Thanks bro, personally feel I'm getting to much fat accumulating, definition has declined. In saying that skipped gh injections last few nights as carpel tunnel was playing up and noticed looking a bit tighter this morning.

Thats the peak dose for this bulk, bloods on monday so if all good will continue on , maybe another bump in food. Mentally im over it, in to 13 weeks now

I feel you bro. The eating becomes a chore right. Always worried about missing meals. If you get behind a bit in a day you just gotta force feed yourself lol. I can't count the number of times I've eating a full meal just over an hour after the previous one

DSIP is great def get deeper sleep, im getting great quality sleep but its short , but hard to judge anything this deep into a cycle, so wired sleep is just shit. Back cruising im sure sleep quantity will increase

No rationing yet, government has asking us to self ration. Still gas/ulp around , diesel is in very short supply. Good news is its seeding season and apparently lots of diesel and urea has made it to the farmers. Mining industry is really feeling the pinch , already a fair few layoffs. Interesting month ahead

My bloods show low Thyroid levels which is most often the case when people take Hgh & Aas in Supraphysiological doses that we need for Bodybuilding.
Hgh & Aas both lower Thyroid production.
Hgh also raises prolactin levels.
Taking T3 is a good way to directly lower prolactin levels.
It's a better option than taking Caber as it can be bad for the heart.
The goal of taking T3 is to raise Thyroid back up to high normal or slightly above.
Doing this will optimise your metabolic rate, increase the rate at which food can be processed by the body speeding up Anabolism, muscle growth & fat loss.
Having an optimal Thyroid level is also necessary for satellite cell activity.
It is a good idea to maximise all available pathways while on a cycle because this is more effective than only maximising the most common ones Testosterone (Aas) & Hgh.
Insulin is the most Anabolic hormone in the body, more so than Hgh, Igf1 & Testosterone. So be not taking Insulin we miss out on the most Anabolic option available to us. We also need to optimise Thyroid as all of these hormones work together in synergy.
It is a good idea to take both T3 & T4 together as this is considered to be optimal & less harsh on the body than taking T3 alone & that's why it's commonly prescribed by compounding pharmacist in this manner

Thanks fellas , conditioning is getting pretty sloppy now , it's to be expected putting on 10kgs.

Lot of other things add to it as well, clothes dont fit , i have 1 good top 1 work top and a pair of shorts ,thats it lol. And things like running around with the kids playing tag is so much weight to throw around. Bloody chaffing inbetween the legs 🤣🤣🤣

I was just talking to @HarleyGuy about this very problem! My work shirts are getting tight in the arms so I gotta move up a size soon, but the next size is way too big in the waist and looks sloppy as fuck. So I will have to get them tapered by a tailor.

The only cloths that fit me properly out of the store seems to be lululemon, so thats my go to wardrobe when I feel like spending the money. Thank god there is an outlet near me where I can get decent scores.

How come the bulk is coming to an end already? Your bloodwork looked so good, thought you were gonna keep pushing. Guess we basically tied in the end haha

Looking great in the photos. You stayed pretty lean considering how much weight you added. Looks like all your weight just went evenly across your entire body which is pretty awesome if it always goes that way for you

Nah as in that was the week completed, i can see how it can be read wrong now @BeMe we are still going with the bulk , , coach is more then happy up 10kg at this stage and he thinks we have at least 2 more kgs to go, but could be more

Yeah im wearing gym gear more and more because it fits , and i dont want to buy bigger clothes just to then cut in a few weeks.
