Terrific job on this training and terrific job listening to your Peds. I like how you're throwing in the HGH and Ret, and I like the GHK as well. I'm seeing more and more people using GHK. It's a good one. @Stans
 
LCMS E2 reading come back in, sitting at 142 pmol/L. The standard E2 was 210.
Pretty happy with those results, not to high, not to low, and also a good range it seems for Igf-1 conversion, as per those results I received.

So just to re-evaluate, those readings were were from 350 test & 75mg Equipose.
I still wouldn’t mind seeing the E2 sit up around 200, so I have a little bit of play to add more test, I was upping the total AAS load anyway.

Too scared to weight myself for a few days, a lot of chocolate went MIA over the weekend 🤣
Training has, as always, been consistent though.
I am really getting it tight at the minute with lower back pumps, I had to adjust my leg day on Saturday because of it, and then training upper last night it was even worse.

Anyway, let’s get diet back on track now for the week ahead. Here’s how it is looking now I’m around 10 weeks in.

On a side note, think I’m starting to feel the EQ now, endurance and strength are on the rise, and I’m feeling super full. I plan to stay at this dose now until the end of May, and will then see how bloods are looking and make a call on the cycle at that stage.

So 350T 75Eq is now-
450T 90Eq
So similar ratio is what I am trying to do 🫡

Couple of things to note during this workout. RDLs I have been feeling a lot of lower back at 113kg, and the aim here is to work my hammies/glutes and not ruin my back 😂
So I decided to drop the weight a lo and behold, I felt my hammies a lot more instantly. Sometimes when your bulking you get caught up with upping the weight all the time and neglect your form, so I’m having a bit of a reset on this exercise moving forwards.

The seated leg curls, and even kneeling curls, I’m a lot stronger on than 3 months ago, which is a positive. I’ve been making sure to add this day in, where the hamstrings and glutes are prioritised over quads, as they are lagging behind a touch.

I also wanted to touch on some improvements I’ve made in my skin care over the last few months, no doubt helped by the Ghk cu provided by @War Born Peptides
My skin on my shoulders/back is noticeably clearer and feels rejuvenated, which is awesome as for many months prior I was struggling with bacne. I’m now confident again to be wearing singlets and being shirtless around others. Just in time…..for winter 😢

I have fixed up a few different things but the Ghk has been a standout for skin repair. Also to add, my beard is growing a lot thicker than it ever has. If this carries on I might have to request a personal groomer added to my logger pack 😂

Added a few products lately and a few more coming in the next few days but the War Born Personal Groomer has somehow skipped the list 😂😂😂

Legs have been feeling strong, really pleased with the effort on the hack squats. This workout I made the hacks the primary compound movement, so the smith machine the weight is dropped for this workout.

I really need to weigh myself now, I’m getting so many comments that I’m looking a lot bigger. A few accusations being thrown around 🤣

I’ve been hitting 105kg on incline bench, been so happy with that. Bit backed off that exercise this morning just to give me left shoulder a bit of a break, and to instead prioritise some heavier rows.

Haven’t been able to get in the gym since the weekend, been feeling under the weather, so I’m going to pretty much a full week of training and reset. Kind of feels like a mild case of gastro 😢
Little annoying but it is what it is, looking forward to some down time! Hopefully I’m on the mend now for the trip.

Nice break away from reality almost over! Been good to explore and relax for a few days. No training and the diet has been out the window 🤣 But sometimes a reset is needed!

Moving into next week, there is an exciting update to share! I should get my hands on some @War Born Peptides Test E, as the legends have added it to the inventory!
So I’ll be running War Born peptides, and now oils too.

Nice break away from reality almost over! Been good to explore and relax for a few days. No training and the diet has been out the window 🤣 But sometimes a reset is needed!

Moving into next week, there is an exciting update to share! I should get my hands on some @War Born Peptides Test E, as the legends have added it to the inventory!
So I’ll be running War Born peptides, and now oils too.

A nice shoulder and arm pump was obtained here! Pretty happy with the progress on the over head press, a new PB I think. Usually like to do these skull crushers on the smith, had to make do with a free weight straight bar instead. Still a nice movement.

Attached a couple of physique shots. Weight is sitting around 85-86kgs. A little bit of winter fluff has been added 🤣
Nothing an 8-12 week cut won’t fix later in the year. Overall pretty happy, looking and feeling strong. I’ll continue this bulk for another 4 weeks and reassess.

Reta is also a staple for me now. I’m running around 1.5-2mg weekly at the moment, decided to grab some of the 20’s in plan for a spring cut! 🤣

Onto the training, a little bit of fatigue was setting in so there was only 12 working sets I managed. Which to be honest I’m still happy with.
I’ve been off work this week until today, so it’s just been a lot of walking the dog and then training during the day time.
I was planning on training tonight (Thursday), it is probably my favourite day to train recently, just because it’s the last session for the working weekdays and it’s usually quiet around 7-8pm.
But today I have been super fatigued, and I have trained for 4 consecutive days already. So as I was getting ready to head out, I decided to take a rest night instead 🤣🤣

I’ll be back in tomorrow for a little bit of cardio, and then hit some legs again on Saturday.
I’ll then hit an upper day on Sunday where the focus will be back and chest, with some shoulders thrown in somewhere.

Have added in taurine at 6g a day will see if that helps. Trying out the 36iu vials as of yesterday so will see how that goes.
