➕ 4am push session in the bag today, load is still moving nicely over this cruise phase, total volume has reduced to accommodate for this.

➕ cruise phase is going nice and smooth, composition is improving while at almost 5k calories daily, that being said will be interesting to see what the next push up will require that’s for sure

➕ almost the end of the year and ending it on a absolute high and extremely grateful to have the chance and opportunity for the new year to keep doing this and what I love.

10k steps at this point, I’m dropping weight each week at almost 5k calories still so we’ll hold off on any extra cardio at this point. BP and BG are both tracking so for now we’ll keep things as are sir

➕ 4am leg session in the bank this morning, still feeling good in my cruise / health phase.

➕ each week greeting a tad tighter with high calorie intake still so can’t complain, dropping inflammation and getting ready to pull my bloods this week

➕ very excited to have bloods pulled later in the week, to assess if we’ll be pushing up again sooner then expected, but ether way I’m happy and healthy so no stress if we take a little longer to o recommence

➕ diet and adherence is 10 out of 10 as always, currently not bothering with off plan meals or any untracked eating still, I’ve got the opting and wiggle room but don’t feel it needed right now and i like the producibility of not swapping out food choices still.

🚀 happy Monday my brothers, hope everyone is entering the week in tip of the world, I know I certainly am.

➕ 4am leg session in the bank this morning, still feeling good in my cruise / health phase.

➕ each week greeting a tad tighter with high calorie intake still so can’t complain, dropping inflammation and getting ready to pull my bloods this week

➕ very excited to have bloods pulled later in the week, to assess if we’ll be pushing up again sooner then expected, but ether way I’m happy and healthy so no stress if we take a little longer to o recommence

➕ diet and adherence is 10 out of 10 as always, currently not bothering with off plan meals or any untracked eating still, I’ve got the opting and wiggle room but don’t feel it needed right now and i like the producibility of not swapping out food choices still.

🧬 Happy Thursday my brothers, hope everyone’s weeks are cracking on!

➕ 4am arm and calf session this morning, still forever trying to make tiny improvements every session down to the little details, this is ofcause outside of the major markers for each exercise

➕ My current cruise / health marker improvement phase will continue for another 4 weeks as I was expecting a similar timeline, bloods will be pulled again in four more weeks to see if we will start the push up - aiming for a very long run way with it so will be patient

➕ body weight still dropping along with inflammation, caloric intake still high so can’t complain as always

➕ post workout meal, same cream of rice as always but I made it into a pancake to eat on the go

➕ melas same daily, no off plan meals needed at this stage as I’m happy and eating high amount daily - my current goals def superseding anything else when it comes to things like snacks or off plan foods.

The game plan my friend - we got a good round with my last push up but not the full runway for a multitude of factors and fresh from my shoulder tendon tear

But few more weeks to pull a few things inline and see how we go - the next push will have a lot more impact all round and starting with such a better base from physique to understanding and being hyper focused on making the little details as flawless as I can
