Afternoon ladies and gentleman of EVO!
Officially day 1 of my offseason and as mentioned above we have our goals set and out sights aimed at season A 2027, so its time to GROW
Quick background on me, for those maybe stumbling across me for the first time
Im an ex-competitive powerlifter turn bodybuilder, competing in the amatuer ranks in the IFBB currently, i also have competed in PCA and have my PCA pro card, IFBB card is next
I work full time as an online coach, i have a fair few of my guys logging here and on EF, i live eat sleep and breathe bodybuilding and have even done a podcast with the gents on here!
As mentioned my goal this offseason is to get bigger but better also, this means improving my x frame, my legs are already massive i just need more arms/lats to create illusion of a smaller waist
This last season i had a absolute BLAST competing in 3 shows almost back to back weekends, brought my best look to stage ever and was extremely proud!

Lateral raise machine x2 sets
Dual rope tricep extension x2 sets
Elbow loaded pec fly x2 sets
Nautilus pin loaded press x2 sets
Cable lateral raise x2 sets
Single arm overhead tricep extension x2 sets
Pec dec x1 set
Dumbell side raise x1 set
I always finish my training with 3 sets of cable ab crunches superset with vacuum holds
And then 10 minutes of cardio to finish always
I hit PRs all across the board today on push and no injuries, niggles or negatives to announce!
All meals eaten, all steps done, everything nailed to a tee
I dont aim to get a pro card, i am to live a pro lifestyle, and if the heavens allow, that card will be mine
