egg protein

its a very pure form of protein but you MUST watch the sodium on egg protein bro... that's the only drawback is that it contains far more sodium than any other protein... you can definitely use it but i would not in extreme amounts... check out whey to build muscle and www.n2bm.com for your daily protein supplementation... its not only great for pre and post workout but also as an excellent meal replacement as well...

Egg protein is good, but like said use it in moderation. I would use whey to build muscle for most of your shakes

Egg protein is great. I eat 7-8 whites a day but also use whey to build muscle to supplement my food intake of protein.
 
I like to Drink Egg Whites from either MuscleEgg or Egg White International.
But Egg Whites Naturally have about 400 Mg of Sodium per 1 Cup, which will Yield about 26 Grams of Protein........................... JP

I use to Buy Dried Egg Whites from Rose Acre Farms, but the Price for 10 Lbs. has become Astronomical.
What Cost about $80 ~ 5 years ago, is now around $158.
Prices continue to be Volatile.
 
I put 4 raw eggs in every shake. however I have read and heard that uncooked eggs are only 50% bio-avail. Doesn't make sense to me but, I guess the heat does some weird shit with science and math and words.

i also mix in the Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, tbsp p nut butter (natural) Finally have my intake up to 175-200 gm a day
Starting to feel really good with that and my TRT...really cleaned up my diet...Finally :)
 
I love egg protein, in all it's forms. Boiled egg whites at night, egg whites for breakfast, and my shake is half soy milk half almond milk Greek yogurt liquid pasteurized egg whites and whey to build muscle. Good stuff.

I boiled some egg whites in apple cider vinegar..with some cayenne pepper...i thought it pretty good!
 
Great source of protein but you need few diff sources
 
Just finished shake with 2 cups of eggwhites. I feel it works decent as a post workout but prob best preworkout and throughout the day.

I use muscle egg, cake batter flavored egg whites, buy like 3 gallons at a time. I also supplement that with whey protein, usually ON gold standard.
 
Does anyone have any likes or dislikes with Jym protien from Jim Stoppani? It has 4 different types of protien including egg. I know it blends well and taste good.
 
I love Jym protein. It is the best tasting protein ever and a good profile. I just couldn't afford it since it only comes in 4lb bags for the same price as everyone's 5lb.

JP have you tried the cake batter flavor muscle egg? Which is your favorite?

I haven't tried any of the Flavors.
I use the Egg Whites before bed when I'm cutting, so I don't like any Flavors.
But I have heard from a couple people that they like the Flavored ones..................................... JP

I've been using Egg Whites for a long time before Muscleegg came on the Scene, so I just always had them plain.
Or sometimes I would mix them into something else if it was during the day.
 
Yeah I started on plain old egg whites you buy at walmart for example. Plain they almost taste like milk if you drink it cold enough. :D I personally love the flavored versions, it's like a treat instead of a task.
 
i have been thinking about trying egg proteins. is anyone taking this and have some feedback on it?


I like to mix whole egg protein and egg white protein about 25% / 75% . you can buy the bulk powders and mix them to meet your caloric needs. Whole egg protein has much more fats than egg whites.
 
Many years ago when I was heavy into the body building I also only ate egg whites (along with other protein sources of course). However, at my gym the Canadian men's over 45 (or whatever age it was) told me that he ate 12 full eggs a day ED for 30 some years. He said every body is afraid of the cholesterol but unless you have a problem with cholesterol there is nothing to fear. I took his advise and started eating 12 FULL eggs a day as well. 6 months later went in for full blood work and the doctor said the numbers could not be any better. Ever since then I never separated another egg. I still eat 3 - 10 eggs every single day with no blood work issues.

Are you guys worried about the cholesterol or the calories? Just curious.
