B2B DAYS OF 0.5KG AND 0.6KG LOSSES?
Technically hit my goal weight, but would like to see a full weekly Ave weight, at sub 82kg.
Sleep: 7.5 Hours, HR 53bpm (Was Averaging 43bpm before starting Reta)
General Notes: Feeling really good physically and mentally, smashed training, pushed the weights up for most lifts, not sure if this has anything to do with the increased Protein intake?
Last 2 weeks has been pretty significant weight losses, think the Reta is starting to have an effect? (not having cheeky little snacks of the kids foods also) Again, have also upped my Protein from like 110g a day to 170g+.
I do drink 3-4L of water a day.

I found 14g psyllium husk (7gAM/PM) to work well for me so far while on reta up to 5mg. If your still getting constipation on/off consider taking your psyllium husk 5g AM/PM. I also take webbers naturals digestive enzymes(amazons cheap) and costco 50 billion probiotics.
I went pretty aggresive on titrating up. 1mg weeks 1-3, 2mg weeks 4-6, 4mg weeks 7-8, 5m week 9 and cruising. My advice is down the line when you do increase is dont jump dose increases, keep it to 1mg increases when you do. The cramps i got jumping from 2mg to 4mg were fun. Lol.
