This is my first time posting here. I'm 34 yrs old guy and trying to lose body fat, gain lean muscle and I wanted your feedback. I'm currently on TRT as my test was 80ng/dl. I have been working out for the last 2 years but wasn't making gains to my expectations and was always lethargic, exhausted. Anyway I've been on TRT since Jan 2014 and I feel a little better already, this is what the doc has me on
150mg test cyp/ week
Hcg/ 2x week
.25mg ananstrozole/2x week.
I used be 36% body fat 2 years ago, Nov 2013 I was 24% body fat, and as of last week 19.5% body fat.
My waist has gone from a 39 down to 30. I'm not a big guy I'm just 5'9 @ 167lbs.
Btw, I lift 4 days/ week and walk 2-3 miles everyday, I injured my ankle and knee from a motorcycle accident and haven't been able to run for the last 5 months, I'm just starting to run again.
I've started the evolutionary diet this week and was also wondering if there is any compounds I should consider to help me drop body fat at a faster rate. I'm just frustrated w/ this sheet of bodyfat that I can never seem to get rid off. Do you think I should get on sarms or just keep doing what I'm doing until I get to may be 15% body fat before considering anything?

Weight: 167lbs
Body fat: 19.5%
Currently on TRT:
150mg test cyp/ week
Hcg/ 2x week
.25mg ananstrazole/2x week.
4-6 meals /day.
