WEEK 21 UPDATE

Woke up 212.4 lbs

Daily- Gw1516 20mg, Tadalafil 10mg eod, Nolvadex 20mg
MWF - 45mg Eq (lowered from 60mg)
MWF - 105mg Test C
MWF - 60mg  Tren ( up from 50mg )
Friday - 3mg  Reta (Ran out, more coming from napsgear.org but been delivery has super slow 😢😢)
Anavar- 50mg Pre-workout
Winstrol- 50mg Pre-workout


Late update because ive been waiting for blood work results. Lipids came back super trash. Mixture of being dehydrated/sick plus trash diet and no cardio.

I cut out Anavar and Winstrol and cleaned up the diet. Will donate blood and get new bloods start of June.
Depending on those bloodwork results i will probably start drop to trt cruise at 180mg Test C.

Tren was started April 1st at 60mg a week and have slowly upped dose but will stay at 180mg.
I will discontinue it at the end of this month.

I dropped Eq from 180mg to 135mg since I feel my E2 is too low.

Bp has since stabilized back to normal.
Fb has been consistently in range.

Im currently not tracking macros but eating 2 meals a day.
-8oz salmon and 6oz rice
-10 oz chicken and 6oz rice
In the morning i make protein oats with chia seeds and 2 scoops of protein
For snack i have non fat yogurt with honey walnuts and 2 scoops of protein.


Overall I dont feel leaner but definitely feel solid and strong in the gym.
With the diet cleaned up and cardio back in to mix i should be able to hit my 200lbs goal by then end of the month.

Yea ive had congestion for the last 3 weeks and have been dehydrated.

Had a solid arm workout today. Did 10 mins on step machine speed 10 and 10 mins power walk speed 4 max incline.

I would cut all the anavar and winstrol as you have and bump the test more tbh.

Nice man, I like how you dropped some of the PEDs that you are using and included them and crossed them out. That gives us a good sense of what you were using versus what you are using. @Asthetek23

@Asthetek23 GW is a really good option. It especially stacks really well with the tren so that's smart that you're doing them together

Overall a great job on this man. I'm glad that you dropped the EQ. If you're feeling low estrogen, adjustments are smart so I'm glad that you're not being stubborn. @Asthetek23
 
if you want to keep eq 180 you have to bump test to 500 @Asthetek23

Oh ok ill keep walnuts and just drop peanut butter.

Training has always been my strong suit. Diet is where ive always struggled but getting better at sticking to it for longer time frames and seeing results.

Woke up 210.4 lbs

MWF - 165mg Test C
MWF - 60mg  Tren
Friday -  Reta (still waiting for delivery 😢😢)

I upped Test C yesterday to 495mg and kept Eq at 180mg.

Havent taken Reta in 2 weeks since theres been delay in shipping. Only thing ive noticed is fb has been alittle higher but still in range( avg 90). Once i get it i may just stay at 1mg for maintenance since i want to change to a lean bulk in about a month after i come back from vacation.

Bp has been consistently back to normal since dropping Anavar and Winstrol. Avg 120/71

Bpm avg 74


Sleep hasnt been the greatest lately since ive still had congestion and dry phlegm. Last night i used a humidifier and i did get to sleep alittle better. Gonna add eucalyptus oil and see if that helps clear me up quicker.

Meals have been consistent this week and i saw the change on scale quickly.
Avg 250P 270C 90F around 2900 calories

Training has felt good. Joints slowly feeling back to normal with our Nolvadex this last week. With the higher Test my E2 should go back up in to a better range aswell.

I will update my supplements list later today to see if i should add or make any adjustments to what i am taking.

On and off acpuple weeks
Used to take 20mg
But i read that can worsen sinus congestion so thats why I've been trying to see if thats been affecting me or not . Last year i got the same thing and it was allergies related .. dr never really figured it out ... i wasnt taking Tadalafil back then.

Weight has fluctuated alot this week and i think its a mixture of higher Test and Hgh because diet has been consistent.

Strength is slowly going up but muscle fullness is what i see and feel the most.

Joints still feel a bit weird not sure if i should wait it out till end of month when i run bloods again or lower Eq from 180mg to 135mg.
Also though of maybe adding in low dose NPP for joint support.

Workouts have still been solid and been doing cardio after each session consistently.

Averaging about 8 hours of sleep a night ( wake up to pee acouple times)

Very subtle ance flair up on right arm but i think ive got it under control with the Neutrogena acne bar soap.

Overall solid week of progress even thou Weight went up. Cutting my goal of 200lbs by June 12th close but as long as i keep trimming the mid section im okay with whatever the scale reads.

I had cut down to around 205lbs... on Wednesday i was 207lbs but im holding alot of water weight right now. I fluctuate alot

But yea definitely headed in the right direction thanx to the help from this forum 🙏🙏♥️

Woke up at 209lbs today. I had gotten down to 206.8lbs yesterday but my son had his friends over for a pool party sleepover and i ate 3 slices of pizza 😏.( No matter the dose Reta does absolutely nothing for appetite control on me)

ive been really sticking to the diet and i need to lock in for the next 3 weeks since i will be going to Cabo mid June. The goal is sub 200lbs and i think i might be able to get down to 195lbs.

Acouple changes i made from last week to try to do a mini cut.
  1. Lowered macros a bit
  2. Dropped Gh from 4iu to 2iu (holding too much water weight)
  3. Added in Hcg 1000iu 3x a week (trying to boost up E2 since joints haven't fully recovered)
  4. Upped cardio
  5. Upped Reta from 4mg once a week to 3mg Mon/Thurs
  6. Upped Tren to 90mg 3x week gonna go to 100mg for the next 2 weeks and discontinue.
So far these changes made a big impact.
Joints are feeling better ( as soon as i feel 100% i will drop Hcg).

If it wasnt for the pizza i would have probably woke up around 206lbs down from almost 215lbs last week.

Workouts have been solid but im thinking i may need a deload week. Having never done a proper deload. How would i go about it?

Sleep has been good

Bp has been the best its been.

Fb has been alittle on the higher end but upping reta might help drop that down.

All and all its been a solid week. The leanest ive felt/looked in a long time.

hcg is not something to add to raise e2 not a good idea :D and joints could just be dry or overtrained tbh

Ive been slowly tirading up from 20mgs 3x week starting April first ... currently taking 90mgs MWF with no negative sides... was thinking of moving to 50mgs daily 😅
Its tren ace so i can pull it asap if i do and up with a negative side effect.
NO negative sides is fine :D but lets stay on ed doses of 30mgs tops
 
ill just keep the same dosing schedule im currently on since its been working 🙏

Dropping test from 495mg to 315mg
Keeping eq at 180mgs
Keeping Tren at 280mgs
Adding winstrol (will order from Us pharmacies)

They are .. i had been on a good roll not having any but no amount of reta can curve temptation for me 😭 ... my son had a friends sleep over and they wanted pizza. Ill be back on track and meal prepping tomorrow 💪

Woke up at 206lbs today.. but with lower carbs i am noticing my pump and muscle alot flatter so im thinking of going back to atleast 200g of carbs a day and see how i look and feel. Might even go back to 250g.

I ordered Winstrol and clen from Us pharmacies last week and i still havent gotten them 😢. Will be adding those in asap.

I did a deload this week and took acouple extra days off. I suspect my e2 is pretty low so i am going to cut out Eq starting next week.Im going to get blood work done as soon as i get back from vacation mid June.
Depending on blood work i will make adjustments.

Waist is trimming down and that stubborn belly fat is slowly disappearing.

I wanted to be sub 200lbs but i dont want to be too aggressive and sacrifice muscle fullness. If i dont make under 200lbs im not worried about it now.

Bp and has been great
Fb i had a spike over 108 out of nowhere but been averaging 86 all week.
Sleep has been great
And no issues with tren at 300mg. (I have 2 weeks left till i discontinue)

I wanted to start a lean bulk once i come back from vacation but i might keep trimming down just to get as lean as possible before the lean bulk to make sure i can maximize growth.

on the e2 suspect low do you have bloods?
Not lately.. just joints feeling weird especially my left elbow. And when trying to do pullups .. just dont feel solid

good you moved the carbs down but lets keep them cycled, +100 on training days -100 on non :D
