I think it's interesting no one asked what exactly xdarren's goals are. xdarren you mentioned running and swimming. Are you trying to increase strength and performance with gear? Or are you more interested in getting lean, cut and looking good at the beach?
If athletic performance does anyone remember "State Plan 14.25," the East German secret policy directing the use of turinabol for it's Olympic athletes? East Germany absolutely dominated the sport of swimming for close to two decades due to the secret use of tbol. In 1976 runner Waldemar Cierpinsk was virtually unknown when he entered the 1976 Olympic marathon, which he won. He dropped out of sight, and then reappeared 4 years later in the 1980 Olympics and won his second straight marathon.
So if it were me, I'd go with tbol for swimming and running performance

If getting cut is your goal, then I would go with var. I have never used GW but it sounds like from what Dylan is saying 60mg ED of var would be ideal in combination. I tend to be moderately conservative with my doses but var is one I like to ramp from 75mg to 100mg ED for 10-12 weeks. 50mg works especially stacked with tren, but at 100mg (for a male of course) is where the magic happens.
