Scale weight this morning is 224 slowly coming down. Glad to be able to see a small amount of the serratus anterior. Don't know how you guys can take good back pictures. But im pleased with the progress on it.

Off to do shoulders and arms today.

Hit the rear delts on the pec deck. I liked it going to try it a few more sessions. Might prefer face pulls to it though.

Steak looks perfectly cooked!
Squats 5 reps at 290 then backed off to 225 for some volume. Leg press was tied up so didnt get to do it today. Rest day tomorrow. So just some walking and core work.

I could only imagine delt with them growing up in Texas along with chiggers (red bugs) and all kinds of little crap to eat you up.

Do yall have to deal with fire ants their? Those things are horrible. Almost wiped out the horny toads and tarantulas in west tx. Small quail birds too. Anything that nests on the ground.

Not on this side of the country, no doubt they will make it here at some point.
Heaps of flys, and mosquitos . Mozzies are probably the worst just because of the viruses they carry. Things like Ross River virus can really knock you about. I imagine there is a fair few mozzies in florida

They have a massive program and are trying to stop them spreading where I am (Southeast Queensland on the eastern side of Aus). Pretty much looks like a losing battle.
 
This was my 1st cycle when I got out of the Marines when I was 26.

I went from 165lbs to 188lbs in what felt like overnight. I was super happy with the results and then the time of running it came to an end around 12-13 weeks. I had no idea what I was doing as far as PCT and I ended up shrinking down to 175lbs.

Lesson learned to say the least. LOL!!
 
Scale weight this morning is 222lbs. Its been anywhere from 220 to 225 throughout the week.

Short leg workout new squat pr 295 for 5 then dropped the weight to 225. Probably stay at this weight 2-3 weeks before trying 300 for 5 reps.

Rest day so just some cardio, 6 mile walk with the wife. Tomorrow will also be a rest day since I'll be traveling back to work.

Started taking 25mg proviron the other day. Definitely liking it. Probably will have this in all cycles from now on.
I take this ED 24/7 now... probably for life, on or off cycle. They are happy little horny pills all in one.

Incline press i did 265 for 3 reps, 245 for 4 reps, 225 for 6 reps, 205 for 10 reps. Wanted to do a few more exercises but ran out of time before work.

Dumbbell flies are strong too, nice chest destruction today!

Dips, pullups and pushups are some of my faves too; bodyweight stuff is super military style I love it. Seated row too is heavy.

I'm starting to mix in more dumbell bench work. Id really like to shape up my chest. Is that what most everyone thinks would be better bodybuilding wise? Ive always been a barbell person being more strength oriented, but id really like some better shaping now.

Or should I just stay the course and let the diet bring the shape in?

I would do more bench press and dips for chest those are the best, with deep flies :D @floridaman1984

I would mix in all of the above and keep things fun.

dumbbells can be really good but a lot of times it can put a lot of pressure on your shoulders more than your chest.

I prefer flat bench myself but you can always try different things and see how it works.

Yeah ive been mostly incline bench pressing the last few months. Flat bench was aggravating my right shoulder, but ive tried it 2 times recently and it didn't. So I might just go back to flat benching again now. Or do both flat and incline. With dips and flys. It'll cone along eventually like I want I hope. I know its a genetics thing too.

For heavy go bench press.

For higher reps go dumbbell press with a deep stretch and dips too for higher reps. Don't straighten your arms at the top of the dumbbell press either. For dips keep your legs bent and not straight.

Let the bench be your heavy load with up to 12 reps and the dumbbell press/dips be the finishing touches with up to 20-25 reps for a huge pump.

That's interesting that flat was aggravating your shoulder. Maybe try a different grip. And don't go so heavy.
 
Yes sir. Seated barbell press. I alternate between it and standing overhead press
overheads go way lighter it will cause an injury too much weight
 
Ok. Ill lighten it up and add volume. Just always trying to progressively get stronger. Ill find a weight i can do 10 reps with. Until I can increase that to 12 reps.
The overheads never go heard those are the places where you pop the shoulder and you done
