B2B DAYS OF 0.5KG AND 0.6KG LOSSES?
Technically hit my goal weight, but would like to see a full weekly Ave weight, at sub 82kg.

Sleep: 7.5 Hours, HR 53bpm (Was Averaging 43bpm before starting Reta)

General Notes: Feeling really good physically and mentally, smashed training, pushed the weights up for most lifts, not sure if this has anything to do with the increased Protein intake?
Last 2 weeks has been pretty significant weight losses, think the Reta is starting to have an effect? (not having cheeky little snacks of the kids foods also) Again, have also upped my Protein from like 110g a day to 170g+.
I do drink 3-4L of water a day.

Awesome log so far. Just read the whole log. Progress pics are wicked. Down 83lbs, your killing it broski. Great workouts as well.

I found 14g psyllium husk (7gAM/PM) to work well for me so far while on reta up to 5mg. If your still getting constipation on/off consider taking your psyllium husk 5g AM/PM. I also take webbers naturals digestive enzymes(amazons cheap) and costco 50 billion probiotics.

I went pretty aggresive on titrating up. 1mg weeks 1-3, 2mg weeks 4-6, 4mg weeks 7-8, 5m week 9 and cruising. My advice is down the line when you do increase is dont jump dose increases, keep it to 1mg increases when you do. The cramps i got jumping from 2mg to 4mg were fun. Lol.

Sounds like a good plan, slow increase is good if your getting effects at 1mg. Youll see temporary sides comeback with increases most likely. But theyll probably be negligible.

Areas I'd like to improve, obviously the little front pocket of fat lower stomach, loose skin, hips, and wouldn't mind rounder shoulders.

Coming along nicely man.
Not sure how to manage that loose skin - its often left over from your time being overweight - it will get less noticeable the leaner you get or even if you bulk up. Ultimately i think skin flap reduction surgery can permanently take it off - but I have seen way worse man so don't focus too much on it when you have made such great gains in other areas.

Looking good bud, progress is coming along nicely. I think @HarleyGuy is experimenting with high GHK dose in the abdomen with high collagen intake for loose skin. Maybe ask him about the High GHK protocol hes doing and whether hes noticed results yet. Not sure how long hes been running it.

Reoccurring niggle in the inner elbow/upper forearm, doesnt effect grip strength however, only triggers on some pulling motions.
Can pin-point the spot when pressing finger into arm.
Still awaiting this baby, comes out Wednesday lunch time regardless.
Booked in for a DEXA Scan March 2nd,
Reta doing a number on my eating ability this week,
But mental clarity is pretty solid,

If only that was just a nice steady slow run, that's my sports training, lots of sprints and hard efforts mixxed in aswell, pace is just low due to also walking between cones/drills etc.

My sister came through and stayed at my place after the rest of the kids went to bed so I could get a gym sesh in.

Not sure if joint pain related sides due to HGH,
Or just my normal random hurting of my knee I've been dealing with last few years, thanks to football.
Time will tell, doesn't really stop me doing anything, just an annoying "stiff feeling" through the knee, bit of pain accompanying.

In the gym however is feeling amazing, body weight is going down, strength is holding/going up in some lifts.

Nice job on this update. The supplement layout looks to be on point. @CookieBaah and you won't go wrong with a nice jog. Sometimes I like jogging around the lake near my house.
 
If only that was just a nice steady slow run, that's my sports training, lots of sprints and hard efforts mixxed in aswell, pace is just low due to also walking between cones/drills etc.

Not sure if joint pain related sides due to HGH,
Or just my normal random hurting of my knee I've been dealing with last few years, thanks to football.
Time will tell, doesn't really stop me doing anything, just an annoying "stiff feeling" through the knee, bit of pain accompanying.

I took baby duty for the first night home and got up with the rest of them come morning time, let the wife get some well earned rest,

Unlucky on the sleep bro, hopefully bub will become more calm in the coming weeks. Really impressive jog in 34 degrees, my heart would be red lining surprised it was only 151 on average.

Average heart rates much lower than the session suggests, due to the low effort 10 min warm up, it peaked at 195bpm haha, intervals had me weak.

No trt yet, saving it for the Recomp phase 💪

Protein low low today, family takeaway night, so kinda skipped some other shit to make the cals fit,
Usually hit roughly 180-190g a day otherwise.

The more often the better. Even a small Daily log, gives you an outlet and us some insight into how things are really going. Any photo is awesome and shush your mouth about food...any food porn is good 😉🩵

For new loggers, a daily log really helps you get into the groove and holds you accountable a little bit, which will help you stay on track to hit your goals.

Also helps the experienced bros stay in the loop for quicker adjustments and advice etc.

Remember though, this is your log. If you want to do EOD etc, up to you broski.

As for food porn, im a bloody terrible cook and airfry everything. I dont bother with it. And photos, post whatever. I usually make a goal and post pictures when acheived. I poated pictures at 193lbs to start here and 180lbs not long ago.

Garmin watch is wigging the hell out, wont move me out of the "strained" rating, resting heart rate is up, due to Reta, but my HRV has been in the red since the 9th of Feb, usually 7d average is 58, has a 7d average of 47 now, hitting 37 overnight last night,
Not sure if cause for concern, but I feel pretty fine?
Cardio is solid, and strength in the gym is on the up.
I know it's just a watch, but yeah.

Realising I'm spending a hell of a lot of time in the forums, just reading,

Week 22/22 of Weightloss Phase.

Stats:
Age - 31
Height - 180cm

Weight:
Start Weight: 92.2kg
Goal Weight: 82.0kg✅
Current Weight: 81.7kg +0.3kg (Been 11 days in a row in the 81kgs)
Week 20 Ave Weight: 82.1kg
Week 21 Ave Weight: 81.4kg

Sleep:
6.5hrs, RHR 54bpm, HRV still whack, but is what it is.

Daily Notes:
Had a sneaky 2.8iu of HGH last night instead of 2iu to finish off the vial,
It clearly did something, I bombed out, had been having trouble first falling asleep lately,
Wife said this morning "baby woke at 5am and you didn't even budge"
Oops, my bad, atleast I didn't miss the other 2 wakeups. 🤣
As any loving husband would, I then gave her a 2hr sleep in once baby woke again alongside dealing with the kids for the morning.
And gentlemen that is what we call balance ;) (happywifehappylife)

Energy levels are good, even with sub par sleep,
Mental state is lovely, life feels chill even though it just had an upgrade.
Training was smooth and felt strong,
Can only imagine how its going to feel once I'm eating more and running that lil bit extra assistance.

The first rep of the vertical leaps after re-racking the bar, feel like I'm going to fly through the roof, it's a neat feeling. But shortly lived with the following 3 reps 🤣

Always gotta earn the brownie points with the wife haha
 
Good workout man! How has the GH improved your day to day feeling and recovery? I'm pretty interesting in trying some at some point
I'm only 2 weeks in, spent first week at 1iu. And then up to 2iu,
And I'm honestly feeling beyond amazing,
Recovering well, keeping strength in the gym,
Just always wanting to lift more.

I nearly had it pegged down to it being from the HGH, making levels go weird, but it started happening like 3 days before I started using it.
