Full situation before starting my "TRT" Again

Exactly one year ago, I decided to try Sustanon for the first time. The dose was 175 mg once per week. Before starting, I had full blood work done and everything looked good (I’ll attach the results). A few weeks before starting Sustanon, I also quit nicotine pouches after more than 15 years of use

The first two weeks went well and I felt fine. During the third week, I decided to buy a blood pressure monitor—and that’s when things started to go downhill.

Even though I was doing cardio, eating relatively clean, avoiding caffeine and alcohol, and staying well hydrated, my blood pressure readings were consistently high. The monitor often showed numbers like 148/78 or even 156/73. Around the same time, I also started experiencing very strong panic attacks.

Because of this, I lowered the dose to 150 mg per week. Occasionally my blood pressure would drop to around 135/78, which gave me some temporary peace of mind, but overall I couldn’t get it under control.

Eventually, I got sick—possibly the flu or something similar—and was ill for about two weeks with a very high fever. When I went to see a doctor, my CRP (inflammation marker) levels were about 10 times higher than normal. After that, I decided to stop using Sustanon completely and stayed off for an almost a full year.

In total, I only used Sustanon for six weeks (six injections).

Current situation

I recently decided to start again, but this time I didn’t do full blood work beforehand. I only managed to get partial labs done, and honestly, I was in a bit of a rush to begin. As you can see from the blood tests, my testosterone levels most likely never returned to the level they were at before.

This time I used testosterone enanthate, pinned twice per week, with a total weekly dose of 120 mg.

The first 10 days were extremely tough. Sleeping was almost impossible. There were days when I went to work having not slept at all, and others where I managed only a few hours—or sometimes just 30 minutes—of sleep. After the second week, things improved slightly.

I eventually adjusted my injection timing to 6:00 AM, twice per week, which helped to some extent. Sleep was still disrupted, but mostly on the day after the injection. Falling asleep on those days was very difficult—I simply had way too much energy.

Despite the sleep issues, I actually felt quite good overall. During the first two weeks, my blood pressure stayed completely normal.

However, during the third week, my blood pressure suddenly started to rise again. Readings jumped to around 156/80, 144/79, and 152/75, seemingly out of nowhere. It didn’t matter whether I measured in the morning or in the evening—the numbers were consistently elevated.

That was concerning enough that I decided to stop during the fourth week.

I’ve now been off for 30 days, and I really want to continue, but I’m honestly worried that my blood pressure will spike again to those same levels. At the moment, my blood pressure is still slightly elevated, around 132/75, but that’s nothing compared to what it was while on testosterone. My normal baseline blood pressure is usually 120/70 or lower.

Third Testosterone cycle attempt –

Why I would want this to work

-Low to no libido: My girlfriend is in shock 😅.

-What used to be fun now feels like a chore.

-No drive / no ambitions.

-I liked the feeling on Sustanon and Test E when my blood pressure wasn’t high.

-Doing sports doesn’t feel fun or rewarding , more like a task.

-Feeling lazy to do anything at all.

-Doing absolute minimum in ewrything

Plan for this "Trt" Cycle

100 mg testosterone once a week at 6 a.m. Even though the hormone peak will be higher than with 2 smaller doses, I may still be able to sleep later in the week. During my last attempt, I couldn’t sleep properly for the first 10–12 days, especially on the days following the injection.

I will look up a training program online. The plan is to focus mainly on boxing-based cardio and bodyweight exercises, at least in the beginning. (As much cardio as possible.)

I plan to avoid coffee completely.

I will not use any alcohol.

Hydrate with 4 liters of water daily.

Monitor weight closely (due to water retention).

Avoid excess salt and sugar.

Plan my diet carefully, monitoring sodium and potassium intake.

Sauna on Fridays.

Obtain blood pressure medication if needed.

Check estradiol (E2) immediately if/when blood pressure rises.

Will increase dose by 20% in 2 weeks if ewrything is going good .

I will keep you updated for sure. I start as soon as i get my BP medication .

I found some pictures from my first Sustanon cycle (the one that lasted 6 weeks and had to be stopped due to high blood pressure).

I thought that sharing this could help in understanding my current issue 🤔

tarted Sustanon on January 22, 2025.

Week 1: 130 mg Sustanon
Week 2: 150 mg Sustanon
Week 3: 150 mg Sustanon

Week 4: 180 mg Sustanon
→ First picture.

My blood pressure issues started around the same time as they have on this current cycle.
Week 5: 180 mg Sustanon
→ Second picture (darker lighting)

Week 6:
I had to stop because I got sick with something that required antibiotics, and my blood pressure was extremely high at the time.
I believe I even called an emergency/urgent care service because of how bad it was.

Looking back at the pictures, I might look slightly bloated? ( Did not use any AI )
I also remember that I started to gain weight quite rapidly. At one point I reached around 94 kg, although I was bulking at the time. My normal body weight was about 89 kg.
Interestingly, I did not experience any sleep-related side effects back then — I actually slept very well.

I did not take a blood test after I quit.
I only took UGL Clomid for PCT for one week 😅

Hey bro! I made a few suggestions on your post about BP and saw you created a log so thought I'd comment so I can follow. Have you made any of the nutritional changes I suggested?

Hi. Yes, I remember your message on my other post @R.AP 🙂

The situation is that I’ve been off injections for about a month now. I’m a bit of a hypochondriac, and the blood pressure readings scared me enough to stop. When I discontinue testosterone, my blood pressure usually drops back to normal within about a week or two. At the moment, I can’t really test whether these strategies work, because my blood pressure is already normal after stopping.

Right now, I’m trying to see what people here on the forum think and use that feedback to create a plan on whether I should hop back on. Otherwise, this would be an easy decision 👎🏻

Because I genuinely loved how testosterone made me feel. It gave me that “ahh, this is what I need” feeling for success and mindset, almost like “I can move mountains if I have to.” Very similar to how I felt when I was 18–20 years old 😁

Blood pressure strategies so far:
Cardio every day

Little or no caffeine

No alcohol

Telmisartan / Cialis

Monitoring sodium–potassium intake

Water intake ~4 L per day

Nutrition focus (higher potassium intake):
Potatoes
Tomatoes
Bananas
Dried apricots
Avocado
Spinach
Low-sodium / heart salt

During week 4, when my blood pressure was elevated, I went to the swimming pool. I swam there for a couple of hours and thought it would be good cardio.
However, while walking to the locker room, I noticed something strange — more like a very unusual taste in my mouth. When I stood in front of the mirror, I realized that if I even slightly sucked on my gums, they would start bleeding.

That felt really odd, and I suspect it might be related to high blood pressure 🤔
Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Does anyone have any supplements or simple lifestyle tricks I could start before the cycle to help prevent my blood pressure from rising 🤔?

Also, could switching from testosterone enanthate to cypionate potentially help lower or stabilize blood pressure?

I was at work and happened to have a blood pressure monitor there. My last injection was about 4 weeks ago. After reading your message, I decided to check my blood pressure and got a bit freaked out: 168/76. I started feeling some panic-like symptoms after that.
I came home, lay down for a bit, and measured again: 149/74, pulse 90 (probably because I was nervous).

The only medications I have immediately available are this one (see attached photo) and baby aspirin.
At what point should I be really concerned?

But to answer your questions:

These two blood tests were taken about 8 months apart. I’ve actually never had estradiol (E2) measured.
After quitting, my blood pressure has been lower, but still not back to my normal level (which is around 120/70), except for today for some reason.
Today my readings were 168/76 and later 145/73. (30 days no pinning testosterone)

I would get a quality blood pressure machine first, check @BeMe he had bad readings with an old machine
and dont panic no one dies from 1 reading of 168 no issue here :D @Edustaja555
you should start a baby aspirin eod dosed slowly
and lets start tracking your diet closely especially sodium intake

They are quite high bp - need to re order e2, metoprolol not really what your after thats a beta blocker for heart rate, I have said before Telmisartan would be a good low risk add on for you.

Good shit brother! So you're off completely at the moment? I'd love to have seen what the nutritional changes would have made whuile you were staying on cycle. When. trying to diagnose/ fix/ progress anything it's important to only change one variable at a time!

If you're ever unsure feel free to DM me on here or TG @MrGrin0

we need to get new bloods for you asap with full hormonal panels, when can you do them? @Edustaja555
@LevButlerov Do you mean these? Do they still provide important information even though I haven’t been pinning testosterone for a month?
For example, do I also need lipid profiles or hematocrit?

Testosterone (total + free)
SHBG
LH & FSH (pituitary)
Estradiol (E2)
Prolactin
DHT
Cortisol
TSH, T3, T4

It’s extremely expensive in the country where I live to do any kind of blood tests. Luckily, I can go to a neighboring country to get them done, but I need to know exactly which tests I need and whether I should first start testosterone again so that the blood tests actually show something useful.

They are quite high bp - need to re order e2, metoprolol not really what your after thats a beta blocker for heart rate, I have said before Telmisartan would be a good low risk add on for you.
Sometimes it’s complicated when you’re not officially prescribed TRT. I can’t just walk into the public healthcare system and say,
Hey, prescribe me telmisartan.”

I previously tried to work with a private-sector general practitioner and explained exactly what I was doing, but he was honestly more clueless about this than I was. I paid over €200 just for phone consultations, and on top of that, he initially ordered the wrong blood tests😁

The second time I called, I specifically said I needed lipid profiles and current testosterone levels. To make things worse, he didn’t even order a free testosterone test. After spending over €500 on blood work and so-called “consultations,”

I finally asked him the simple question:
Am I good to start testosterone now?
His answer? “You’re probably healthy enough.”
I tried asking about estrogen and other related hormones, but he clearly had no idea.
That was the moment I realized I was basically on my own 😅

Good shit brother! So you're off completely at the moment? I'd love to have seen what the nutritional changes would have made whuile you were staying on cycle. When. trying to diagnose/ fix/ progress anything it's important to only change one variable at a time!

If you're ever unsure feel free to DM me on here or TG @MrGrin0

Will be following here though and will see how you go anyway!

@LevButlerov
Yeah, I’m completely off. Before knowing what’s actually wrong and how to fix it, it’s pretty scary to hop back on 🤔

So changing one variable at a time doesn’t only apply to compounds ?

I just started thinking that maybe I wasn’t as Locked in as I thought 😬

My salt and sugar intake might have been pretty High ⬆️

I often snack—sometimes chips, sometimes candy. One evening I drank 1.5L of Coke like it was nothing. I also noticed I eat sushi often, and that easily takes at least half a deciliter of soy sauce. Even eating salmiakki ( salty licorice), I can sometimes feel my blood pressure rising.

I also had two company Christmas parties on different weeks, and there was quite a bit of alcohol involved. The hangover lasted for the next three days, and it felt like my heart was jumping out of my chest. At that point, I didn’t even dare to check my blood pressure.

I have had high blood pressure do to several issues I was on lisinopril they had to change my meds mine was 200 /80 doctors were ok but had to prescribe me losartan that brought it back down. Now while on high doses of test my blood fluctuate between 140/80 and 155/80 even when blood was up at 200 they were not to concerned like I was gonna die but they did know something had to be done as long term at that level which were spikes not constant. As for alcohol and anabolic that's always a big nono you have to be prepared when starting a cycle that there is zero alcohol consumption during the cycle, alcohol significantly raises blood pressure while on anabolics. so if drinking is more important than your physical condition I would avoid steroids all together. Also diet imo simple meals rice chicken fish, eggs etc very little salt and pepper for taste it also plays a role in controlling bp just my experience best of luck

Wise words. I hadn’t really thought about using gear from that perspective. I’m actually quite happy with my body even without testosterone.
I was locked in for a while, and then I started thinking, One night of drinking won’t do anything, or One skipped gym day won’t matter..

It never got out of hand, but there were a few small slips here and there 👀

Hey mate, nice start to this log. Lots of good information.

You're looking good in those photos. Definitely a good base to work with.

Sounds like the best thing you could do is get your diet in order first. The stuff in this post about chips etc isn't the best.

Can you start tracking exactly what you eat and post it here. You can use a food tracking app if you don't already.

I always thought I had my nutrition in check, but maybe I was delusional 😅
Sometimes I get high and eat a lot of junk, as if that doesn’t count.

I’ll keep my diet in a log here. What app do you recommend?

Okay. I’m definitely going to do the Bloodtests, but… so what useful information are we trying to find out from the hormone panel?

Because, as I understand it:

Since I haven’t pinned for a month, my testosterone is probably really low.
(My testicles have just returned to their original size.)

If my issue was high E2, would it still be elevated at this point?

Could the problem be something like blood viscosity or a liver/kidney issue? (I don’t really think so, but that wouldn’t be tested otherwise.)

you're right it would be low in theory but is it? we are doing a lot of guessing and if your e2 is high we would get a different cycle mix than if your e2 was low and so on @Edustaja555

Okay. So, I’m going for blood tests on 6.1, which is the earliest I can go. I guess the results will be ready by 8.1 and I’ll post them here on the forum.
In the country where I live, these tests would cost nearly €600 😬❌

I’m going to a neighboring country, where the price is only about €160 ✅

Does this list include everything you think is needed? Is anything missing, or is there something unnecessary?

If I only needed, for example, estradiol, I could get it done tomorrow. But if the other values are also important, then it has to wait until 6.1.

Testosteron (total)
Free testosterone
SHBG
LH
FSH
Estradiol (E2)
Prolaktin
Cortisol
TSH
T3
T4
Hematocrit (Hct)
Lipids profile

This is a very good start, I would like to see a complete blood count, liver panel and kidney function aswell, but this will give you a good hormone view.

Fuck it. I’m going tomorrow. Let the fucking boat trip begin ⛵😂

If any important marker comes to mind that’s missing from the labs, say it now.

Testing there is surprisingly cheap.
I’ve scheduled the following tests:

Total testosterone
Free testosterone
SHBG
LH
FSH
Estradiol (E2)
Prolactin
Cortisol
TSH
T3
T4
Hemoglobin
ALT / AST
Lipid panel

Update :

Yeah, I fucked everything up in my own unique way.
I had ferry tickets booked for Saturday morning to another country to get blood tests done. I had also agreed to go on Friday to handle marketing for a bar.

One thing led to another, and after the marketing videos were shot, I started drinking.
The ferry was at 9:00 a.m., but I only got home at 7:30 in the morning.
Of course, I didn’t wake up until around noon, and everything went to shit.
(The marketing videos turned out to be bangers though 😅)

Anyway, I’m honestly pretty depressed. I don’t know if it could be caused by low testosterone levels. I’ve also been nicotine-free for about 150 days, and I’m seriously considering starting again. But if I’m planning to use testosterone again, nicotine pouches definitely won’t help lower my blood pressure 👎🏻

The only option would be to book tickets for tomorrow and go get the blood tests done again. The only problem is that I drank the money that was meant for the tests, and now I’d have to borrow it from somewhere.

Somehow, when I was using testosterone, I had the feeling that everything was under control. Now it feels like my life is scattered all over the place, and I’m desperately trying to pick up the pieces day by day. Just surviving.

UPDATE: Sorry I haven’t updated. My motivation has really been gone for everything.
It feels like I’m just dragging myself from one day to the next 😅

I have a lot going on in my personal life and a tendency not to finish things. I’ve only been going to the gym once a week and I feel drained. No boxing, nothing…👎🏻

I had blood tests done on January 17 and saw a doctor at the same time, who prescribed telmisartan 20 mg per day if my blood pressure stays high.

The following blood tests were taken and i publish them as soon as theey are avaible

AST,
Ferritin,
FSH,
Free T3,
Cortisol,
LH,
Estradiol,
Prolactin,

Free Testosterone (calculated, Vermeulen method)

Urine Specific Gravity,
Urine pH (qualitative),
Complete Blood Count with Platelets,
CRP,
Potassium
Sodium
Creatinine
HbA1c
Urine Albumin/Creatinine Ratio
(ACR),
Albumin,
Creatinine,
WBC (Leukocytes),
Urine Bacteria, Urine Glucose (qualitative), Urine Ketones (qualitative),
Urine RBCs (qualitative),
Urine Nitrite (qualitative),
Urine Leukocytes (qualitative),
Urine Protein (qualitative),
ALT ,
ALP ,
Fasting Lipid Panel,
Total Cholesterol (fasting),
HDL Cholesterol (fasting),
Total Cholesterol/HDL Ratio,
Non-HDL Cholesterol (fasting),
LDL Cholesterol (fasting),
Triglycerides (fasting),
TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone),
Free T4,
12-Lead ECG

I haven’t been actively monitoring it, but when I feel stressed or something, it feels like it goes up.

At the doctor’s office it was around 145/75, but I had drunk coffee during the workday and one energy drink.

I’m not sure how long it has been since the last injection, but I would estimate around 50–60 days.

I was planning to give an update when the tests came back. I actually went and did them just yesterday 👍🏻
Awesome brother.
I’m sure they’ll provide some clarity and some rationale to how you’re feeling. Hang in there!
One foot in front of the other in the meantime- stay ontop of the foundations. Eat, Train, Recover, Repeat.

welcome back to the EVO family :D @Edustaja555 sorry about personal life issues, can you share what the issue is?
and can you post the actual blood results? blur out personal info

I didn’t want to bring it up because it sounds like complaining or whining 😂

This is about a relationship that has lasted for almost five years and she is six years younger than me. We live together for about 2,5 years already.

She does cook and clean, but it comes with a high cost.

It is mainly verbal abuse. Over time, I have stopped seeing my old friends because I know it would cause hell at home. I have also stopped going where I want to go, because I already know what kind of reaction it would trigger.

I have started therapy because I feel genuinely unwell. Everything escalates especially when she is angry — in those moments she tries to say the most hurtful things possible 😬

I am naturally calm and avoid conflict, and she uses that against me. When I look at her, she seems innocent, and I find myself thinking that it can’t really be her, or that she wouldn’t do things like that.

I will add the blood test results today as soon as I receive them.

My last injection of testosterone enanthate was approximately 48 days ago(Ugl driada ) .

I stopped because of high blood pressure until the underlying cause is clarified. Here are the results from my blood tests.

I was prescribed telmisartan 20 mg.

Hey guys, could someone analyze these results and tell me why I might have had high blood pressure? What do my testosterone levels look like? I still don’t have any libido and I don’t understand why.

Am I correct that my sodium is high and I should monitor my salt intake?

Also, my SHBG is high, and that’s why my free testosterone is low?
Sodium is okay, less likely to be the cause of your BP unless your electrolyte ratios are off.

Your SHGB is a little high, and is likely binding up your free T, which in turn makes less available to convert to e2, which could be the reason for your symptoms your lab doesnt say your e2 value just under 88.

Your total and free T are middle of the range so not sure that is what's causing your issues with low drive, libido etc.

How is your stress level given the issues you are having with relationship etc. Also what is your diet currently like?

I don’t believe I have a lot of stress.
I noticed a drop in my libido after I stopped my first steroid experiment with Sustanon :S
Then I quit nicotine about 140 days ago, and it felt like that made things worse, and my libido hasn’t returned.
I can still get an erection, but I have no desire at all.

Your symptoms sound like e2, low e2 causes low libido but your erections will still happen, also irratibility, low energy, fatigue, it can mess with your vascular tone causing BP issues.
E2 being high is no good, being low feels even worse, I would say your SHGB is binding it up, there is ways you can lower your SHGB, but in time being on TRT it will lower naturally, how long were you on? Your FSH and LH are still normal, have you even given it the time to hit steady state ?

My first attempt with sustanon lasted 6 weeks.
Dose 150/175mg a week once a week . Crazy anexiety and bloodpressure.

This time with enanthe lasted about 4 weeks.
My blood pressure was over 165/78 a few times, which made me panic little.

For the first 10 days, my blood pressure was within normal range/Good

During the first couple of weeks, I had severe sleep problems because it felt like I had an insane amount of energy.
My heart was also beating like crazy when I tried to sleep. I could feel my heartbeat very strongly.

-My testicles did shrink.

-I also noticed hair thinning and increased oiliness.

-I got one pimple on my neck (I never get pimples, especially not this type).

I started wondering whether the use of corticosteroid creams for atopic dermatitis could have some effect on this.
I’ve been using them almost since birth.
Also, could asthma medication have anything to do with this?
Probably not, but I want so badly to fix this so I can move on.

I enjoyed how I felt when I was using testosterone and felt the change in my libido.

Dreamer is right but I'm reckoning a lot of what you're experiencing is probably lifestyle related. Could also explain your blood pressure.

What does your diet look like normally? How well are you sleeping? How do you manage stress?

You mentioned your blood pressure was elevated, what was it sitting at?

I often use allergy medication because my nose is often blocked from dust and other things. (Histec)

I apply Bemetason cream to my body and Protopic cream to my face
(Usually 2x a week ).My skin is thinner.
I can see my veins clearly.

I sleep just fine, but I have a Deviated septum since birth, so I sleep with my mouth openmost of the time.
My diet is pretty ordinary. I don’t track it, but I eat basic meat, carbs, and salad.
I drink enough water and take vitamins.
I’m not on any special diet.

When i was at the doctor Bp was sitting at 145/72 .
They also took EKG and ewrything was fine.

At what time of the day did you go to the doctors, and had you had any caffeine leading up to the examination?

Best time to test BP to get an accurate reading and indicator of what is going on is fasted in the AM. If your nutrition is pretty average, I'd start there bro. For BP check for potassium on your diet.

What does "enough" water mean? Specifically?

Cheers!

I went to the doctor after work at 5 pm and had a lot of caffeine to get a prescription for telmisartan 😅

I drink about 2 L of water a day. When I train, I drink even more. I usually watch the color of my urine to judge my hydration 😂

Okay, so where should I check for an “ideal diet,” and will it help me avoid high blood pressure while on testosterone?
I’ll also read about potassium.

So low E2 isn’t the problem? What if my body wasn’t fully saturated and E2 just didn’t have time to catch up 😬?
Thanks for your answer 💪🏻

I wonder if I’m one of those people for whom anabolics just don’t fit at all :/ ,
Or if I’m just missing some basic stuff👎🏻
I think as @R.AP has started to get into, there is a probably a few things going on - I am pretty confident your e2 would be low.

But you would only know from a sensitive e2 test - but if your off TRT now there isnt alot of value in that now.

Diet likely plays a factor @R.AP is a wizard with that stuff if you post what your eating, we can guide.

Sodium and potassium ratio plays a big part too, but if your on telmisartan now I wouldnt be adding supplementary potassium, I would be looking at the whole intake of both - you can track this in an app like cronometer.

Unlikely you wont be able to run anabolics - but there is a bit of work required to dial in, its why its a lifelong commitment.

Diet can play a factor into your high shgb too.

Okay. I haven’t started taking telmisartan yet 👍🏻

If I wanted to start testosterone now, what could I do differently given these results?

Should I do anything differently before starting or during the "cycle"?

This time I would have telmisartan as support at least, but the fewer extra components I put into my body, the better i guess.

I will add the blood test results today as soon as I receive them.
you are still with her or this is over? @Edustaja555 sounds like an abusive situation

Mate this is rough & not how things should feel.
Ups and downs in a relationship is 100% normal but verbal conflict that stops you from doing things that are foundational to happiness like social connection with your tribe is not ok.

I understand withdrawing, I do the same thing when I'm in a hole. For me, I allow the darkness to pass which is always does & I lean on a select few people for some wisdom & new framing on things whilst still going through the foundations that make me feel good. Train, good food, surfing etc.

I'm glad your having a chat with someone - I've done this on and off over the journey... admirable to make those moves.

Spent some early years in my 20's in a bad relationship as I felt I had nothing to offer the world and had no future, wish I had of cut ties far sooner than I did as I knew for me it was directional wrong. The world is a beautful place brother with a lot of great people, things to see and experience but time moves fast... I'm 41 and I felt like I was 25 yesterday.

Hang in there brother. Dark days always pass!

I don’t know, bro. We live in the same apartment, but we haven’t talked for over six days. I’ve suggested couples therapy before, but she says only sick people need therapy and keeps mocking me about it.
Problems with my low libido definitely aren’t helping the situation 😅

It’s funny how I can spar against 95+ kg guys, but I can’t mentally handle a 50 kg Small woman. She gets completely inside my head and puts me in a totally fucked-up state.I’ve never met anyone in my life with a temperament this extreme.

Lately I’ve been in a pretty bad mental state overall. I feel like I don’t have any sense of being “masculine” right now — for example, I have no sexual desire at all and I don’t even think about sex.

I feel like an old man sitting on a bench.

If our paths separate at this point, I know I’ll be in a very dark place for a long time. That’s why I want to get my testosterone levels up and get my confidence and sense of “masculinity” back.

I don’t have the option to go to a TRT clinic, so I’d have to think all of this through on my own (or together with you guys).

What if I made a plan like this?

Suggestions for improvements are welcome.
Before starting “TRT”:

-I make sure my blood pressure is back to being good and low. (with boxing, diet, meditation, and enough sleep).

I get my nutrition in order using some app
(tracking sodium and potassium levels).

During "TRT":

-At first, only 100 mg once per week.Until my levels stabilize, SHBG comes down, and E2 rises accordingly.

-Using telmisartan as support if my blood pressure starts to rise again.

-Careful monitoring of nutrition
(potassium, sodium).

-No caffeine , No nicotine , No alcohol , (Sometimes weed )

-Measuring blood pressure twice a day.

-Boxing 3 times per week (hard cardio).

-Blood tests at the 6–8 week mark?

Utter ignorance from her end bro… if you cannot talk without conflict and there’s been no chatter for 6 days something is broken. If you cannot communicate someone in the middle to referee and allow you to speak is a good thing but both parties need to want to be there.

Hard to create desire when things are fragile and hostile. That’s not unusual mate.

Context matters- the two versions of warfare are not the same.

Masculinity and sense of self is more than a set of increasing Free T numbers…be careful tying all outcomes to such.

Hey mate,

sorry to hear about your situation. a lot of what I’m seeing in this a deep feeling of inadequacy that’s from your partners undermining behaviour. You seem to be very accountable and observant of your ‘problems’. But really, you’re probably just constantly in a state of flight and fight, your sleep and cortisol is probably pretty fucked and you probably resent your partner a fair bit for making you feel so bad. It’s not exactly the recipe for getting rock hard.

I’m insinuating a lot and I know relationships aren’t black and white so I hope it doesn’t come across like I’m being a dick, Wishing you the best.

I understand what you mean. I’ve only had a small taste of what it’s like to use testosterone, and I liked it. I believe that dealing with, managing, and controlling things would become much easier. It gave me a feeling that everything was under control and everything would be fine eventually. 👍🏻😁

Thanks for the message, bro. Not everything in this relationship has been bad. This is just my longest relationship, and I don’t really remember how I’ve lived before.

I’m probably afraid of the pain that would come from a breakup, which might be why the relationship has lasted this long. I’ve closed my eyes to a lot of things and at the same time forgotten what it’s like to be free.

In therapy, I was told that what I described about her behavior is straight-up manipulative and toxic. But then when I look at this sweet little creature, I get the thought that it can’t be real :/
Probably it is...

I’ve made the decision to continue my experiment at 100 mg per week.
I feel a bit more confident now because I can also ask questions here and at the same time keep a journal of my diet and everything else. I will check my bp for few days before starting.

I’m planning to use the same vial (UGL Driada).
As I understand it, if it has been stored in a dark place at room temperature and has now been open for 66 days, it should still be okay ?

Bought it from some guy. The dates were fine, and as far as I understand it had been stored properly. The only UGLs I’ve come across here are Hilma Biocare, Driada and Syntholan.

What brands should I look for that you would recommend? I live in Europe.
Why is this brand considered sketchy?

I think "some guy" is not a good sign tbh @Edustaja555 its serious when you're injecting gear from unknown suppliers.
did you look at PSL puritysourcelabs? https://puritysourcelabs.ru/ or D-S international @domestic-supply.com https://int.domestic-supply.com
Why is this brand considered sketchy?
too many counterfeits and fakes on the market.

*Update

I started my new "TRT" protocol on Friday, January 23rd. The first injection was just 80 mg of testosterone enanthate (UGL) into my shoulder. I want to start cautiously and see how the first two weeks go with this 80 mg dose combined with a precise diet.

I’m closely tracking sodium intake and increasing potassium through food 🥦🍅
Honestly, I didn’t realize how much salt I had been consuming before.I thought I was being careful. Based on estimation, during my previous “cycles” I was exceeding the recommended daily sodium limit by 5–10x every single day ❌.

On days when I train boxing, my water intake is around 5 liters per day.
Approximately 2.5 liters during training and another 2.5 liters throughout the rest of the day
On days when I don’t train, my water intake is around 2.5–3 liters per day.💧

My blood pressure was normal, around 127/75, when I took the first injection at 6:00 AM. Bodyweight was 90 kg / 182cm Blood pressure has remained normal throughout these five days.Current bodyweight after 5 days is 90Kg

So far, I’ve had two boxing sessions and one badminton session. My main focus will be boxing. I’ll still go to the gym occasionally, but even then the training will mainly consist of explosive work and boxing-related exercises,Bodyweight training rather than traditional bodybuilding.

Effects noticed so far
(It’s very hard to separate real effects from placebo, but I’m aware placebo exists.)

-Libido is slowly coming back

-More energy overall
( I barely feel fatigue)

-Increased motivation to get things done

-Coffee gives an insane euphoria/energy boost that lasts most of the day like a light switch turning on.

-Overall better mood and more positive outlook on myself and the future

-I don’t let my woman walk all over me — if she acts crazy, I’ll say: “bitch, you tripping😅

-Strong hunger, especially if I’ve smoked a little. Despite that, I’m carefully checking the sodium content of everything I eat.

I’m currently using the following vitamins in the picture.

Good to see you back my guy...
I like you have some structure and direction in the plan- like all of us, things to work on, things to dial in and things in your own head to figure out.. this is a forever pursuit. The road is long - you have plenty of time to figure it all out.

Good to see some clarity - you look sharp brother!
I'm cheering for you; with love from Oz!

Yeah. I turn 30 on Sunday, and hopefully this opens a new chapter in my life. Thanks for your comment :)

Unfortunately, I came down with a mild fever and the flu today, but I’m definitely sticking to my diet. At least a couple of days off work isn’t the worst thing either 😁

I don’t think it’s test flu, even though it did cross my mind 🤔

A) It started about 90 hours after the injection
B) I have yellow mucus from my nose
C) My throat is also sore
PS. Thanks for the vitamin recommendations.

My UGL is still the same Driada. I inverted it on paper for 24 hours before starting, and the rubber cap isn’t leaking. There are no particles or impurities in the liquid, and it’s clear. I searched online for information about fakes versus real products. The package also had a code under a hologram sticker when I bought it, and when I checked it, it was okay. So I felt confident to continue with the same product.

Your potassium being low is actually more of the issue, you need to bring it up to around 4000

How the hell do you guys keep sodium low and potassium high? Everything has salt in it… like almost everything. Do you have any recipes or tips for keeping sodium down and potassium up?
Coconut water, sweet potatos and avocados are my potassium sources, if you are preparing food and not buying pre made sodium will be alot lower

Hey mate, hopefully the changes in diet etc will mean no blood pressure issues this time.

Why only once per week on the injections? I would have thought doing at least twice would give steadier levels and help prevent possible issues you had previously.

Hello @waggat ✌🏻Last time I had sleep problems on two consecutive days after the injection. Two injections per week would mean many sleepless nights. I had too much energy and couldn’t fall asleep. I’m thinking of avoiding this, or at least scheduling the injections for the weekend, for example injecting on Friday, because I work on weekdays and waking up at 6 a.m. quickly becomes physical hell if I don’t sleep properly for several days in a row.
Honestly, if this diet experiment doesn’t work and the downsides start to outweigh the benefits, I’ll have to reconsider this altogether. My baseline levels are actually okey.

I’m just craving that drive and the feeling that everything is under control and that I can do anything. I’ll probably keep experimenting until the levels reach saturation around weeks 5–6, and then I’ll make a decision, as long as my blood pressure doesn’t increase before that on this diet.

I’ve run into same issue.
Today I injected testosterone in the morning at 6:00 a.m., about 90 mg. There was a 9-day gap between the first and second injection.
All day I’ve felt extremely overstimulated, and especially now in the evening I feel restless, like I need to do something, and my palms are sweating.
I haven’t consumed too much sodium and I believe I’ve had enough potassium. The only thing I didn’t log in MyFitnessPal was a glass of tomato juice.
I feel like I might not sleep tonight because of how overstimulated I feel. I’m considering taking 20 mg of telmisartan.

I measured my blood pressure multiple times and followed the instructions properly. Throughout the entire last week, my blood pressure has been very good every single day.

Any guesses as to what this could be caused by?

Instead of one bolus dose, can you try daily injections? 15mg a day

Well, i can try. It does feel pretty tedious to poke yourself every day, even if it’s just an insulin-type needle :S
Daily injections are almost always better - I have to ask though brother, do you think maybe this could be some anxiety?

No, it’s not. I’ve had a really good vibe all day at work and at home. I’ve gotten a lot done. I just felt like I’d had seven cups of coffee and energy was just bursting out everywhere. That’s why I decided to check my blood pressure. I also noticed my hands were cold.
I’ve been chilling on the couch for about 30 minutes now, and my blood pressure looks like this. My diastolic went up and my systolic went down a bit. I haven’t taken telmisartan yet.
Could it be something like the sympathetic nervous system or something? 🤔 Should i take telmisartan at this point ?

Hyper responder, lucky man . Very few would get those effects.
Give daily injections a go especially if you respond so well to it. It'll give you a much smoother feel everyday instead of over stimulation post injection.

I didn’t even know that was a thing. Why am I lucky in that case?
It takes most of us weeks to feel anything off testosterone its a real slow build due to the ester, you feel it straight away with heaps of energy. I'm 5 weeks into a blast and just now starting to feel the effects 107mg each day.

Brother are you certain this is testosterone you're injecting?

Hi.
The testosterone is not from a reliable source. I live in Finland, and border control is extremely strict unless it’s domestic shipping within Finland. That’s why I’ve made previous purchases the following way: someone buys a large batch that either gets through customs by luck or is smuggled from another country, and I do face-to-face deals via Telegram.

In this case, I still believe it is testosterone for the following reasons:

-Testosterone is the cheapest and easiest anabolic steroid to manufacture and trace.

-The code on the Driada website checked out as legit, and the packaging was also legit. The oil is clear, with no visible impurities. I’ve injected multiple times from this vial and everything has been fine so far.
(Exepct BloodPressure)

-The seller had a steroid-like appearance and arrived in his own car; we talked calmly for a while.I remember him saying that the products have become a bit more expensive because they are difficult to get across the border.

-I feel clear changes in my body. My hair and scalp get oily relatively quickly. My testicles feel the same as they did when I used Sustanon — they shrink.

-In my muscles, I start to feel a slight pressure.

-The effect of coffee is multiplied: one cup genuinely hits hard for the rest of the day.

-My thinking feels slightly altered, and I even feel mildly euphoric

-By nature, I’m the kind of person who tries to please people. When I start feeling the effects of testosterone, that people-pleasing fades quickly.Even though I work in customer service.

I do hear what everyone is trying to tell me, but because I have money in enforcement that is deducted from my salary every month, I have to live on extremely small amounts. I basically have to manage with what I have. If I want to use testosterone, I can’t afford to make financial missteps, even though I work 8–4. I’ll be able to get blood tests done at around the 5–6 week mark.

Thanks for your understanding ✌🏻

overstimulated like too much energy? or what? @Edustaja555
Yes. It’s like a switch flips and a wave of energy comes on the day I Pin and few next days. It actually feels nice, but I noticed yesterday that my blood pressure is high exactly at those moments when i feel most "stimulated

This reminded me of something. My first experiment was with Sustanon. First I injected 175 mg, and then the following week 200 mg and the amount of anxiety was insane. I couldn’t tolerate it at all. My blood pressure also went up immediately along with it. I felt the effects of Sustanon right away too, but I assumed that was due to the short-term esters.

I also had a discussion with ChatGPT and asked it to figure out whether I’m a hyper-responder by asking me questions one at a time, and according to it, I definitely am 😅 I don’t know whether there’s any truth to it or not, but it does feel like this might be so.

So reason for concern is some of what your describing is not testosterone. Maybe you are unique yes that is a possibility, but in my opinion I would say its either not testosterone or its mixed.
Anyway you know you need to do a blood test so not much more can be determined till then. Would still look at everyday injection frequency.

Hopefully it’s actually testosterone. I guess that’s all I can say 😔
