I’ll be running their Test E from now on too! Will be reporting back shortly on how it pins and feels. Vials and oil looks awesome have to say, can’t wait to run it.
Reta is also a staple for me now. I’m running around 1.5-2mg weekly at the moment, decided to grab some of the 20’s in plan for a spring cut!
Onto the training, a little bit of fatigue was setting in so there was only 12 working sets I managed. Which to be honest I’m still happy with.
I’ve been off work this week until today, so it’s just been a lot of walking the dog and then training during the day time.
I was planning on training tonight (Thursday), it is probably my favourite day to train recently, just because it’s the last session for the working weekdays and it’s usually quiet around 7-8pm.
But today I have been super fatigued, and I have trained for 4 consecutive days already. So as I was getting ready to head out, I decided to take a rest night instead

I’ll be back in tomorrow for a little bit of cardio, and then hit some legs again on Saturday.
I’ll then hit an upper day on Sunday where the focus will be back and chest, with some shoulders thrown in somewhere.
