LOG UPDATE



PUSH + SICKNESS UPDATE



Trained 2-3RIR today push session felt nice to just get back in gym, still coughing up a whole lot of phlegm which is super annoying 9 days counting sick now. Although feels so great to be training again, did my cardio yesterday too which felt good.



This weeks updates from coach is keeping good the same to see how we react with increase in mgs with same food. 375 -> 450mg test e, highest test I’ve ever run by a lot 300mg max prior. Lantus added 20mg daily as BG is sitting slightly high at 5.1-5.3, really trying to stay insulin sensitive through this phase. bloods will be getting done in 2-3 weeks which I’ll update due to seeing test/E2 levels on new dosages. Aromasin added 12.5mg a week too.



Overall feeling maybe 80-90% better hoping to send 1-2RIR next week then balls to walk the week after. BW sitting at 107.5-108 recently.

Weights holding around the 109’s which I’m super happy with considering the conditioning. Little extra chest volume added in by coach with extra set of flys on each upper session. Quad volume may come down as we don’t wanna destroy the knees but rather work on some other lacking parts instead. Insulin has landed with raptor and is en route hopefully for the coming week. In talks with coach about increasing GH again and I can’t wait for that. 10 weeks to grow before we peel back to go again.

Nice workout mate. I've noticed a few of the guys who competed are on upper/lower splits. I have always thought they wouldn't provide enough opportunity to isolate the muscles enough. Have you used a range of splits and what are your thoughts on that?

Really enjoyed this session, as you can see a couple changes to accomodate for the new program. All weights and reps are moving really well and on the up each week. I’ve started Lantus 25iu as of yesterday. The only thing I noticed was becoming really hungry, I recorded BG this morning at 5.1, very excited to see where things go for the rest of the growth phase. Checkins done Friday AM will give a full update on sat/sunday log.

this week we started insulin for the first time ever, we started at 25iu Lantus. I noticed I was very hungry and starting to feel on the edge of hypo on day 1, day 2 I felt really good but very hungry. Day 3 i felt really good until my meal timing was slightly off and we started tipping over in hypo levels. Got some carbs into me and started to feel slightly better after talking to my coach we have reduced it to 10IU as we are reacting very well and we will increase over the next couple weeks as carbs increase. We have increased rice meals by 5g each so an extra 20g raw rice total, nothing crazy but I’d say that’ll be a weekly occurrence. Everything else is being held the same as we are at peak dosages as of now. Possible increase in GH and slin before we pull back.

Really good session today, I always feel the week after coming back from deload I feel heaps better then the first week back. Really keen to see how much we can squeeze out of this last 5 weeks until we cut it back. Hunger is still very high for this deep into a growth phase. We started this phase at 95kg and we are currently stable at 112.80. We have 3 more growth phases until we run it back for another comp. BW sitting at 111.8 this AM and coach is very happy with how we are moving. NPP has been taken out as we are starting to dial back our dosages before a 5 week mini cut. 750 test and 500 mast will stay for now although look to see this being dropped soon.



Trianing will be at 2 RIR once again this week as coach does not want to deload before we reach mini cut. Let’s hope we can squeeze another 1-2kg out of this push to end it around 113kg holding.

Nice getting caught up on some detailed updates. I was amazed at how dialed in your food is when I saw you added 20g of rice and that was a small little shift that was recorded. You've put on some solid kg weight I'd love to see an update pic. Great work bro!

Changes to program this week are very minimal. Decrease in total mg to 1000mg (600 test / 400 mast). Cardio holds biweekly 2 x 20 min @ 130-150 (Wednesday/Sunday). Cals holding the same at 5k, although off plan meals at minimum 2 x a week and if weight is in 112’s or lower cheat meal must be eaten. Plan is increase BW to 113.8/114 high end. Steps holding at 10k nice and easy. Training holding 1RIR hoping to be finishing next 2 weeks at 0 RIR in the mini cut.
