69 is high e2 for sure, what level of test you pin before this? @Asthetek23
 
I have both on hand ... Aromasin for a week or 2 until 150 Eq kicks in? Or how should i play it?

Woke up at 207lbs today.

Hard to track calories on these types of mexican foods ... not over doing it and still taking my Protien shakes

In the morning im eating oats with 2 scoops of protein and chia seeds


First pic - Huarache i ate yesterday ( tortilla style base with beans cheese and chicken)
Second pic - steak and potatoes in red sauce and red rice i ate today
Third pic - rice pudding

Took a rest day today and will do legs tomorrow.

I justed order some 1000mg daily. That good?
Ive also stared taking some omega3s to compensate for lack of fish in diet
you need about 250mgs of quercitin with each berberine dose so tiem it out
and omega 3 is good for sure @Asthetek23
 
Serving size is 3pills =1000mg ... so if i take 333mgs with the berberine is that okay? Or get 250mg pills?

I havent been able to track macros the last week with my mom in town. Still maintaining pretty good but planning on getting back on track tomorrow.

Havent been consistent with bp and fb either.

Workouts have felt great, i took 2 days of rest Wednesday and Thursday.

Im thinking of making a final cut down to 195-200lbs and then lean bulk.

Not to be a negative Nancy but I’d love to see you being on point with the health metrics (including bp, bg, ect..) and tracing macros to the highest level before adding in such a toxic compound like tren (this is only going to rap things up) before you have a solid foundation

I back loaded syringes with compounds for the weeo already 😬 i think 60mgs a week is extremely conservative.

Just went back and had a look at your photos at the start of the log. You've certainly made good progress since then!

How long have you been at that current T and EQ dose?

What are you macros currently? Agree with your plan on leaning up a bit more. What's the point of the tren though? Do you think it's necessary?

I pumped up test from 180mg to 315mg Jan 30th
I started Eq on Wed
Because e2 was high on latest blood work.

Those macros look good and similar to what I was doing recently. If you've stalled, dropping carbs to 200 sounds alright.

How much cardio are you doing?

Happy Easter to you too big man! 208lbs looks good on you and I like your plan to head down sub 200 before a lean bulk.

That 50mg of Var pre workout must pack a punch!
 
Ive been working out for about 7 years now. Currently 41 5'11 222lbs.

I carry alot of bad weight around my midsection. Dieting is my biggest weakness so ive been thinking of trying Reta to trim down.

I tried to run trt alittle more than a year ago but i hated how much acne my back got. I didnt add some strength but i didnt feel anything significant and i didnt trim down either.

I was on 200mg a week for about 2 months. Prescribed by a clinic. I may get back on TRT but the thought of doing it long term always discourages me. My test levels fluctuate but my sleep/energy levels are always good so i dont feel that low test effect most complain about. The biggest drawback for me is the acne.


Debating starting Reta. Eating is my biggest weakness and i think it might help with the food noise. (Ive never had a 6 pack in my life even in high-school when i would play basketball for 3 hours almost daily)


I typically do this workout split

Day1 Chest/ light arms
Day2 Back/light shoulder
Day 3 Arms/shoulder
Day 4 Legs/abs (not as consistent as i should)
Day 5 Rest day or repeat depending on how my body feels.

I usually take 1 scoop of PROSUPPS Mr. Hyde Xtreme prework (2 scoops on occasion)
I also take 1 scoop of Gorilla Mind Hydroprime Glycerol
I havent been consistent but i take 20 grams of dextrose and 5 grams of creatine daily sometimes.

Right now i am not tracking my macros but i just typically do intermittent fasting(18/6).

I recently starting drinking 2 protein shakes again since im pretty sure im not reaching enough protein daily.

I used to track macros with an app called Lose It but its been years since ive been consistent with it.

Ive also meal prepped but usually only last 2 weeks then i fall off on the nutrition again.

Not sure what else to add.
Any tips or tricks appreciated.
Also ive semi researched maybe taking other compounds like masteron/anavar/hcg.

I just dont want to get dependent on anything and lose progress once i come off a cycle.

Yes ... this time around i have been using Neutrogena acne soap.
I shower 3 times a day and its helped keep the acne under control.
I went on vacation and forgot the soap and after 2 weeks of not using it i started to get some flare ups.
Its slowly gotten back under control since i got back on the routine.
Id definitely give it a try 🙌

MWF - 105mg Test C
MWF - 20mg  Tren
Friday - 3mg  Reta

I had been hoovering around 207-208lbs last week until Thursday where i shot up to 214lbs. I bumped up Hgh to 5iu and ive been taking 20mg so im thinking alot of it is extra water weight. Ive been on the higher end of carbs as well need to drop them and get more protein.

Diet has been cleaned up a bit but not havent done a proper meal prep. My mom ended up staying an extra week.

Im looking and feeling strong at this weight but i definitely need to cut it back down.

Started Tren this week so far no issues at 60mg a week. I think i will do 75mg (25mg MWF) starting monday.

I plan on getting new bloodwork done first week of May.

Bp has been consistently good (Avg 119/66)
and Fb has been on the high the last 2 days. ( Avg 94)

Over all solid week just definitely know the diet needs to improve.

Honestly ive taken it for a while now and havent felt much of a difference. Im about to run out of Klow and Mots-C.... gonna discontinue for acouple weeks.

I took Nad+ for a while too and didnt feel anything so didnt reorder.

I really like the fullness in the muscles right now. The pumps in the gym have been massive. I think im finally starting to feel the anavar.

Started Tren this week so far no issues at 60mg a week. I think i will do 75mg (25mg MWF) starting monday.

I plan on getting new bloodwork done first week of May.

Bp has been consistently good (Avg 119/66)
and Fb has been on the high the last 2 days. ( Avg 94)

Over all solid week just definitely know the diet needs to improve.
Keep pushing it bro. 50 mg anavar seems like really a lot of fun especially with the tren. @Asthetek23

Good mix on the PEDs. @Asthetek23 being 213 lb is pretty sound. I like the RETA and the pre-workout.

This week i woke up acouple times during the night with numbness and tightness in hands .. i decided to drop Gh to 3iu in the morning only.

Ive discontinued Mots-C since ive yet to experience any kind of value from taking it.
I ran out of Klow aswell but ill reorder more soon since i know that does have multiple positives with recovery and skin quality.

Ive had alot of nasal congestion aswell so dropped Tadalafil for acouple days and restarted at10mg eod.

Diet has improved but still not tracking macros how im supposed to be. Im still leaning out and gonna try to push down to sub 200lbs.

Workouts have felt great and pumps have been intense. Still getting 30 mins cardio in after every workout (except yesterday).

Bp was high today 140/75 ( might drop back to normal with re-introduction of Tadalafil.

Overall been feeling great and no issues so far taking Tren 30mg MWF.
May bump it up to 40mg on monday of bp comes back down.

5mg ED of tadalafil might help BP instead of 10mg EOD, either way I hope it helps bring your systolic down a bit keep us posted please.

Will definitely keep monitoring it ty

Ive had really bad congestion and phlegm since last week. I decided to cut out Tadalafil until i clear up since i think its also contributing to it.

I also cut out Gh since i feel alot of water retention still but will restart at 2iu pre-workout on monday.

Training this week was decent but with the congestion it was hard to do cardio. Was still able to maintain weight. Feeling stronger and leaner. I usually dont try to do Pr but i was able to hit 225lbs x 10 on incline bench press.

Diet still hasnt been dialed. Just been alittle difficult getting back in to a good groove but ill definitely step it up next week.

Tren at 40mg has been great no issues at all going to take 50mg MWF starting monday.

Bp has been on avg 131/77 but i think once i can resume Tadalafil ill be back down closer to 120/70.

FB has been higher as well at 93 average for the week but with a better diet i know ill get that down.

Sleep has been good but waking up acouple times a night because of congestion aswell.

Got blood work done Friday morning.

I took 2 days of rest Thursday and Friday.
Joints are feeling alittle weird here and there and i think ill stop taking Nolvadex soon depending on blood results. I do have masteron on hand aswell do thats an option.

Over all been a solid week. Leaner stronger and noticing more muscule fullness.

Got blood work done Friday morning.

I took 2 days of rest Thursday and Friday.
Joints are feeling alittle weird here and there and i think ill stop taking Nolvadex soon depending on blood results. I do have masteron on hand aswell do thats an option.

Over all been a solid week. Leaner stronger and noticing more muscule fullness.

Had been taking it to reduce unilateral gyno( i think its as good as its gonna get).

Last bloods i was high on e2 so i decided to stay on it until bloods show e2 in range.

Waiting on results and will stop if im back in range.

Bp has been a bit high but i think not taking any Tadalafil has contributed to that and lack of cardio this week. Im going to get back on Tadalafil as soon as congestion clears. Cardio will be back tomorrow after training.

Daily- Hgh 3iu  Am, Gw1516 20mg, Tadalafil 10mg eod, Nolvadex 20mg
MWF - 60mg Eq
MWF - 105mg Test C
MWF - 40mg  Tren
Friday - 3mg  Reta
Anavar- 50mg Pre-workout
Winstrol- 50mg Pre-workout

Ive had really bad congestion and phlegm since last week. I decided to cut out Tadalafil until i clear up since i think its also contributing to it.

I also cut out Gh since i feel alot of water retention still but will restart at 2iu pre-workout on monday.

Training this week was decent but with the congestion it was hard to do cardio. Was still able to maintain weight. Feeling stronger and leaner. I usually dont try to do Pr but i was able to hit 225lbs x 10 on incline bench press.

Diet still hasnt been dialed. Just been alittle difficult getting back in to a good groove but ill definitely step it up next week.

Tren at 40mg has been great no issues at all going to take 50mg MWF starting monday.

Bp has been on avg 131/77 but i think once i can resume Tadalafil ill be back down closer to 120/70.

FB has been higher as well at 93 average for the week but with a better diet i know ill get that down.

Sleep has been good but waking up acouple times a night because of congestion aswell.

I'm always impressed by people's physiques. It looks really good. You got some good biceps popping. @Asthetek23

@Asthetek23 Tren and Reta is one of the best stacks out there especially if you want to shred and recomposition. I'm surprised more people don't run them together.
 
Ive posted before but this is what it looked like before i started working out like 10 years ago.

Id say nolvadex reduced it down to maybe 10-15%
I think also cutting body fat has gone a long way. @Asthetek23 a lot of men tend to store body fat around their chest. So that makes even a little bit of gyno look worse.

Bros, that doesn't look too bad. Trust me I've seen worse over the years. Some letro on hand also going to be a good idea. Especially if you think you're still prone @Asthetek23

WEEK 21 UPDATE

Woke up 212.4 lbs

Daily- Gw1516 20mg, Tadalafil 10mg eod, Nolvadex 20mg
MWF - 45mg Eq (lowered from 60mg)
MWF - 105mg Test C
MWF - 60mg  Tren ( up from 50mg )
Friday - 3mg  Reta (Ran out, more coming from napsgear.org but been delivery has super slow 😢😢)
Anavar- 50mg Pre-workout
Winstrol- 50mg Pre-workout


Late update because ive been waiting for blood work results. Lipids came back super trash. Mixture of being dehydrated/sick plus trash diet and no cardio.

I cut out Anavar and Winstrol and cleaned up the diet. Will donate blood and get new bloods start of June.
Depending on those bloodwork results i will probably start drop to trt cruise at 180mg Test C.

Tren was started April 1st at 60mg a week and have slowly upped dose but will stay at 180mg.
I will discontinue it at the end of this month.

I dropped Eq from 180mg to 135mg since I feel my E2 is too low.

Bp has since stabilized back to normal.
Fb has been consistently in range.

Im currently not tracking macros but eating 2 meals a day.
-8oz salmon and 6oz rice
-10 oz chicken and 6oz rice
In the morning i make protein oats with chia seeds and 2 scoops of protein
For snack i have non fat yogurt with honey walnuts and 2 scoops of protein.


Overall I dont feel leaner but definitely feel solid and strong in the gym.
With the diet cleaned up and cardio back in to mix i should be able to hit my 200lbs goal by then end of the month.

Certainly need to find some balance with those bloods brother. Need to donate some to get the RBC down. Dehydrated as well. Might need low grade asprin for the platelets. Not sure Tren is doing you any favours at the moment quite honestly 🩵
