Shocking amount of weight you can move you make me feel piss weak.This makes sense.
First week on the NPP and I can already tell it’s doing something. Strength has noticeably jumped, hit 180 kg for 8 reps on bench, which felt smoother and more controlled than usual. There’s a clear increase in drive and aggression in the gym, and recovery between sets feels quicker too.
I’d definitely recommend it and If you’re grabbing anything say “ohdamn referred you”
