Bros, that is a cool looking guitar in the background. I hope that you know how to play it good. What kind of songs do you like to play on it? Maybe some Elvis. @Wheels85

Bro you look great and you have amazing arms those biceps are well built! I like the scruffy unshaven look on you too! The pink guitar is something only an alpha male like you could pull off too well done with the zero fucks pink guitar I love it!

My bad. I forgot to add the GH. Thank you very much again @UGL OZ
I meant to say this was a well laid out touchdown pic, I can tell you took care with the positioning, looked great!

Hope you're ready because I'm about to send for 50,000 questions to your inbox, haha. Bed first. Nearly 3am here.
Keep them coming... we were on a DM streak for a while there!

Cheers to @HarleyGuy for the help with mixing and pinning instructions. Had a smallish workout today.
How are the peptides going anyway and the wrist?

A little bit of size to get back what I lost, but it shouldn't take too long.
It's there bro, muscle memory and dedication with that great volume! You're back to doing dips in your chair like I mentioned last year (on the podcast) and it inspired me... amazing!

Hey all. Been a busy week. Did a workout Saturday and today. All my lifts are back to 80-100% pre-injury, bar hammer curl on my right arm, which I haven't done yet. I still feel the wrist, but it's background noise now. Had a chat with the coach and upped my test to 200mg per week. I'll sit around this for 4-6 weeks til I'm 100% healed up, then start the bulk. I'm going to do a whole body sesh 2x per week during this time and focus on smashing cardio on the bike 1-2hrs a day so by the time the bulk comes, I'm at good weight.

That's awesome to hear regarding the injury mate!

Looks like you're back at it big time with these two sessions. Looking good exercise wise.

That'll be awesome to be able to get out there on the bike!

happy to see you back with the EVO family pumping again :D @Wheels85 we missed you!

You look good, big arms, pumping hard and love the volume again!

you dialing in the macros?

Monday, I'll start counting calories again. I've probably put back on what I lost, not being active with my wrist injury, and my diet was a little messy for a week or 2. It'll come off quickly when I start the cardio tomorrow.

That's my daughter's guitar. I'm trying to teach her, but she's more into piano which is cool with me. I can't really play anymore cause my spinal cord injury effects my hands. I can only make powerchord shapes with my fingers now and a few chords.

@Wheels85 great job on the bicep and the shoulder. Can definitely tell they're extremely big. You got some good size on your frame. Keep it up.

Would definitely be cool to see where things are looking on the food front. Make sure you post that up. @Wheels85

Diets the same, more or less. Still hitting protein goals and eating clean. Just not in a deficit.

What axe you got brother? 🎸

Waiting on my protein powder to be delivered, and I was too full from eating a lot yesterday, so protein is about 20g less than what I usually hit. No handcycling today. Need to get a special attachment for my tyre pump. The valves you guys use in the US must be different because it doesn't fit my pump

Thats solid man, but from what I have seen the dumbell rack wont be the end - the home gym build is never complete haha

Think I might be pushing a bit hard because wrist pain is starting to flare up. Going to take the rest of the week off and deload next week.

Sweet purchase @Wheels85

Looks awesome! You looking just for a dumbbell rack or a dumbbell set too?

Is that a specialty functional trainer of some kind? I noticed the weight stacks kinda are hovering in thebpictur.

That sucks about the wrist. Hopefully a bit of rest will get it sorted and that it doesn't affect your bike riding.

So, my wrist has returned. Not as bad as it was at its worst, but bad enough that I've had to wind training right back, and it hurts pushing my chair. Which brings me to my main point: I'm burnt out on logging, guys. I'm going to take a break until I'm completely healed up. I'm not sure when that will be, but it is what it is. I've appreciated the support of the community; it's been awesome. Massive shoutout to UGL for their support and Harley Guy, who I've annoyed with a million questions, no doubt. No giving up, or anything like that. Training will always be a part of my life. I'm just burnt out on logging. If I'm not training, I have no desire to log food updates daily, and I just want to go back to training without logging and keeping it simple for a few months. When my body's right, and I can start my bulk, I'll be back. I'll still be around, checking in on logs. Thanks again for all the support legends!

Sorry to hear about the wrist mate. I can't remember, when you saw the doctor about it, did they do a scan? I still think it would be worth getting some soft tissue work on the forearm muscles.

Hey, guys. I'll still be logging for 1 more month. I found what was triggering my wrist, it was dips. Back to benching with no issue. Been doing an hour a day on my handcycle on an indoor trainer for now. Need to get a break fixed on it, and the seating position is a bit low so I need to buy a piece of equipment to fix it, then I'll take it down the lake. Diet has been clean as usual, still hitting protein goals, and now back to eating 1400 calories or less. Test has been at 150mg per week since January. Since coming down from 350mg and even with my wrist injury really putting a major stop to my training, I'm not far off the weight I was lifting on double the test and 40mg of Var, so pretty happy with that. The multi-functional trainer arrives tomorrow. So, hopefully this wrist keeps healing, and I keep losing weight, so I am ready for the bulk come winter. Keen to start lifting heavy again. Hope everyone is doing well

so pretty happy with that.
Brother!! You just made my night! I know with your spinal injury you both need way less calories and feel best on that low of cals and now that you're logging again I know that means you're in a good place mentally and physically. I'm pumped you're still strong and your cardio is top notch bro! I'm pumped for you brother let's do this. Fall down seven times, stand up eight brother!

Hey, all. As some of you may know, I started a weight loss/recomp journey about 6 weeks back. I have had the very fortunate opportunity to be sponsored by @UGL OZ and coached by @Gains Man. My stack going forward will be 250mg of Test E per week, Reta, Winstrol during the last 4 weeks, along with some Aromasin to manage E2 levels. Thank you again to @UGL OZ @Gains Man I plan on leaving nothing on the table and making the most of this opportunity. Let's get it!
Hello! I have used purity source labs for years and their site is now down. I'm looking for any advice on where to turn to order weight loss drugs. Im.almosr out and super worried where I can get them. Thank you!!

Hope everyone is doing well
@Wheels85 Yes, man, that's good that you found that. Dips also trigger my shoulders really bad. As much as they're a great lift, they're just not necessary. And you can definitely work around that.

Hey, guys. I'll still be logging for 1 more month. I found what was triggering my wrist, it was dips. Back to benching with no issue. Bros, if something bothering you when you lifting, then definitely listen to your body and stay away. I've had to give up heavy back squats because my knees hurt when I do them. @Wheels85

@Wheels85 I think losing more weight will definitely help with your mental and physical
I think that a lot of people who get multiple injuries has to do with being a little overweight, so that will definitely help everything. It'll bring down inflammation at worst

The Evo family really misses you when you're not posting. You are a good dude. I'm glad that things are looking up for you. Hopefully your wrist feels a lot better. Let us know if you end up doing a follow-up with the doctor and what they say on progression. @Wheels85
