my room
5.30pm - sheet, shower, shave, take supplements, vitamins, prepare the morning supps and vitamins.
6.15pm - and no later (it's a non-negotiable for me) but video call my kids and wife
7pm - lights out.

rinse and repeat for 14 days.

My RnR is totally different a lot less full steam ahead. but I still prioritise family time and Train while everyone is still sleeping. 100% focus on family when their eyes open.

@LevButlerov yes mate FIFO.

2:2. The lifestyle roster.

Still learning the ropes of sponsor and evo standards. But would screenshots of meals/macros/workout routine from my app sufficient enough?
I also cant wait to post pics of my camp supplied dried out chicken breast meals. I think its easier to chew on a leather work boot.

If you can do some meal pics would be good :D and screen shots gtg as well @a_bu11b

A sneak peak of what im currently eating at the moment.
Im fully aware its not a bullet proof plan. But come time to cut there will be 100% accountability and everything dialled in to the gram 🤞. I plan to base it on the food available when im away for work. Being in the middle of nowhere i cant exactly shoot down to the shops and grab the exact supplies needed. Just working with what ive got and its free

Hahahaha bro fuck it was soo bad.. im walking down stair cases wondering if that was the day my time was up. Everystep i though i was gonna fall and meet the maker😂

Didnt realise knees could chalk up so much haha

@a_bu11b the training definitely looks good. I like the whole week of training. It's really solid. This is the way to do it.

The training is definitely looking really nice. I like that you're hitting it five times a week and being consistent with it. I like your split routine a lot actually. @a_bu11b

That's really good man. Accountability goes a long way. @a_bu11b it's always hard to eat clean but you definitely can get it done. Food prep is going to be the key.

@a_bu11b Bros, I gotta start eating more eggs. They are definitely an alpha food for bodybuilding.

Loving the detail of this log already and props to you for achieving what you have whilst being FIFO. Well done brother

@Core Pharma. Thanks brother.
Ive trained in some pretty shitty shoe box camp gyms over the years. I guess if u want it bad enough youll do what u have to do to get the job done.

Pic of my fat to fit before 40. About 10 months. Started Just shy of 89kg. Weighted in 75kg on the day of my 40th.
Pretty sure thats when it turned into an obsession. And it was also when I was introduced to the core supplement range 🔥

Unreal bro, you should be proud.

Looking forward to seeing what you can achieve in the near future

Definitely. I definitely feel the after effects if i slip and have a dirty meal full or oil and processed food 🤢.

Trying to stash 5+kg of lean meat in my bags gets abit too much. Easier just to work with the food my camp supply which is generally healthy. For some reason they never make plain rice. Its always mixed with something. We just send up a 20kg back and cook it in the office.

@a_bu11b nice start to the log and welcome to the forum brother. Glad to have you

@stevesmi . If i had it my way I'd train every day. I take a rest day and the next day ill head into the gym and feel lost 🤣.
Yeah, it’s like that for a lot of people

good is not bad at all high protein! @a_bu11b I like you're sharing lets add more details

@Ulter Appreciate it brother 🤝. Its good to read the positive feedback from the big rigs. Reassures the path my coach has put me on is the right one.
We appreciate you big time EVO family respect.

Yeah definitely eating bad leads to a bad body.

Just a little update.

Coach has called it and started me on a cut. Finishing Just shy of the 82kg goal.

74kg and reversed to 81.7kg.

300 cal drop straight off the bat (3700 to 3400)

Even with all the fluff around the edges, i honestly feel I nailed this reverse (gained almost 8kg and waist stayed at 30") Really struggled to get the food in. Being dialled in I was amazed at how much I could eat without blowing out Too much.

I wish I was this educated 20yrs ago and didnt spend most of my life a fattie.

Im hanging to see the result of this shred. I hope there's some new muscle gained but to be honest I'd be chuffed if I saw a new vein popping 😂.

Either way it Should be a nice transformation with @Core Pharma in my corner 🔥

Now another drop to 3200 cals and plan is to sit at that for a while and see how it all pans out over the coming weeks.

Peds Now at:
sus250 650mg wk
eq300 200mg wk
npp 150mg wk
growth 6iu

Feel really average and fluffy at the moment. Cant wait to tighten up

Thanks bro.
lean beef interesting :D @a_bu11b
Hahaha.
Well I think the minced roo meat reminds you that you're not eating for results not taste 😂.
The patties remind me 95/5 lean beef but alot more juicier.
The steaks are my favourite. Not sure what I can compare thays to but cooked right they are 🔥🔥🔥.
My misses dry reaches at the smell of roo meat being cooked. But she still likes eating it.

Looking really good mate. Your legs look awesome from the front and back. You've got a nice structure through your chest and shoulders and a wide back too!

Fresh start to the week. Couple pics of what freak fitness coaching has me doing for my leg days.

Quick update.. 😬.

2.45am sessions caught up while working away 🥱

Pic of my push pull routine this morning.

Coach has dropped my cals another 100. 3k to 2900.

Added cardio...
3x a wk - 10-12 min HIT sessions - 20 sec 100% -40 sec 30% repeat until completed 10-12 minutes.

Had the option of clen or reta/slu.
Decided to go 1mg wk reta and .5ml slu-pp-332 liquid (.25 wake up, .25 after last meal)

no clen. Keep the liver happy

🔥i know i have a good stock supply.. but No var yet. Saving that for the tail end of the cut 😈

Keen to get peeled 💪💪💪💪.

Checkin pics on wed. Hopefully see some small changes after the addition or cardio

@a_bu11b I like the decision of going without Clen. I honestly think it's a shitty drug and the studies prove that Reta is a superior option.

Nice job on this. I like the added cardio and I like that you're hitting some different things and testing out the barriers. I think we get good results on the SLU. @a_bu11b
