Morning weight: 173.5

Up about 5 pounds from last week but honestly not stressing it. Pretty obvious this is from bumping calories and carbs back up from around 2000 to 2500 daily. Glycogen is one hell of a thing. Workouts feel dramatically better, pumps are insane, strength is climbing back up, and I’m looking way fuller overall instead of that flat depleted look.

At this point I’m less focused on the scale and more focused on the mirror. Waist still looks tight, vascularity is improving, and performance is through the roof right now. Feels more like a recomp phase than a straight starvation cut at this point.

Meals yesterday:

Meal 1:

  • 2 servings Greek yogurt
  • Blueberries
  • Honey
  • 43g protein shake
Pre workout:

  • Sweet rice bowl
    • ~1.25 cups white rice
    • Honey
    • Splash whole milk
  • 1 scoop ISO protein

5 more weeks left on this setup. Might titrate Mast up depending on bloodwork, but the rest will likely stay exactly where it’s at.

Goal now is simple:
Keep getting leaner while staying full, strong, and performing hard in the gym.

Got the bloods back. Ended up going through Rythm Health just because of the easy access AI help and has a great UI to track monthly results

Been a few days. Disney trip was a fucking success. 😂


Went in knowing I wasn’t going to be perfect and honestly I tried to eat every piece of shit food I could find. Burgers, sweets, snacks — you name it. But Reta is honestly wild… instead of turning into some 10k calorie food massacre it basically just let me enjoy the hell out of everything and keep the portions under control.


Came home, stepped on the scale and we’re sitting at 173 lbs. Pretty much right where I left off. After multiple days of carbs, sodium, walking my ass off, and enjoying life — I’ll take that all day.


Most of it is probably just glycogen and water anyway. Honestly I think the little reset was exactly what my body needed.


Now we’re back on the fucking grind.


Current stack:


  • Test 350 mg weekly
  • Mast 100 mg weekly
  • Tren 15 mg daily
  • Anavar 50 mg daily
  • Reta 4 mg

And holy shit boys… the Tren monster and Var pumps are starting to show up. 😂

Yup I’m going fucking hard right now. Popped 2.5 mgs of arimidex on sat. Going to get my blood work done end of the month. I know it’s not going to look great because of the added Tren and Var but hoping to get the E2 down a tad.

Honestly I don’t reallly keep track of the weight on the leg press machine I just try to do the most I can while keeping perfect form. If it’s too light I’ll either finish and go up a bit or just try to put more tension to make it heavier. Free weights I know how many plates. But gym was packed so I hit the machine which wasn’t bad tbh

@Kingofspades712 that's impressive right there. That RETA and testosterone really do work great but that ANAVAR takes things to the next level. Once you get on tren, it's going to be crazy.

I’m definitely feeling the anavar. Vascularity during pumps is getting nasty 😂 also down to 9.4% BF I think my lowest ever. And yes Reta and Test are the new bread and butter. Reta has changed the game. No longer need crazy orals for cuts. Just some anavar to put the icing on the cake.

Goal being to refill my glycogen and hopefully clean bulk up to around 190 again at around 10% BF. Then it’s 200 TRT cruise time for 6-8 weeks depending on bloods. After that I already have my next bulk cycle lined up. Going to run Test E/ Mast E/ Deca

My wife met a woman that does meal prepping in our neighborhood. $75 for double this portion of chicken and steak. I’m about to be eating good this week.

What’s up guys. My brother introduced me to this site last week. Been enjoying reading through all of the threads. New to posting here and honestly pretty new to really taking bodybuilding seriously, so figured I’d introduce myself and share what I’ve been running and what my goals are. I’ve been learning a ton lately and this lifestyle has honestly become an obsession in the best way possible.


34 years old
6’0”
Currently 176 lbs


Little background — I messed around with gear twice in my early 20s. Ran test once and tren once, both short 8 week runs. After that life happened and I basically stopped lifting seriously for almost 10 years.


About 8 months ago I got back into the gym and completely fell in love with the process again.


Current body fat is probably somewhere around 11-14%. My Hume scale has been reading between 10.3-10.6% this week but I know those aren’t perfectly accurate.


Current goal is getting down to around 7-9% body fat by June 1st. That’ll finish off a 12 week cut for me.


Right now I’m 5 weeks into the cut.


Current cycle:


  • 250 mg Test Cyp weekly
  • 2 pins per week
  • Retatrutide 3 mg weekly
  • 2 pins weekly
  • Cardarine 10 mg daily

Before this cut I ran a 16 week bulk at around 500-600 mg Test Sust.


Started the bulk around 164 lbs and got up to 198 at my heaviest.


Once I started cutting and the initial water weight dropped, I went from around 185 down to my current 176.


Diet has been extremely structured during this cut:


  • 185-200g protein daily
  • 40-50g fats
  • Rest of calories from carbs

Calories:


  • 1800-2000 on regular training days
  • 1900-2200 on leg days
  • 1800-1900 on rest days

Protein and fats stay pretty consistent. Mostly just manipulating carbs depending on output and training.


Supplements are basic:


  • Men’s multivitamin
  • Krill oil

So far I haven’t had any nipple sensitivity or gyno issues whatsoever.


One thing I know I need to improve on is bloodwork. I’ve honestly always been the type to avoid doctors, but I know that’s stupid if I’m going to take this seriously long term. I already scheduled a basic panel through Kaiser and I’m planning to get full hormone bloodwork through a third party as well.


Progress so far has honestly been insane for me. I started this whole thing pretty lean but definitely skinny-fat with very little muscle maturity.


For work I’m a union drywall foreman, so I burn a ton of calories every day on the job, but I’m still training hard 6 days a week for around 1.5 hours per session.


Current split:
Monday — Chest/Biceps
Tuesday — Back/Shoulders/Triceps
Wednesday — Legs
Thursday — Rest
Friday — Chest/Shoulders
Saturday — Back/Arms
Sunday — Legs


I’d appreciate any advice from some of the more experienced guys here. I genuinely love this lifestyle already and I know I’ve barely scratched the surface when it comes to learning.


Current plan is dropping down to 200 mg Test Cyp this week and cruising/cutting until July 1st.


After that I’m thinking about doing a lean rebound bulk for around 16 weeks. Possibly:


  • 400 mg Test
    with either:
  • NPP
    or
  • Primo

Would definitely appreciate some insight there from guys who’ve run either.
Damn bro you look way bigger than 176lbs at 6ft tall. Really big and lean. You got some serious delts in you. Slapping up all that sheetrock overhead has really done wonders for your delts.

If you're going on a bulk after this NPP is definitely the better choice. I'm a hyper responder to NPP and the strength boost I got from it was nuts. After my first injection I added around 5 reps to ever movement. Way better than Tren for me.

If you ran 300 test and 300 NPP to start you might find you don't even need to progress up from there. Depending how you eat and train you could expect to add a really good amount of muscle without too much fat like that.

You said you're a "union foreman"...you sure you still remember which side of the drill to hold haha

Thought you were just gonna run a TRT cycle and get even more lean. It was a really good strategy but who cares. You're already lean. Time to pack on some more muscle

You should get some really great results from it and it's fairly manageable. You'd wanna get 25mg of Proviron in the everyday to keep the PP strong

Low dosing Tren on the end of your cut is like a treat to yourself to reward how hard you’ve pushed or at least that’s how I view it lol
A month of cutting is hard work right....you earned that treat I say. Next time just start with the treat because you deserve it lol. I think I heard Oprah say that once and she's never given bad advice right
