I was just surprised someone as large as yourself would see any kind of benefits from such a low dose is all. I know it's very popular these days to run really low dose Tren. Especially after Vigorous Steve posted that deep dive video about 6 months back.

Usually you see big IFBB guys running doses like 20mg ED late into a show prep.

We're all different and as you know dosing is always very personal. There's no standard dosing for anyone, unless you run a TRT clinic lol

Rest day today, woke up fucking tireddddd but decided that id rather be a winner than a loser who decided to stay in bed LOL

After meal 4 is my wind down time where i try to just chill and relax for the day, usually falling asleep at this point lmao

As i know right now i cant afford to bury myself with fatigue, i do wish my ankle was so messed up atm, overuse from stairmaster unfortunately





Client work boxed off for the day at around 2pm which leaves the arvo to chill



Few errands got done today also, groceries, jb hifi to get warranty organised on my headphones (an ear bud blew out)

Need to visit the gym still this arvo as i need to see about getting a filming pass

I'm just saying with your potential and your pro level, and how lean you are easy to get injured close to the show. I would lighten the load a bit if you can by 50% :D but up to you.

No that would be silly to lighten the load

This close to a show muscle retention is very important, and muscle retention is done by maintaining gym performance, reducing load by 50% would be ridiculous this far out

The better approach is to keep a rep or two in the tank but keep tension/load high

So in short id be careful what advice you give bro

Plan today was train, client work and relax! At 29 days out im just trying to stay as fresh as possible, this will allow my body to keep a "fresh" look and remain full leading into comp day! Tommorow being exactly 4 weeks out its time to make final adjustments



As you saw adex has been implemented at a small dose now just to bring e2 down a fraction as this will sharpen me up a touch



Anavar from @Raptor had also been added and soon winstrol will go in also at 50mg per day, i prefer to hit winny hard for shorter lengths of time so ill save that for 3 weeks out and titrate it up





Body is looking fucking full and hard so so need to do anything crazy, im a big advocate of small changes leading into a show, big changes just fuk your prep up
