Late update because ive been waiting for blood work results. Lipids came back super trash. Mixture of being dehydrated/sick plus trash diet and no cardio.
I cut out Anavar and Winstrol and cleaned up the diet. Will donate blood and get new bloods start of June.
Depending on those bloodwork results i will probably start drop to trt cruise at
180mg Test C.
Tren was started April 1st at
60mg a week and have slowly upped dose but will stay at
180mg.
I will discontinue it at the end of this month.
I dropped Eq from
180mg to
135mg since I feel my E2 is too low.
Bp has since stabilized back to normal.
Fb has been consistently in range.
Im currently not tracking macros but eating 2 meals a day.
-8oz salmon and 6oz rice
-10 oz chicken and 6oz rice
In the morning i make protein oats with chia seeds and 2 scoops of protein
For snack i have non fat yogurt with honey walnuts and 2 scoops of protein.
Overall I dont feel leaner but definitely feel solid and strong in the gym.
With the diet cleaned up and cardio back in to mix i should be able to hit my 200lbs goal by then end of the month.
