Now that proviron is in the stack to settle my head, and my bloods look pretty good, its time to put some NPP back in and chase some size and make leverage of the peps.

Had some Beetroot powder turn up and some restock of old favorites Glycine and Naringenin.

A very non routine day today. Wanted to get remaining bloods done before the funeral, Listened to @waggat poddy again on the way in, banger pod. I was running a bit late and by the time I got into town the lineup for pathology and clinic was too long and I would be waiting well past time, so I got changed in the carpark and headed to the town the funeral was in thinking I might be able to make a pathology before hand. Not gunna happen. It was on the other end of the town and I didnt wanna be late.

The send off was lovely, he will be sorely missed by many, he was an absolute gentleman and fellow lifter. He lived a very full and loving life, but cancer at 54 is way too soon, just like my old boy... These things always get me. Had to hold it in a few times.
Life can be over for you in an instant, say the words, enjoy the stuff, and do the things you want to do now... The ground is full of people who thought they would have more time. 😔

I greeted my friends and headed off for pathology still fasted. In and out no hassles.

Off to Aldi to grab some weekend air frier chicken and chicken breast and broccoli for work lunches and made an order to pickup from my favorite Filipino place. I was fangin for a feed by now so had a quick protein bar, grabbed my Crispy Pata and rice comfort food and took off on the long drive home listening to @codezz poddy again. Another grouse listen. Love it.

No gym today though I did bring my bag just incase I could make time. Tomorrow maybe and deffo Saturday morning, gunna go to the reserve with the dogs tomorrow with Mick. Today has left me a little bit... Out of sorts.😮‍💨

I pretty much ate the whole days food in one long sitting, but my macros are all over the shop and I ate like an asshole. Work seems to be how I maintain that diet adherence. Broke up the feed by driving Mum to her sisters place in the next town over and I've been sleeping on the lounge under the airco with Delta cos this heat is disgusting 😓

Agree the work helps sticking with an eating plan. Makes it a bit more of a routine. Looks like you didn't do too bad considering. Geez that ALDI chicken looks alright.

Have you used NPP or Deca before?

Life happens and shit gets in the way of our somewhat meticulous routines that we have developed for ourselves.

Very familiar with NPP my bro.

I've only ever tolerated the mental sides well while running a DHT alongside it though.

How do you find test +NPP compared to say just higher test? Keen to try NPP on my next push.

To be fair I've never really just ran high test. I've always run a secondary to fill the total load.

For me, NPP is great for a quick response, almost within a few days I see a change in shoulders, and joint health. It does come with a bit of water for me, makes my look more fluffy, EQ and Mast really give me a dry grainy look. NPP gives me a decent jump in strength, almost the next day.

Yeah I'm keen for the strength gains. I figure it's safer to go with NPP than Deca for the first time as well.

Im a big proponent of short esters for 19nors. They're not for everyone (especially after 40) so being able to pull them quickly if they're not working for you is the smart thing to do.

Haha took me fucking ages to go through every post but Im definitely up to speed on it now....I like how youve switched to the test p/NPP combo 😅 its become may favourite now along with hgh,supadrol and slin of course 💪

Fuck you're a gentleman aye. 👌🏻 Cheers my bro. I don't have much prop to work with down to the last vial and layering it over the enanthate base while I bring my e2 back up. I do have to chase down some more cos I'm really liking it aye.

Love me some hgh & injectable superdrol and I've been doing a fair bit of learning about slin hey, its something I'd like to have a go at but I beed to get way more disciplined before I start messing with it.

Superdrol is on the menu for tomorrows sesh and I can't wait.

A day of complete rest and relaxation, I feel very much in restore mode. It's nearing 730pm and I'm about ready for a nap

I had some premium supps turn up today too. So looking forward to adding some of that in.

Took Delly to the reserve with Mick and his dog Fox. Two old friends with two old friends getting some fresh air and stretching the legs.

Then a very strong flat white with 6 shots and a gourmet bacon and egg roll with Mick.

Off home again and got a bunch of chores done as well as a bit of time on Evo.

Was nice to spend some time answering some questions in the DM's about Lcar for a new member, and catch up on @MarshMonsta new log.
I highly recommend people go and give that one a follow, you will not be disappointed.

Sat on me fork with Delta, watched a bunch of youtube, ate a bit of food. Looking a tiny bit fluffy for it too unfortunately...

Aldi Honey Chicken Bites with 150gm white rice.
Plenty of strawberries. Yoghurt with blueberries protein and cinnamon, and a thick protein shake of choc coco.

Decided against the long drive and getting stuck in traffic in town.
Alternatively I swung some kettlebells and dumbbells in the loungeroom for fun. Worked up a little sweat and a tiny pump.
Should have a good sleep tonight.
I have every intention of smashing the blazes outta early rise, full body sesh tomorrow at the foreign gym before breaky with my Darling Dearest.

Struggling to get food in today after the Reta, I just don't want to eat anything right now... my Macros are a bit trash again aye.

Seem to be a bit retrospective there today boss. Rest and relaxation it appears is sorely needed today. 6 shots in a coffee is fucking hardcore ++ . Having Quads was the most I have had and that shit could jump start a tank 🤣.

I reckon I got a decent amount of volume in today, was there for a couple hours.

Showered and off to breakfast with my Darling Dearest. 30mins later at breaky I felt ready to go back into it again 🤣

Gym was fun. Spent plenty of time there and re-energised. I felt I made good use of my time with the volume on full body. Felt a bit underpowered but, and coulda done some leg press if it weren't for running out of time.

Pet peeves were everywhere, and in my tism I find it so off putting. People slamming the cable weights at the end of their set 🙄 People super setting in a crowded gym, wandering off and then claiming the machines as you go to set up in it, someone smelling like they straight up shit their pants, people not using a towel and then not wiping their stink off the seats, a dude ego lifting using every plate, making massive noise with a range of motion less than my partials, all the strange ones were in there today, but good on em, they're having a go. They pay membership as much as I do, so I ignored it and locked in.... Am I an elitist now? 🤣 Or do I just expect a minimum level of civic duty in a shared space? 🤨 I did meet a couple really cool people today too so that was ace.

The Day Ahead

Back home now. I'm catching up with my "day one" boys this arvo/tonight on our mates property in the next village over. We've all known each other for 30+ years. It's been a few months since we've last caught up, so I'm really looking forward to it. A couple of the boys are keen to hop on trt and gh so the conversation will be interesting.

I'll have Delta with me, and I won't be drinking, not just because I'm driving home tonight, but because I don't drink anymore, zero interest... I've got energy drinks and beetroot juice. Some nibblies for the lads but ill be eating before I leave. I got some sizzle steaks for the bbq tho and some filipino sweet bread.
Diet will be a bit compromised today but nothing too damaging.

Better get ready and head off.

The gym description was hilarious. I was picturing all of these characters and all the shit that they do. Will say most of that is why there is a gym 20m from my front door with a membership of 2 🤣.

Decided against the long drive and getting stuck in traffic in town.

Pet peeves were everywhere, and in my tism I find it so off putting. People slamming the cable weights at the end of their set 🙄 People super setting in a crowded gym, wandering off and then claiming the machines as you go to set up in it, someone smelling like they straight up shit their pants, people not using a towel and then not wiping their stink off the seats, a dude ego lifting using every plate, making massive noise with a range of motion less than my partials, all the strange ones were in there today, but good on em, they're having a go. They pay membership as much as I do, so I ignored it and locked in.... Am I an elitist now? 🤣 Or do I just expect a minimum level of civic duty in a shared space? 🤨 I did meet a couple really cool people today too so that was ace.

Back home now. I'm catching up with my "day one" boys this arvo/tonight on our mates property in the next village over. We've all known each other for 30+ years. It's been a few months since we've last caught up, so I'm really looking forward to it. A couple of the boys are keen to hop on trt and gh so the conversation will be interesting.

I'll have Delta with me, and I won't be drinking, not just because I'm driving home tonight, but because I don't drink anymore, zero interest... I've got energy drinks and beetroot juice. Some nibblies for the lads but ill be eating before I leave. I got some sizzle steaks for the bbq tho and some filipino sweet bread.
Diet will be a bit compromised today but nothing too damaging.

Hey cheers @LevButlerov thanks for your kind words brother. 💪🏻 I'm at the stage where I'd like to healthily chase some more strength and size now. I know diet could be more strict but I think volume and intensity might be where I'm lacking atm(as long as recovery is good) might have to add another day in this push.

A workmate has offered me his cage setup with Olympic bars and weights for like $1500 and its a crazy good deal, just cant muster the funds.
Homeboy Mick might wanna relocate our gear to my place though if his house sells soon tho, so a bit of a home setup might be on the cards either way.

I worked out at commercial gyms for years. Then I switched to a private gym. After I moved I went back to using a commercial gym for three months. I went through the exact same thing you're dealing with.

I think you don't notice those things in some situations and then when you go back to a commercial gym you're like, "Wow this is really crazy." That's why I don't like to train at those commercial gyms anymore. I only go to private gyms.

I reckon I got a decent amount of volume in today, was there for a couple hours.

Showered and off to breakfast with my Darling Dearest. 30mins later at breaky I felt ready to go back into it again 🤣

Gym was fun. Spent plenty of time there and re-energised. I felt I made good use of my time with the volume on full body. Felt a bit underpowered but, and coulda done some leg press if it weren't for running out of time.

Pet peeves were everywhere, and in my tism I find it so off putting. People slamming the cable weights at the end of their set 🙄 People super setting in a crowded gym, wandering off and then claiming the machines as you go to set up in it, someone smelling like they straight up shit their pants, people not using a towel and then not wiping their stink off the seats, a dude ego lifting using every plate, making massive noise with a range of motion less than my partials, all the strange ones were in there today, but good on em, they're having a go. They pay membership as much as I do, so I ignored it and locked in.... Am I an elitist now? 🤣 Or do I just expect a minimum level of civic duty in a shared space? 🤨 I did meet a couple really cool people today too so that was ace.

The Day Ahead

Back home now. I'm catching up with my "day one" boys this arvo/tonight on our mates property in the next village over. We've all known each other for 30+ years. It's been a few months since we've last caught up, so I'm really looking forward to it. A couple of the boys are keen to hop on trt and gh so the conversation will be interesting.

I'll have Delta with me, and I won't be drinking, not just because I'm driving home tonight, but because I don't drink anymore, zero interest... I've got energy drinks and beetroot juice. Some nibblies for the lads but ill be eating before I leave. I got some sizzle steaks for the bbq tho and some filipino sweet bread.
Diet will be a bit compromised today but nothing too damaging.

Better get ready and head off.

Hey cheers @LevButlerov thanks for your kind words brother. 💪🏻 I'm at the stage where I'd like to healthily chase some more strength and size now. I know diet could be more strict but I think volume and intensity might be where I'm lacking atm(as long as recovery is good) might have to add another day in this push.

A workmate has offered me his cage setup with Olympic bars and weights for like $1500 and its a crazy good deal, just cant muster the funds.
Homeboy Mick might wanna relocate our gear to my place though if his house sells soon tho, so a bit of a home setup might be on the cards either way.
thats the right path get the health and the cuts and the mass :D

Then back home and hang out with the boys on the farm.

Macros are all over the place for this day out. But I woke up lean on Sunday weighing 90kg.

Sunday

Full day of rest, except for some dumbbell curls and rows. Sat on my fork and couch rotted for the whole day, wrestled Delly, did my food prep. A lovely day doing sweet nothing but rest.

Coffee and protein bar at work and a few snacks through the day.

Usual 200gm Chicken 100gm Rice 100gm Broccoli for smoko and lunch.
Lunch has a protein yoghurt extra.

Dinner was a chicken cheese salad sandwich, chicken schnitzel and a 60gm protein shake.

Felt good today, didnt feel cooked after the gym and mood was excellent all day long. The anti fatigue feeling I'm sure is Mots-C. I'm up well after bedtime now though so a quick post and I better hit the hay so I'm not stuffed tomorrow.

Another supplement arrived today. 100 x 1000mg HMB tablets.

Feeling pumped and out of gas.
I reckon I got a decent amount of volume in today, was there for a couple hours.

Showered and off to breakfast with my Darling Dearest. 30mins later at breaky I felt ready to go back into it again 🤣

Gym was fun. Spent plenty of time there and re-energised. I felt I made good use of my time with the volume on full body. Felt a bit underpowered but, and coulda done some leg press if it weren't for running out of time.

Pet peeves were everywhere, and in my tism I find it so off putting. People slamming the cable weights at the end of their set 🙄 People super setting in a crowded gym, wandering off and then claiming the machines as you go to set up in it, someone smelling like they straight up shit their pants, people not using a towel and then not wiping their stink off the seats, a dude ego lifting using every plate, making massive noise with a range of motion less than my partials, all the strange ones were in there today, but good on em, they're having a go. They pay membership as much as I do, so I ignored it and locked in.... Am I an elitist now? 🤣 Or do I just expect a minimum level of civic duty in a shared space? 🤨 I did meet a couple really cool people today too so that was ace.

The Day Ahead

Back home now. I'm catching up with my "day one" boys this arvo/tonight on our mates property in the next village over. We've all known each other for 30+ years. It's been a few months since we've last caught up, so I'm really looking forward to it. A couple of the boys are keen to hop on trt and gh so the conversation will be interesting.

I'll have Delta with me, and I won't be drinking, not just because I'm driving home tonight, but because I don't drink anymore, zero interest... I've got energy drinks and beetroot juice. Some nibblies for the lads but ill be eating before I leave. I got some sizzle steaks for the bbq tho and some filipino sweet bread.
Diet will be a bit compromised today but nothing too damaging.

Better get ready and head off.

My bro @waggat, cheers man 🙏🏻 That last saturday superdol workout was one of the best I'd had in a long time. I'm super ok with not drinking these days, I can still have a laugh and enjoy the atmosphere. I love these dudes and have known them since I was in primary school. We grew up together.
The lads do love to pour one down when they're camping on the property.

Sometimes a flat out rest is whats needed and that day it was deffo needed. Just refeed the body and lump up.

I appreciate your kind words brother, I believe I'm getting better at using the time to my advantage and navigating a workaound in crowded gyms hey.

Im loving how proviron cam take the edge off the NPP, because its a compound that really works for me when the mental is under control.

Diet control is still a bit of a sticking point for me that I get annoyed at myself over. But its better than before. The occasional fkup I can work with.

I'm still a beginner but I reckon I'm really starting to get the hang of listening to and responding to what my body requires and still make a decent use of the time available, even when I have to work with a crowded gym on the fly.

Thats what I'm trying to demonstrate in this log, that we can adapt to the hand we've been dealt and still improve with limited time.

As for HMB, well I'm gunna jump on the hype train and give it a go, probs just gunna make expensive piss, but apparently it can help with maintaining mass and maybe building lean mass. I used it last time I jumped off cycle ages ago, but tbh didnt notice much from it. It came up on my feed again the other week and I like to indulge the youtube algorithm every now and then when it sends something my way. 😅 Couldn't hurt I suppose...🤷‍♂️

The usual chicken rice and broccoli, with a mango protein yoghurt add on for lunch and some fill in protein snacks to bump the macros.

25mg proviron at smoko.

Had to pump heaps of water today and my feet were on fire at the end of the day.

A cheeky little low cal icecream snack back home and a very high protein shake with choc coconut water for dinner.

My brother nabbed my chicken rice broccoli 🤣 so I've cooked up porterhouse steak and rice for lunch and smoko instead for work tomorrow.

Solid short & sweet update :) how do you find the split (AM/ PM) BPC dose? I’m very soon going to be starting the same
 
I dose am/pm because of the extremely short half life, and try to go a touch higher on heavy workout days to accommodate the recovery. I don't have a means of measuring the effectiveness other than an anecdotal assessment. But I feel it keeps the shoulder impingement under control with the constant signalling. Just gotta keep up the collagen and glycine I think.

I heard some people like to do a single dose at night though, and I've given it a try, and would say it helps overnight with acute problems that might spring up on a workout day.

But BPC is one of those peps that need to be consistently dosed either way to get the best out of it.

I LOVE me some pre workout @Raptor Labs inj. Superdrol. Usually 6mg will get me there but if I'm feeling like a big sesh is on the cards then 10mg is that sweet spot and also my comfortably tolerable max. I feel theres a point of diminishing returns (for me personally) past that point. Love that shit so much. 😆💙👌🏻

Couple protein snacks through the day and afternoon. Not ideal, but I was keen to fill the gaps.

Dinner was southern fried chicken schnitzel on baby salad leaf with westacre cottage cheese and a very high protein choc coco shake.

Laundry is on, Delly has been walked, her meal arranged for the morning and I'm showered ready for bed, with a packed gym bag waiting at the door. Meals are prepped for tomorrow. Steak and rice and chicken rice broccoli... I like this organisation lifestyle.

Blood sugars post dinner were amazing at 4.9, I'm very happy to see numbers coming back to this side of 5.

Shall I attribute this to Mots-C saturation?

Another day much like the last. Super hot weather and something rank wafting through the workshop 🤢

500mcg Mots-c
500mcg BPC157
50mg Test Prop
50mg NPP

Had the porterhouse steak with rice for smoko and same but with the protein yoghurt add on for lunch and some yakult for digestion.

Regular supps of digestive enzymes and liver support and CoQ10.

25mg proviron at smoko.


Couple protein snacks through the day and afternoon. Not ideal, but I was keen to fill the gaps.

Dinner was southern fried chicken schnitzel on baby salad leaf with westacre cottage cheese and a very high protein choc coco shake.

Laundry is on, Delly has been walked, her meal arranged for the morning and I'm showered ready for bed, with a packed gym bag waiting at the door. Meals are prepped for tomorrow. Steak and rice and chicken rice broccoli... I like this organisation lifestyle.

Blood sugars post dinner were amazing at 4.9, I'm very happy to see numbers coming back to this side of 5.

Shall I attribute this to Mots-C saturation?

Usually 6mg will get me there but if I'm feeling like a big sesh is on the cards then 10mg is that sweet spot and also my comfortably tolerable max. I feel theres a point of diminishing returns (for me personally) past that point. Love that shit so much. 😆💙👌🏻

You know... I actually don't accurately measure 6mg at all! 🙄 might have remembered my low dose wrong because its been a while 🤷‍♂️😆🤦🏻‍♂️
It's more like 5-7.5mg but I've been on the 10mg bandwagon these days.
Here's how I would dose 6mg (like I did this morning) I don't use slin pins for oils, so I miss out on the zero stop feature and have to estimate an air bubble to push the full dose through the tip.
This would be closer to 6mg on 25mg/ml superdrol. But if you dont get the air bubble to push the remainder you'll likely have a mg left in the tip, and receive 5mg.

It's going to be a great article the kid is a whiz! I offer zero spoilers and will leave it to @Shakey to unveil his masterpiece. All I'll say is you won't believe how much gets lost over the course of a 12-week cycle with improper needle tip selection and certain plunger stoppers, like really you may not believe it but his math is sound. Coming soon....

Luckily Mel was there today and she's a physio. She spent some time with me and showed me how to treat the shoulder with banded tension and it gave a fair whack of relief. God bless u Mel 🙏🏻💙

Sleep was trash last night. Started off good and then some spam number rang my telegram at 11:30 and completely threw everything off. I got up, had a slash and pumped some more glycine
Then another rando number rings my mobile at 12:09.direct 😡🤬😡🤬😡 Thats it, now I have to mute all phone notifications. I might've got back to sleep about 2am? It was filthy hot in the room and I was sweating it out.🥵 I set Delta up in the lounge under the airco and went back to bed under the fans to get up at 330am.

I wanted to get as much protein in as possible today. Stinker of a day in the workshop again and my feet were really giving me a working over.
I think I hit a wall about 1:30pm hey. I'm pretty damn sure I shoulda drank more water. BG tests weren't ideal at about 5.2-6 through the day.

Plenty of food today, just not ideal food and macros, a bit too fatty in the end... I don't feel bloated or over fed though while typing this.

Protein bars and coffee in the morning, some steak and rice for smoko, chicken rice and an extra large serve of broccoli and a protein yoghurt for lunch.

Dinner was large after stopping at Aldi. Buffalo chicken bites, pork belly and 120gm protein shake in choc coco.
Don't shop hungry people... It was chaos amd expensive ontop of regular meal prep items.

Cheeky, tiny little low cal ice cream shared with Delly for desert. Like, I mean they're tiny tiny...

I'm in bed clothes so no walkies after dinner but I did 40 squats to standing movements with 16kg in each hand to do some form of post feed workout.

I was listening to a very interesting episode of Big Pauls.anabolic Bodybuilding Q&A today about GH and BG management. Has me considering E.O.D dosing at the higher dose to manage BG, and combat potential insulin resistence, given IGF1 stimulus is over a 48-72 hour period. Food for thought anyhow.

I think theres plenty to be said for getting sleep hygiene under control and dropping cortisol thru the day when it comes to optimising insulin sensitivity.
