Being on 175mg test per week for 5 weeks now numbers are definitely dropping off compared to on cycle but overall feeling good and healthy

(Went too deep on the hack squat and felt my lower back crumble and push out forwards on me, got the weight up . Fell to the floor slowly and laid down for 10 min

Still very sore. Mobility is very limited.

Had some dry needling yesterday and a follow up appointment Friday

Assess situation and look to see if men’s physique 2027 season c is a realistic option
Biggest fear jumping into it too early or under done and on stage next to someone like @Dumptruck who is only about to compete first time in few weeks.

At 100kg 6ft2
Approx 12% bf

Goal is that I am in planning out a meal prep that will be approx

250gm protein
500-550gm carbs
100gm fat

Planning on eating same thing every day boring as fuck but with boys like @Allupfromhere doing it and making huge progress I need to suck it up.

I am not wanting to run Tren.

I’m thinking either
test/npp. Dbol or Tbol oral
Dbol preworkout - Tbol is pointless for that given half life so more a stable background player.
Concerns - controlling my E2 and prolactin
And libido with DHN being elevated and DHT being low . Maybe add Proviron?

Or
Test / Eq. -tbol
Concerns - not many I know roughly my ratio for effective e2 control .

Or
Test /eq. Small amount of deca -
Concerns - too many injectables compounds too much mg load, not too many other than that


Want to try NPP and want more mass but I am more of a test dummy on ratios etc as haven’t ran it before.

Haven’t used HGH before , but hoping to add that in moving forward

No educated / informed advice but will be interested in what everyone says.

I'm looking at Test + EQ + NPP. Test + EQ seemed to go ok for my first cycle which was a recomp (ended up being more a mild cut). Keen to put on some now so hence the NPP. Not sure on doses yet. Maybe 300-350 test, 200-250 EQ and same for NPP.

My suggestion would not be no orals bro! Test, eq and npp. High/moderate amount of Test, enough eq to negate any sides and keep nandrolone around 200-300mg. Definitely add in some @Raptor Labs HGH and daily pins for stable levels

Those doses prob keep me in good range and deca at that dose controllable prolactin with P5P supplement.

Maybe HGH needs to come into play soon

Yeah issue is me on hack squat losing concentration crossed with pushing a rep I shouldn’t have 3rd set last rep

Hips moved forward and the 160kg weight transferred off my legs to lower back.

No disc damage but whole back muscles went into protection mode and seized up all the muscles across my lower back. Some dry needling has been done and peptides. It’s getting better but still hurts to put socks

Test as base, eq as e2 lever and npp as your driver. Get e2 in range to maximise protection and igf1 production along for your gh. Leave all orals untill the end of a cut if and when you really need it.
