Simply drink a cup of warm water with the juice from half a lemon added to it each morning on an empty stomach. For best results, do not add salt or sugar. I also ad a teaspoon of RAW HONEY. It has to be raw. The honey will add a ton more health benifits as well making this a powerful good tasting beverage. If you want to go a step further if you have Hypertension or pre-hypertension you can add a cap full of onion juice. This will make it taste aweful and can give bad breadth but it will really help.

the true lemon packets are the same size as sugar packets, so they can be taken every where and dont have to worry about them spoiling.

I would say 2 things about the True Lemon.

1) If you're sure that it's the Current Formula, and not the prior with the Soy in it.

2) If for some reason, your on a Dessert Island that doesn't have Fresh Lemons.

Then yes it could substitute.

I don't know of an Area on This Planet, where you couldn't get Fresh Lemons.

Fresh is Always Superior to anything else.....................................................................JP

Nice write up JP! I take a gallon jug with me everywhere with cut lemons in it.
But I have to be honest I buy them from the store and never thought about the rhine holding pesticides looks like I gotta change up a bit.
