@fingers86 the incline and decline bench and tricep extensions are looking strong and I like the pec flies as well. Solid consistent training is really solid.

Just done, and 3iu gh. Feels good only noticed when sat on hard floor with the kids

Really good job on this for sure. The treadmill cool down is also a good idea. @fingers86 it's a great way to get in some extra cardio without being high-impact on your body.
 
Thats why no dips or shoulders at moment, trying to let them heal a bit
yeah man. i used to go nuts with dips back in the day. it cost me a torn shoulder

Im only on 2mg a week at moment, goddam not checking before posting lol. Gotta try pauls protein cock lol. If i was to increase was only going to be small, dont want to crush appetite. Body wasnt screaming for food today.
 
Question for the brains trust. If doing an exercise and one hand can di more than other do you stop at the weekest hands capacity to keep simmetry? Just a thought in my crazy head
Technically yes if you are doing a movement where both arms are involved. If it is a back movement use straps to negate the hand strength so you are not limited by what you can achieve. If it is a bi or tri movement you can use a single handed lift (like DB curls say) and push the weaker hand to failure and either do more reps with the stronger hand or stop at 80-90%. Of course the one thing you should do is a bit of extra work on the weaker hand alone to improve its capacity. Hope this helps 🩵

Oh my week hand gets alot of extra cardio. Maybe need to grip harder lol.

Starting on @Ascension Peptides glow tomorrow night, mots-c tomorrow preworkout. I will continue using 3mg a day of mots-c and the glow will be 500mcg bpc/tb 2.5mg ghkcu or whatever they are called. I think thats the ratio anyway. First thoughts of service so far is good. Great communication about delay in receiving products initially when offered to assist. As soon as products were available again contacted me straight away to get them out to me. Love the fact syringes and everything you need comes with it.
 
Looking fwd to setting some pb's on bench tomorrow for reps. I will not fail. Unless i drop the weights on myself from trying lol. (Hopefully doesnt come to that) cant wait till kids are in school more days during the week as i want to start having longer workouts so i am able to fit everything in. My body is feeling pretty good for working out so much and want to push the boundaries a little to achieve everything workoutwise. Apart from home life i am really enjoying this journey with my new friends and family. Smaller vendors checking in on me when they really dont have to meens alot. Todays workout could have been better if i had time between sets. Achieving those reps with short breaks actually impresses me. A month ago i was struggling with 4 sets of 6.

Yeah, i would like to go to 5mg a day as i was using 5mg 3 times a week and found it helps burn energy but doesnt get hunger up too. Just gets expensive lol. I am waiting on 5g of slu to arrive hopefully tuesday no thanks to public holiday and am planning on 30mg daily in slow release caps. Potentially moving to 50mg. I have been doing alot of research(thanks adhd) and looks like early dosage suggestions may have been out by over 10x. Going to start slow again though as just added anavar to gunna make sure interactions dont interfear or effect differently.

Yesterday was 2nd time attempting squats in 7 years so pretty impressed how i went. Especially as i didnt have much break between sets. Legs may have been shaking getting half way through last set.

Loving the support from everyone reading and answrring my questions on here. Few supplyers helping out when they can, im not going to lie, i have received alot from supplers for cheap/free and it deffinately has helped. They have continued checking in on me. I dont have a support network at home as in a very toxic environment but continue pushing through. The teams at @Ascension Peptides , @Norvex and the man himself @StoryOfTheProphet have provided lots of support in my journey and couldnt have done it without them or you guys. Will be testing out @Ascension Peptides mots-c and glow today and logging so stay tuned. I have been using similar products for a while now and even though i wont compare brands online it gives me something internal to know how it compares

Today i reconstituted the glow from @Ascension Peptides. Constituted quickly with all dissolving fast. I did this with 3ml bac water so 15 units = 500mcg of small tides and 2.5mg copper. No sting at all, mind you i have been using klow up until now and only get reaction if too shallow. Minor mg discrepancy on label but cleared up fast with the team. Also reconstituted mots-c and injected prior to heading to the gym. Gym gelt sweaty as per usual at the 3mg dose i usually have been using. Again recontituted very fast and everything felt as per usual.

So far everything seems to be as advertised and the amount of time ive spent talking to the team @Ascension Peptides when im yet to purchase anything i have no reason to doubt.

As ive worked out, fitbit seems pretty shit at tracking broken sleep. Anyone found a better one? Hume, whoop? Either way two nights ago i had longer sleep but a score of 58. Last night was less sleep but got 78. I had more sleep than it tracked but thats from what it tracked. Last night also was first night of selank on top of meditation so i put it down to that working together. Hopefully keeps getting better.
 
A night of decent sleep hrlps, short but quality. Got 5 hours but boy did i wake alert and ready for the day. Lets conquer it
5 hours is a good if you can do naps :D

I'd probably put the bicep curl after the low row so you bi's don't give out before your back.

Your bg is in a really great spot brother and good indication the insulin sensitivity is high = efficient and effective fat loss 🔥🤌

Fast shifts in weights will almost always be water or glycogen and fate simply doest shift as fast. So a random spike on the scales i would worry about.

How good would it be if bulk mots-c was a thing. Love to try 10mg a day but aint noway doing that at todays prices. Good to see 40mg vials but how good if could get 200mg vials, then get a kit of those lol. Sorry my random thought of the day.

However..... i feel you need to look into it a bit more my brother because it isnt something that can just be continuously increased to mega doses.

As amazing as a peptide it is, it works through a specific mechanistic pathaway that influences the inhibition of a seperate one.

Mots c works by inhibition of the folate cycle.
The blokade of the folate cycle creates a massive accumulation of AICAR this in return activates AMPK which in turn boosts fat oxidation. Firstly lypolisis has to take effect for fat oxidation to be maximised.

The negative side to excessive inhibition of the folate cycle at super high doses of mots c...... folate deficiency.

Mots c is super effective when used correctly at lower doses, 1-2mg daily.

Rather then pushing more mots c, look to add other mitochondrial upregulator peptide that function with a different pathway for the same goal. The addition of Slupp332 like you mentioned is perfect here.
Other peptides that promote direct lypolisis are a perfect match here also, gh and more specifically aod9604.

Basic process you want to create with specific peptide combinations is.

Lypolisis - breakdown of stored triglycerides - adipose tissue = fat.

Transport of fatty acids through carnitine shuttles to mitochondria.

Fatty acid oxidation and conversion to ATP.

ATP - The primary energy currency of every living cell in our body.

This rabbit hole goes worlds deeper then this. But for what you trying to achieve with the use of most c this will give a scratched surface explanation.

It's hard to overstate the impact the full Mito stack has had not only on my physique but my day-to-day energy and productivity. The attached pic was the first 5 weeks of my prep. ONLY 5 weeks. 3, 300 calories, and no more than 15 mins cardio each day.

My days now are 430pm - 930pm between bodybuilding, prep, businesses, looking after my daughter, and the energy just never ends.
