Approved Log Sustanon Equipoise NPP HGH Peptides Cycle Log - Team Raptor Labs

To be honest, the hunger noise was never ever an issue for me. After being (for lack of a better word) a fat cunt for 32 years of my life, I’ve learned a bit of self control as my own brain won’t let me get back to that stage.
fair :D

Log Update (🐣Easter Sunday🐇)

Thought I’d finally get a sleep in today… nope. Body clock had other plans. Up at the usual time and couldn’t get back to sleep, so I figured I’d make the most of it.

Set up a full house Easter egg hunt for the Mrs and the kids, 73 eggs and bunnies of all sizes, colours, and shapes, all meticulously hidden throughout the house.

…and they found every single one in about 15 minutes. Absolute chaos 😂

To be fair, they had a blast. The rule was they had to bring everything back to “home base” as they found it. At the end, we spent a solid 5 minutes searching for #73 a medium-sized bunny. Convinced the dog had gotten to it.

Turns out the youngest had hidden it in her room playing silly buggers, causing full panic for no reason.

Mrs put together an unreal charcuterie board for lunch, and then the middle child (boy) and I got stuck into the lawns, hedges, and a bit of weeding. His idea too, which is wild.

Wrapped it all up with a brutal Quads & Abs session (with a cheeky bit of Bi’s) alongside the Mrs, because you’ve always gotta have your swolemate there for a proper session.

All in all, a solid day. 🙌🏼

Workout Review

Honestly, this one could’ve gone either way. Felt a bit crook after lunch, didn’t get much sleep last night, and a few hours out in the sun doing lawns and hedges definitely took it out of me.

But despite all that, the Mrs and I showed up and got it done.

We pushed each other hard and managed to hit PBs on pretty much every exercise. We’re running separate programs, but still spotting and driving each other where we could.

By the end of it, we both walked away feeling accomplished, one of those sessions that easily could’ve been skipped, but ended up being one of the best.

Kicking off the long weekend with four days off on a high is the perfect way to start. Definitely want to carry this momentum through the rest of the week.

Plenty to get stuck into around the house and with the car, so it’ll be a good mix of productivity and a bit of fun, with gym sessions sprinkled in between.

Log Update (It’s Been A While)

It’s been a little while since my last check-in. Both here and with my coach, and to say things have been hectic would be an understatement. Work has been full-on: seven-day weeks, no days off, and 14–15 hour days. It’s been an absolute grind.

Despite that, I’ve still managed to get in 3–4 sessions each week. Training has been consistent, nutrition has stayed on point, and I’ve been doing everything I can to hold the line. That said, fatigue is at an all-time high, and I can feel burnout creeping in.

I’m starting to recognise the need to set better boundaries and bring some balance back into things. It’s a tough one, there’s always more work to be done, and I know I tend to push myself hard, but it’s something that needs to be addressed.

I’ve got the next four days off, and I’m planning to use that time to properly reset, recover, and refocus. The goal is to come back sharper, more balanced, and ready to push forward again, just in a more sustainable way this time.

I’ve made a few adjustments recently based on how things have been feeling.

I’ve dropped the Reta, as food intake was becoming an issue, struggling to keep meals down, and digestion had slowed significantly, with bowel movements becoming less frequent. I’ve also dropped the Yohimbine & SLU to reset those.

I’ve also pulled the KLOW for the next two weeks to give my skin a bit of a reset.

HGH has been reduced to 2 IU before bed due to severe carpal tunnel symptoms. It got to the point where it was genuinely impacting day-to-day function, struggling to drive manual, grip a pen at work, and constant discomfort through the forearms.

Overall, just focusing on getting things back to a more manageable baseline before building back up again properly. Weight is up, but still feeling lean and vascular.

Workout Review

Too many sessions to break down individually for this one, but I’ll add some pump photos at the end.

I’ve stayed as consistent as possible in the gym, even on the tougher days, getting in there after 10pm and still being back up for work at 5:30–6am. Not ideal, but the work’s been getting done.

The next four days are dedicated to a proper deload and reset. The focus is on recovery, tightening up execution, and really dialling in that mind-muscle connection so everything is firing exactly how it should be.

Final Ramblings

I really need to start taking my own advice and putting myself first for once. Being pulled in every direction, every day, has meant I’ve fallen off the forums and chats, which is something I genuinely enjoy.

Keeping up with logs, checking in on threads, and learning from new info is something I value a lot, and right now I’m well behind. I’ll be making a conscious effort to get back on top of it and reconnect ASAP.

Sounds like a good time with the family for Easter!

Leg workout looks good too. Crazy weights on hack squats and leg press!

I went back and had a look at the start of the log. You seemed to make some really quick progress. Were you making back gains that you previously lost of something (saw the bit about the injury)?

Great updates bro and you weren't gone that long we knew you'd be back!

Absolutely sick hack squats to failure with some heavy weight, nice work!

With or without Reta I'd get the digestive aids really dialed in. Keep us posted when you restart the SLUPP, you're in the research thread bro.

Really glad you found this, that's bad for them. I love the updates on the family too that's one of the best parts of EVO!
Yeah the legs till failure stuff is always absolutely brutal. I’ve still been around, just hadn’t been updating due to severe lack of time and trying to prioritise family stuff.

Yeah I’ve been making sure to keep up on my digestive aids. I’m giving myself 2-3 weeks off the SLU and the I’ll bring it back in.
Thanks boss!
Nice update sounds like a fun Easter Sunday
Any particular reason for dropping slu ?
Looking good man
Following along
I dropped SLU and Yohimbine as I want to see what my body can do without it. Especially energy wise. They were absolutely fantastic for me and I’ve been running both of them for a few months now.

I’d like to give my body a 2-3 week break on it and see if I lose cardio, energy, etc.
My big jacked king 😍😍😍😍 always working hard my brother
Thanks brother, just trying to be half as big as you. 🙌🏼

I had a 10cm left distal bicep tear completely off the bone. 3 months off any form of upper body exercises. I’ve always been overly strong in my legs, but the damn things just won’t grow. 😭

Final Ramblings

Kicking off the long weekend with four days off on a high is the perfect way to start. Definitely want to carry this momentum through the rest of the week.

Plenty to get stuck into around the house and with the car, so it’ll be a good mix of productivity and a bit of fun, with gym sessions sprinkled in between.

Brother looking absolutely jacked 💪💪

Great consistency over Easter. Have done much better than most (including myself 😂)

Love the support and motivation with wife. Getting it done together is awesome! Living similar lifestyles make is mix easier to show up each day 🔥🔥

Log Update (Monday)

It was an absolute whirlwind of a week, barely had a moment to myself. My screen time averaged just 1.5 hours a day, which is honestly unheard of.

This week, though, we’ve hit the ground running with a brutal chest and shoulders session. I can really feel the dosage kicking in now, everything feels fuller, and the vascularity is noticeably increasing.

Workout Review

As always, Chest & Shoulders was attacked at maximum effort. It’s one of those sessions where I really push to put in as much work as possible, especially since I feel like my chest is still a weak point.

It’s probably all in my head, but at the end of the day, whatever drives you, right? 🤣

This session was absolutely fantastic, I really put in a tonne of effort from start to finish. Having my partner in tow made it even better; always a good vibe training alongside her.

There were also some serious pros in the gym, fresh off the stage, which was unreal to see. It definitely lit a fire and gave me that extra drive heading into next year’s competitions.

There were some genuinely epic wins that I’m proud of, but the day was also full of setbacks and challenges. That’s part of it though. We endure, adapt, and keep pushing forward.

Workout Review

I get it — it’s school holidays — but honestly, if I see another group of five kids camping on the machines I need, I’m about ready to take out a loan and build my own gym.

That was pretty much the vibe from the moment I walked in. The Mrs headed off to her posing class, and I was left to fend for myself. I asked a few people to work in, but either that’s frowned upon these days or my resting face isn’t doing me any favours.

Either way, it turned into a solid, thick back session. Had to improvise and use alternative machines, which my OCD wasn’t loving, but we made it work and still got the job done.

  • 75kg x 15
  • 120kg x 13 (FULL STACK FAILURE)
  • 120kg x 10 (FULL STACK FAILURE)

Cable Rear Delt Row (no Pec Dec free)
  • 12.5kg x 30
  • 17kg x 30
  • 22.5kg x 30
  • 27kg x 26 (FAILURE)

Chest Supported Wide Grip Row
  • 80kg x 15
  • 100kg x 15
  • 140kg x 13 (FAILURE)
  • 160 x 9 (FAILURE)

Pendlay Row (for shits and giggles)
  • 60kg x 30
  • 100kg x 15
  • 140kg x 14 (FAILURE)
  • 160kg x 11 (FAILURE)

Final Ramblings

I was honestly in disbelief at how packed the gym was. The Mrs gave me the nod that it was time to go, so I high-tailed it out of there without even grabbing a proper photo from the session.

It was genuinely chaotic, but still incredibly productive. The pump was unreal, and my back was insanely tight afterwards from it.

Log Update (Wednesday)

Finally had a much-needed RDO today, big wins all round.

Ran through a Hamstrings & Glutes session, trialling a new program I’ve been piecing together. Everything felt dialled in, and the session just flowed.

Got a solid ego boost from the Mrs and a few others in the gym, which always adds fuel to the fire. Biggest highlight though — hit my first RDL since August last year after tearing my bicep. That alone set the tone… knew straight away this session was going to be a banger.

Dialled things up again as well, bumped GH back to 4IU and brought KLOW back into the mix.

Workout Review

I’ve been absolutely loving these leg workouts lately, especially now that I can clearly see the growth and changes coming through.

Everything was firing perfectly today. The gym was practically empty, so I was able to move through the session with full focus and minimal distractions — no chit chat, just work.

Really enjoyed this one, and a great way to kick off the first session of the new program.

Final Ramblings

With the workout done, I spent the rest of the day tinkering with a few car mods and kicking back with the Mrs.

Also managed to snag a solid win, picked up a heap of Kincrome tools from a competition, which was a nice bonus.

Once the kids got home, it turned into a full Lego session, building all sorts of random creations together.

All in all, a genuinely good day, productive, fun, and well balanced 👊

@Darth_Vader looking really good on this. I like the leg curl and the calf raises. Good structure to the workout to failure.

Beautiful beautiful glute work brother. Loving the updates!!!!
Haha need to catch up to the Mrs. We did measurements today and my booty is 0.5cm bigger than hers the she whinged about anabolics making my ass bigger. 🤣
@Darth_Vader looking really good on this. I like the leg curl and the calf raises. Good structure to the workout to failure.
Thanks! Definitely trialling different stuff to see how everything goes.

Thanks my dude! Wait for quads day and you’ll see some extra brutality. 😅

Doing the first ones since my pre bicep tear in August was a tad scary but I think I did well.

Log Update (Thursday)

Long day at work, but I was absolutely locked in on getting to the gym and smashing out a session — and that’s exactly what happened.

No matter how draining the day was, the mission stayed the same: get in, train hard, and reset the mind. Glad I followed through because sessions like that always remind me why consistency matters most on the tougher days.

Also bumped the GH up a little more, and I’m now taking taurine powder morning and night.

Workout Review

Another trial run of the new program today. I have to say, the 2–3 set structure just doesn’t seem to hit the same as my usual 4-set approach with two feeder sets and two all-out failure sets. At this stage, I’m leaning towards sticking with the 4-set routine moving forward.

That aside, the session was attacked with serious intensity after work and felt unreal. Sometimes the structure matters, but effort and execution always make the biggest difference.

Incline Bench Press
  • 100kg x 12
  • 140kg x 13
  • 180kg x 11 (FAILURE)

Plate Loaded Lat Pulldown
  • 40Kg x 12
  • 60kg x 12
  • 55kg x 12 (FAILURE)

Cable Chest Fly
  • 37.5kg x 15
  • 54.5kg x 15
  • 80kg x 12 (FAILURE)

Close Grip Machine Row
  • 77.3 x 12
  • 113.60kg x 12 (FAILURE)
  • 140kg x 12 (FAILURE)

Cable Lateral Raise
  • 13.50kg x 24
  • 22.5kg x 24
  • 27kg x 22 (FAILURE)
Overhead Tricep Extension
  • 86kg x 12
  • 113kg x 12 (FAILURE)
Single Arm Machine Curl
  • 15kg x 24
  • 25kg x 25

Final Ramblings

Glad I got the session in. Definitely could’ve pushed harder, considering I was in and out in under an hour, but showing up and getting the work done still counts.

The Mrs still had some of her session to finish, so I hung around and spotted her to wrap things up.

Tomorrow the plan is to attack quads after work — and that one’s going to be juicy.

Workout Review

Another trial run of the new program today. I have to say, the 2–3 set structure just doesn’t seem to hit the same as my usual 4-set approach with two feeder sets and two all-out failure sets. At this stage, I’m leaning towards sticking with the 4-set routine moving forward.

That aside, the session was attacked with serious intensity after work and felt unreal. Sometimes the structure matters, but effort and execution always make the biggest difference.

Incline Bench Press
  • 100kg x 12
  • 140kg x 13
  • 180kg x 11 (FAILURE)

Plate Loaded Lat Pulldown
  • 40Kg x 12
  • 60kg x 12
  • 55kg x 12 (FAILURE)

Cable Chest Fly
  • 37.5kg x 15
  • 54.5kg x 15
  • 80kg x 12 (FAILURE)

Close Grip Machine Row
  • 77.3 x 12
  • 113.60kg x 12 (FAILURE)
  • 140kg x 12 (FAILURE)

Cable Lateral Raise
  • 13.50kg x 24
  • 22.5kg x 24
  • 27kg x 22 (FAILURE)
Overhead Tricep Extension
  • 86kg x 12
  • 113kg x 12 (FAILURE)
Single Arm Machine Curl
  • 15kg x 24
  • 25kg x 25

Final Ramblings

Glad I got the session in. Definitely could’ve pushed harder, considering I was in and out in under an hour, but showing up and getting the work done still counts.

The Mrs still had some of her session to finish, so I hung around and spotted her to wrap things up.

Tomorrow the plan is to attack quads after work — and that one’s going to be juicy.

Brought to you by the best quality supplements.

Thanks Lev! I feel weak af when I used to do 300 😅

Absolutely was.

Haha need to catch up to the Mrs. We did measurements today and my booty is 0.5cm bigger than hers the she whinged about anabolics making my ass bigger. 🤣

Thanks! Definitely trialling different stuff to see how everything goes.

Gotta train to failure. Doing anything less makes me feel like the workout was a waste.

Thanks my dude! Wait for quads day and you’ll see some extra brutality. 😅

Thanks!

Doing the first ones since my pre bicep tear in August was a tad scary but I think I did well.
keep up the iron training

keep it up!

glad you got it done brother always better than no session

300 coming back soon :D

Bros, failure knows no bounds.

keep up the iron training

Good to hear that you're doing better.
Thanks all! Definitely gotta keep locked in and smashing everything out.

Log Update (Sunday)
Closed the week out exactly how it should be — every session ticked off, no shortcuts, no excuses. That kind of consistency is what builds momentum, and momentum is what drives real progress.

This new program has been a solid reset too. After six months of the same movements, the change-up has clearly hit different — fresh stimulus, renewed focus, and you can feel the body responding. That’s where growth lives.

The hunger’s been next level all week, which is usually a good sign. Body’s demanding more because it’s working harder — now it’s just a matter of whether the boss bumps the fuel up or tells me to tighten it up and suffer a bit longer 🤣

Gotta stay locked in, keep stacking sessions like this, and ride that wave. This is the kind of week that separates “training” from actually progressing.

My. Quads. Are. Cooked.

That session was absolutely brutal in the best way possible. I haven’t felt DOMS like this in a long time — legs were screaming from the first set to the last, but that’s exactly the kind of pain you chase when you know you’re pushing into new territory.

Even rolling into the session already sore and still getting it done says everything about the mindset right now.

The Mrs was there as always keeping things interesting — maybe a bit of a pest this time 🤣 — but even that added to the intensity. Sometimes being pushed (or rushed) forces you to level up and just get after it. And at the end of the day, we both walked out better for it.

Honestly, sessions like this are what separate the average from the obsessed.

Now it’s simple — recover, refuel, and go again.
Because if this is how we’re finishing sessions… tomorrow’s going to be dangerous. 💪

  • 120kg x 15 (FAILURE)

Standing Leg Curl
  • 24kg x 12
  • 24kg x 12
  • 24kg x 12

Final Ramblings

RDO tomorrow and I’ve got a solid start planned for the week. Feeling good about where things are at right now.

I’ve just got to stay positive, stay focused, and keep pushing forward no matter what. Momentum’s building — now it’s about carrying that into the week and making it count.

Looking huge man 180 bench to failure is massive
I’m currently benching what I was during my Powerlifting era when I was significantly heavier too. The gear makes a huge difference.
The incline press... Is that barbell? Regardless, 180kg is crazy. Not sure I've ever seen anyone other than pros lift that.

Looking awesome in the photos!
Barbell, Sir! With a spotter of course. Elbow sleeves to go with it. I do generally prefer to use the NewTech M-Torture Incline Machine when I don’t have a spotter handy.

Log Update (Tuesday)
Late-night session after another long day on the grind—but there was no way I was skipping this one.

Had my mind locked in on a pull (width-focused) day from the moment I woke up. All day I was itching to get under the bar, and nothing was getting in the way. Walked in tired, walked out dialled.

Lats were firing, pump was solid, and the focus was exactly where it needed to be. No excuses, no shortcuts—just got in and got it done.

Workout Review

Set PBs across nearly every movement today—everything was clicking. Strength was up, weights were moving clean, and every set felt locked in.

Mrs is away this week, so it’s solo mode in the gym. Headphones in, zero distractions, and the RBF fully activated—no small talk, just work.

In, focused, and out. Sessions like this remind me what it’s all

Weighed Pull-Up

Coach called it straight today—time to tighten things up. SLU, MOTS-C, and SS31 are going back into the mix, with NAD+ getting added in down the track.

Goal stays the same: keep the weight in check while still stacking on quality tissue. No fluff, no excuses—just dial it in, stay consistent, and keep pushing forward.

Bro I love your look, that rock hard and dense "amazing in a t-shirt" off season BB'er type look. Amazing.

Can you keep me posted on your new SLU, MOTS, and other peps dosages I'll update you in our community threads!

Love this... I try and get in and out in less than an hour. Headphones on, don't make eye contact with anyone and just hammer it hard and leave sweating. I don't even change shirts LOL.

You’re not wrong there. Some a quality group of jacked af individuals.

Much appreciated, Lev! The weighted pull-ups I thought would be a task for me. Doing normal ones is fine, but the extra pressure on the bicep always worries me. Just gotta take it easy.

Definitely a huge compliment, Sir! I’ll keep smashing it out. I’ll be doing a session tomorrow. I believe it’s a pull session with a few mates I haven’t seen in a while so we’ll chuck some SS31, MOTS-C and SLU in the mix.

I’ve also made up some 100mg SLU tablets because fuck it we ball. 😅

Several log updates coming tonight folks. Been busy as heck and haven’t been able to get onto the forums for a spare moment.

Log Update (Wednesday)

Wednesday was a proper grind. Woke up feeling pretty crook in the guts with a pounding headache, but no excuses — got up, got moving and pushed through.

Ended up smashing out a solid leg session regardless. One of those days where you don’t feel 100% going in, but once you’re under the bar, everything just locks in. Glad I didn’t fold — definitely earned this one.

Coach kept it real and called me out, so we’ve tightened things up a bit. Cardio is back in the mix and a few extras have been added on the supplement side to help steer things back in the right direction.

Current adjustments:
  • SLU-PP-332 reintroduced at 40mg daily (split AM + midday)
  • Retatrutide back in at a micro-dose of 2mg per week total
  • Cardio reintroduced to keep things ticking over
  • SS31 & MOTS-C re-added pre-training as well.
Goal now is simple — keep pushing performance while tightening things up and staying accountable. No excuses, just execution.

Let’s keep building.

Workout Review

Since I wasn’t at 100%, I ran it as a de-load session — kept the weight lighter and focused on form, control, and execution.

Log Update (Sunday)

Long slog of a day today. Kicked off work at 6:50am and didn’t wrap up until 8pm, but from the moment I woke up I was locked in on getting this session done. Not once did my mindset slip into the “I’ll just go tomorrow” zone — that option wasn’t even on the table. The work still needs to be put in, no matter how long the day gets.

First session back running MOTS-C, SS31 and SLU, and it showed. Strength felt unreal, focus was dialled in, and everything just clicked the way you want it to. Couldn’t have asked for a better session after a grind like that.

I was using the M-Torture Incline Press for this workout as I didn’t have a spotter to use the barbell. I do prefer it, but it feels kinda like cheating loading up 5 plates a side and just going HAM on it. 😅

It’s days like this that you just gotta keep pushing as soon as you’re in the gym it’s fine.

Kicked the week off properly with an RDO and a Glutes/Hams session. Went in fresh, locked in, and ready to put in some serious work.

Made sure to get the stack in pre-training — MOTS-C, SS31 & SLU — and you could feel the difference straight away. Energy, focus, and output were all there.

Workout Review

Currently nursing a bit of a right knee/patella issue. Knees have taken a fair bit of wear over the years from sport and military work, so playing it smart and managing it properly.

Dialled things back slightly this session — still put in the work, but focused on control, form, and not pushing into anything that could make it worse.

The MITO stack absolutely kicked in though — energy was high, session flew by, and the vascularity was next level.

All in all, still a solid workout. Adjusting where needed but keeping the momentum rolling.

IMG_1189.webp

Final Ramblings

Strong start to the week and feeling good about how things are tracking.

Got another day off tomorrow — which never happens, so making the most of it. Plan is to get some cardio in early with a solid walk in the sun, keep things moving, then roll into a Push session and get after it.

Also keen for IFBB Nationals this weekend — should be a good hit of motivation and always a great atmosphere.

Log Update (Tuesday)

Another RDO today and made the most of it. Spent a solid chunk of time building the young fella’s Lego from his birthday — definitely more of a mission than expected, but good quality time nonetheless.

Chucked in some MT2 and got out in the sun for a few hours — trying to shake the “haunting the gym” pale look slowly but surely.

Got the cardio walk done early in the morning, nice and cruisy but kept it consistent. Followed it up with a solid Push session — everything was firing, strength felt good, and execution was on point across the board.

Had a chat with a few guys competing at IFBB Nationals this weekend which was unreal. Always good being around that level — definitely lit a fire and added some serious motivation moving forward.

Workout Review

Not sure if it was the addition of the MITO stack, the new pre, or just the mental switch being flipped — but everything was absolutely firing today.

Weights were flying, movement felt effortless, and the strength was there across the board. Ended up hitting PB’s on multiple lifts and just stayed locked in from start to finish.

Everything was on point — execution, intensity, focus. Proper killer session.

Final Ramblings

Absolutely ripper start to the week and everything’s lining up nicely. Momentum is building and I’m keen to keep the foot down and keep ticking sessions off.

With IFBB Nationals looming, the motivation is on another level. It’s not just about getting sessions done now — there’s real purpose behind it. Every lift, every bit of cardio, every bit of discipline is feeding into something bigger.

The drive is honestly feeling unmatched at the moment. It’s not just about health anymore — it’s that competitive edge, the hunger to push further and see just how far I can take this.

Locked in and moving forward.

Log Update (Saturday)

Bit of a rough patch mentally the last few days — haven’t made it into the gym since Tuesday and it was starting to feel like I was dropping the ball, especially with IFBB Nationals right around the corner.

Another late shift today, but made the call to still get in and get the work done — no excuses. Ended up smashing out a solid session and it honestly flipped the switch straight away. Sometimes it’s not even about the perfect week, it’s just about showing up when it would be easier not to.

Also made a change to the cycle — pulled the EQ and swapped it out for Mast Prop as of today. Recent bloods showed E2 had dropped off a fair bit, so keen to see how this adjustment plays out over the next little stretch.

Not a perfect lead-in, but back on track now. That’s what counts.

Long shift, calories weren’t perfectly timed, but still showed up and got the work done — that’s what matters.

Session ended up going really well all things considered. Energy held up strong, and the addition of MOTS-C pre-training with SLU throughout the day is definitely making a noticeable difference. No real drop-off, just consistent output the whole way through.

One of those sessions that proves it doesn’t have to be perfect to be effective — just gotta keep showing up and executing.

You can feel the excitement already — one of those nights where sleep probably isn’t coming easy, but that just shows how much you’re invested in it. This is what it’s all about.

Now it’s just about soaking it all in tomorrow. The atmosphere, the physiques, the energy — fuel for the fire moving forward.

Massive update brother and thanks for opening up with the challenges we all face day to day. It is important as other may be going through similar struggles AND for you to understand this is very normal and we all are dealing with something!

The main thing is you get back on track asap and continue the push. Life can get in the way at times but you just need to deal with these hurdles as they come up.

Training was massive bro! Love the steak food prep

I’m currently running a health / maintenance phase and seriously struggling to stay on track with nutrition. After solid 8 months on point, managing a little “mental” diet fatigue. Physically feel great. Have cheated but continue to try stay on track !!

I’m sure you’re absolutely killing it brother.

The diet fatigue definitely kicks in quick when I was cutting. I’m very much an open book when it comes to my emotions and how I’m feeling. I just try to be personable so others feel comfortable enough to do the same.

Log Update (Wednesday)

Annoyingly, this is the first session of the week — but that doesn’t matter. We’re here now and the work still gets done.

After watching Coach place at IFBB Nationals on the weekend (should’ve taken first, but I’m not the judge), and seeing a few mates pull placings and even take home some firsts, the fire has been lit even harder.

Seeing everyone up there has pushed my drive to a completely different level. I’m absolutely locked in on taking this to the next stage and bringing my best possible package next year.

No excuses. No backing off. Time to level the fuck up.

Let’s. Fucking. GO!

Workout Review

Training on an RDO always hits differently, and today’s Chest / Shoulders session absolutely proved it. Everything was firing from the moment I walked in. Strength felt on point, the pumps were ridiculous, and the peri-workout meal kicked in perfectly. One of those sessions where you know you’re operating at full capacity.

Today’s pre-workout stack was:
  • 5mg MOTS-C
  • 5mg SS31
  • 40mg SLU-PP-332
  • 1 Scoop Zombie Labs “King of Pumpz”
  • 1 Scoop NEXUS “Per4m 2.0”

Absolutely filthy session from start to finish. The drive after IFBB Nationals is at an all-time high right now and sessions like this are only reinforcing the mindset. We’re building something serious for next year.

Final Ramblings

I’m going to do everything I can to keep this drive alive and ride this wave for as long as possible. Attending Nationals and watching friends — along with so many others — absolutely crush their goals and overcome the anxiety of stepping on stage was honestly unreal to witness.

The amount of discipline, sacrifice, and courage it takes to get up there is next level, and seeing it all firsthand has lit an even bigger fire under me. The motivation right now is at an all-time high and I’m beyond hungry to chase this properly.

Let’s. Fucking. GO!

Workout Review

Long shift, calories weren’t perfectly timed, but still showed up and got the work done — that’s what matters.

Session ended up going really well all things considered. Energy held up strong, and the addition of MOTS-C pre-training with SLU throughout the day is definitely making a noticeable difference. No real drop-off, just consistent output the whole way through.

One of those sessions that proves it doesn’t have to be perfect to be effective — just gotta keep showing up and executing.

Final Ramblings

The wait is over — IFBB Nationals is finally here.

You can feel the excitement already — one of those nights where sleep probably isn’t coming easy, but that just shows how much you’re invested in it. This is what it’s all about.

Good move getting the meals prepped and ready to go as well — staying locked in even at an event like this is what separates it.

Now it’s just about soaking it all in tomorrow. The atmosphere, the physiques, the energy — fuel for the fire moving forward.

  • 1 Scoop Creatine
Pair all of that with a fresh 1L box of Cocobella Chocolate Coconut Water (sponsor me please) and it made for an absolute weapon of a session.

Chest got completely annihilated today. The focus was there, the intensity was there, and every movement felt dialled in. Even with the shoulder playing up slightly on the top set of incline, the work still got done.

  • 60KG x 30
  • 80KG x 30
  • 100KG x 30 (FAILURE)

  • 61.4KG x 15 / 32KG x 15 (FAILURE)
  • 75KG x 15 / 32KG x 15 (FAILURE)
  • 81.8KG x 15 / 32KG x 15 (FAILURE)

Let’s. Fucking. GO!

Kick ass attitude
Everyone around me is inspiring me to kick it into next gear so I’ve gotta have a decent attitude.
Really good update on this. Not only did you post up some yummy food but also pictures and some great content. I love it. @Darth_Vader
Thanks brother. Glad I can keep people happy with the updates. Just another guy trying to get huge.
Bros, the Wednesday update looks fantastic. @Darth_Vader I'm glad you were able to get in a workout. Sometimes it feels good though to take a couple days off.
You’re not wrong there. I hate taking days off, but sometimes life forces it upon you.
@Darth_Vader that's great man. You got some good size and your abs are popping. You couldn't ask for anything more than that. Your training is definitely reflective. I like how you train to failure.
Appreciate it, Ulter. Trying to do my best with all the tools given to me by Coach and Raptor Labs.
I like it man. Intense update and motivational. I like how you're motivated and you're pushing all people who read this. @Darth_Vader
I hope everyone does get a little motivation out of it too. If I can help even just a little bit, that’s great!
