I agree to this. But these are bloods doctor ordered . I will do my own bloods in 6 weeks.

I trained because mentally I couldn’t miss another day of training. Only had 2 x sessions in qld on holiday. 1 x when I got back then got sick .

Haha I actually take very little . I will not do 3cc of it .
Last cycle was 175mg per week
My user name is because I created a user name at midnight one night with no intention of being anything but a lurker and using for sources. Then my user name request was blocked and was asked to have a different one. Original was gearhead3cc. And yes gearhead inboxed me and said I need to change it. Well it was 1230am by memory and I replied back straight away and said change it to trenhead3cc.
 
Got blood test but thought it was just lipids but on day nurse said was full panel - Dr gunna be like why your test 1200 lol. As on 210 week sport trt. 😬 . as also got ecg . And getting 24 hour blood pressure monitor next week when one is free.

Got death from heart failure in fam so it’s precautionary testing along with fact my blood pressure is naturally a bit elevated . Might be prescribed some telm which will be good

Solid session :) sometimes it’s nice to drop weight and focus on low-cadence to get more time under tension. Being able to get the same or more stimulus from less load being moved I think is a good thing

I want to run mt2 regularly but damn it flsuhes me and makes me feel nauseous even going as low as 200mcg. Any tips to combat this or i just need to harden the fuck up?

I take 333mcg EOD at the moment as already at desired tan at the moment
If I take in the morning yeah I get nauseous

What times can you go when it's not full?
The gym I go to is the gym of choice , members are growing after upgrades. Plenty of machines normally and I can get on what I want still just one of those days. With my schedule, young kids and work I can only commit to 530-6am start daily. No other option for me that is consistant

That's a good strategy. When I used to use it, I found if I went to sleep and closed my eyes, I wouldn't be bothered by the side effect. It's when you're awake and walking around where you get kinda dizzy. @Trenhead3cc

Have been with Raptor for over 12 months and couldn’t be happier with where I am and there continued support , not just in PEDs but outside of that in the PM helping me out with support with little things that life throws at you. ❤️

Bloods - got my blood work back 4 weeks after a 210mg of each per week test p , tren A , mast P cycle

Key notes -
My AST was only value out of range with a 44. Nothing to crazy and no real issue .
My Cholesterol HDL and LDL were in range and best they have been in ages!

Currently reduced to 175mg per week Test from 210mg per week.
And just started 3 x days ago
Mk677 - 20mg a day before bed.
I have been cycling this on and off. This will be my 3rd time using it. I quite enjoy the fullness , deep rem sleep and vivid dreams (most nights)

I was surprised my blood work was this good after a cycle so quickly. I did use all supporting supplements while on cycle
Too many to mention

I used an all in 1 cycle support which has some key hitters in there
Berberine
Coq10
TUDCA
Citrus bergamot
Etc etc .

Also take
Fish oils,
Zinc - ( great to help with the tren odour, and also while taking GHK-cu )
Taurine
Magnesium
P5P. ( a must if taking a nandrolone, helps with prolactin)
Lions mane
Moringa

The temptation to jump back into a cycle is there given the blood work, but being a bit more mature about this and giving the body a better break, also resetting some androgen receptor sensitivity. So when I do go back on I expect better results.
Even the temptation is there to increase to 250 test , 100 eq.(but I won’t)

Still taking
mT2 - 333mcg EOD
Reta 1mg per week
ghk-cu - 2.5mg EOD

May increase Reta and GHk slightly .
May back off mT2 as I do have desired tan.

Preworkout meal tonight - Friday night Thai
Some beef Pad Me ( or something like that) there’s more rice in there buried.

Note - I went into the drs and wanted them to run them along with a precautionary test requesting ECG and blood pressure 24hour monitor. I did this as both my male grandparents have died from heart failure. In Their 50s and 60s. My dad still alive in his 60s

ECG came back no concerns. 24 hour blood pressure monitor had me at 127/77
Which I know I need to drink more water and up some cardio into my plan.

I thought I was getting testosterone and E2 as a full panel but unfortunately not. However being on 175mg test now. It’s not completely necessary as I have been using raptor test for ages and I know it’s legit. And where that dose will sit me

Note - the Charles’s glass front delt raises are fire is anyone hasn’t tried it before

I admit, I'm guilty of packing workout attire and once at the hotel on occasion I never hit the gym. This was dedication!

Update - on the last set and rep of hack squats my hips pushed forward and the weight transferred to my back.
I went into see specialised physio / chiro.
Muscle spasm . Had some dry needling but currently am struggling to move. The goat @Raptor Labs put in express post for me some Bpc and tb500 to get me on the mend asap
Can’t appreciate him enough.
