After almost a whole week of gastro I finally felt well enough to hit my fasted cardio .

50mins cycling I'm happy with that even tho I needed one break because gastro is still around fuck I've missed these nasty leg pumps

I am going to try and make sure I also hit legs today but that's all gut dependant

I have not been much this week due to a very bad case of gastro but the 2 time I did make it to hit weights I matched my weights just couldn't get there on the reps. Normally I would be mad but with recovering I'm actually still so happy can't be abt my self up about it.

This weeks been rough as you can imagine, this is the longest I've gone with out hitting weights. So I've honestly been down. Good news is I think I'm all better at the time of posting this so that's a benifit.



How are things at home.. 🏡



Honestly has been a very rough week. Things have not been great everything household related has fallen to shit while I've been sick.

Dude, it's been rough as fuck but if I pushed through this week and made myself train I would not be healed, it was the right call.



Not yet but at the rate of growth we are experiencing with in SCL. I may end up stepping out of the loggers roll with in the group and taking up a position as SCL REP. Obviously the boss has to clear that with Eddie because I want to continue logging even if it's not as a "logger" but it's almost at the point we we need the extra set of hands to help keep everything moving forwards and everyone posting 🫶.

100% agree, when we were younger we could throw ourselves around and you’d still recover just fine, but now we’re a couple of older boys you actually need to stop for a minute and focus on that recovery! You did the right thing, one step back two steps forward bro!

The man is definitely growing quicker than he even expected, he’s lucky he has a good group backing him up! Proud to be apart of such an active team @Southern Cross Labs

Obviously blood work dependant but I'm going to do everything I can to keep blood work as perfect as I can over the whole cycle.

I know there is only so much I can do but I'll do everything in my power 💪🫶👊

It's a hell of a drug, it fucks everything up so much bro, between my rec drugs and alcohol abuse that's why I was "enhanced" before I ever stood foot in a gym meaning natural comps were out the window just because of prescribed trt, after learning that and getting the true itch a year ago I went fuck it and wouldn't change a thing, I would have done things differently if I could go back (like stock up on mast while it was readily available 😂) but that's why I'm pushing and will do what it takes to hit my dreams no matter what.

I feel we are very similar from our intersctions

Shaker 1 aprox 700ml
1 serve hydration/eaas
2g taurine
1g l-tyrosine
9g creatine
5g L-glutamine

Shaker 2 aprox 700ml
Splash of diet rite

Shaker 3 aprox 700ml
1 serve hydration/eaas
Splash of diet rite


In relation to being rested and well recovered the day prior is always a full rest day. I aim for a little extra sleep that day as well.

Pin wise I'm aprox 24hrs post last test pin


But yeah that is the plan.

Go do this in just over 2 hrs
Do some shopping
Come home eat
Go train might hit upper because I skipped that yesterday but it will mean one lower day this week. Hmmmm I'm going to spend a little time this morning going over my meal plan and making it rely less on powders as it was only meant to be get me out of trouble post gastro this plan.

I hope that Your blood test ran smoothly.
I'm curious about your hydration protocol.
Is this similar to what you would be doing everyday on the daily?
I do something similar myself but I tend to drink more water than usual before my blood test instead.
I know by doing this that my blood markers for Hematocrit might be improved & also it is easier to get blood while well hydrated.
I tend to think of this as kind of cheating at my own test however 😅 as because in doing this it might give an inaccurate indication of my Hematocrit compared to my usual everyday levels which is actually exactly what I would want to see so that appropriate adjustments could be made, otherwise they wouldn't be made & this could of course alter health outcomes in the future.

If this is similar in your case as to what you normally wouldn't be doing for hydration on the day to day then it would also not give an accurate assessment of your Hematocrit & Electrolyte levels.

Also why 9g of Creatine before bloodwork?

By doing this you will most likely falsely affect your results for kidney function. Creatine supplements are broken down into Creatinine which is a waste product that your kidneys filter.

High levels of Creatinine are used by Doctors as a marker for detecting Kidney disease & malfunction.

Taking 9g of Creatine will most likely significantly increase your Creatinine levels which could make you look like you have kidney disease or that your kidneys are impaired.

I'm a bit confused by your wording with the Hgh.
Did you mean that you pinned your last shot of Hgh IM 24hrs ago to test if @Unitedau Hgh is of high potency?

Or are you testing your Igf1 levels for an indication of your body's own natural production of Hgh?

Not sure if in a little plateau or if I'm still recovering from gastro every lift was matched this week compared to the week before, cardio's been lower then I wanted it but I'm prioritising recovery a bit more as I had been sick all the week before.

Things have been a bit better this week, some how I'm much more snappy when I'm on a cruise which is weird, on cycle I'm very very chilled but this week I've had no patients for anything.

Shits been rather fucked . The other half is still away, her nans been here looking after the boys and they have been trashing the house leaving me responsible for cleaning when I should be resting and recovering.
