She said after I dropped the high dosage of blood thinners and moved to a lower dose it should be. The clot and the pulmonary embolism were caused by me hitting my elbow on the door frame so she said it shouldn’t be an issue moving forward. However, I do see the pulmonologist on Friday. Yeah for sure brother. I’m trying to avoid injuries at all costs.Be careful increasing weights on shoulder movements too fast. Ice your shoulders and stretch really good over the next few weeks. Give the tendons and ligaments a chance to heal and build.

My strength is really coming back considerably faster than I anticipated. I also feel my size has gone back to similar to what it was before my injuries quite expeditiously. If it persists, I may speak to the ceo and see if I can work 3 days a week so I can focus more on my training. Or I may just embrace training full time and maybe pick up a couple clients at the gym. Not sure at this moment, but how things are now isn’t sustainable.

I got a little over 8 hours of sleep, which was really nice. I forgot to update yesterday that I say my doctor. She said all my labs were in normal range and looking good. Also, all my diagnostic testing and imaging was spot on, so no heart enlargement, kidney issues or liver problems. So that really reassures me. Anyway, today I just lounged around and got in some much needed rest. Gonna do a bit of meal prepping tomorrow so I’ll have more grill photos up.

For the most part, they just want to know all the information to make the best informed decision regarding your health. However, I’ll also say I would build rapport with your doctor, it goes a long way in terms of health and ped use.great job checking in with your doctor

Last night I hardly got any sleep at all. Maybe 2 or 3 hours. This woman was crazy, kept me up all night. Anyway, had an ok workout today. I felt a bit sluggish, but I did manage to get all my reps in. I’ve also decided that with the knee and the disparities between my quad sizes, I’m going to compete in men’s physique only next spring. If by some odd chance things drastically change, I’ll probably do classic physique as well. I’ve been going back and forth about a winter bulk and I’ve decided after advice from a few people that I’m gonna go ahead if my doctor give me the green light. However, it will be a very clean bulk with short esters because I’ll have to go into contest prep a few months after. I’ll post up layout for the planned bulk after this post.
