I wish I could brother, but that was one of the stipulations for me eating meat again. I can’t eat over 30g saturated fat a day or 300g cholesterol. So I try to get the most foods in that I can within my parameters.

She said after I dropped the high dosage of blood thinners and moved to a lower dose it should be. The clot and the pulmonary embolism were caused by me hitting my elbow on the door frame so she said it shouldn’t be an issue moving forward. However, I do see the pulmonologist on Friday. So I’ll be sure and get their advice on it as well.
 
Got another great workout in this morning. Feeling really good after. I also did 30 minutes in the sauna again.

Be careful increasing weights on shoulder movements too fast. Ice your shoulders and stretch really good over the next few weeks. Give the tendons and ligaments a chance to heal and build.

My strength is really coming back considerably faster than I anticipated. I also feel my size has gone back to similar to what it was before my injuries quite expeditiously. I got a little over 8 hours of sleep, which was really nice. I forgot to update yesterday that I say my doctor. She said all my labs were in normal range and looking good. Also, all my diagnostic testing and imaging was spot on, so no heart enlargement, kidney issues or liver problems. So that really reassures me. Anyway, today I just lounged around and got in some much needed rest. Gonna do a bit of meal prepping tomorrow so I’ll have more grill photos up.

Yeah, I just had some labs done myself. I posted them up around two weeks ago. Really good numbers, around 28.9 if I remember correctly.

Yeah, I find it a bit strange why people won’t keep their doctor in the loop. They are medical professionals not police. For the most part, they just want to know all the information to make the best informed decision regarding your health. However, I’ll also say I would build rapport with your doctor, it goes a long way in terms of health and ped use.

I got around 8 hours of sleep in. Today my diet was absolutely terrible and I also had around 5 glasses of wine, but man was it a great day. I was out downtown walking around and bumped into this lady, we had lunch, walked and talked, dinner and then back to my place for the evening. So my diet was far from what it should have been, plus the wine didn’t help. Sure was fun though. Anyway, back to training and 100% on diet tomorrow.

Last night I hardly got any sleep at all. Maybe 2 or 3 hours. This woman was crazy, kept me up all night. Anyway, had an ok workout today. I felt a bit sluggish, but I did manage to get all my reps in. I’ve also decided that with the knee and the disparities between my quad sizes, I’m going to compete in men’s physique only next spring. If by some odd chance things drastically change, I’ll probably do classic physique as well. I’ve been going back and forth about a winter bulk and I’ve decided after advice from a few people that I’m gonna go ahead if my doctor give me the green light. However, it will be a very clean bulk with short esters because I’ll have to go into contest prep a few months after. I’ll post up layout for the planned bulk after this post.

@Boxcutter very honest I really dont believe you should bulk seeing your last health complication, why not full recomp?
example using anadrol with increase rbc might mess with your regular bloods and 10 IUs hgh thats going to increase all sorts of sides

why not stick to primobolan, masteron, testosterone, light hgh? :)

I’m even sure I’ll get to run it. That’s just what I want to run. My doctor may say no cycle period or possibly but only low dose and no orals. Whatever she says is ok is what I’ll do. I trust her judgement.

Why the varied amount over the week?
It is pretty much a repetitive pattern, except the npp was replaced with sustanon two of the days. It will also be short estered so I can get it out of my system quickly if I need to for health reasons.

I also forgot to mention that I like to keep my injections 2ml and under so I don’t have to plan certain injections on certain days.

Also, @Npcclassicphysique champ made a good point about the anadrol, so it likely won’t make it into the cycle if I do end up getting to run it.

Labs from last week

My doctor said she was very pleased with all my labs, especially considering what I’ve been through the last month or so. I still have to see a couple specialists before she will make a determination on me cycling this fall/winter.

Last night I got around 7 hours of sleep in. This morning I had a pretty good workout. I did drop the hack squats this leg day due to a knee ache. I got hungry for some sushi this afternoon so I went and had a pretty good amount. Spent the rest of the day outside or in the pool.



PEDs:

120lb single leg extensions 2x9
415lb single leg press 2x15
180lb lying leg curl 2x9

6 pc yellowtail in soy

1 eel & salmon roll

Post workout meal



2 cup unsweet almond milk
25 gram whey protein
30 gram pea protein
30 gram brown rice protein

2 tbsp hemp seeds



Side note:


I did 30 minutes in the sauna post workout and then iced the knee later at home.

I didn’t get much sleep last night. I saw the lady I met downtown the other day again. Probably around 5 hours tops. Luckily, today was a much needed rest day. I plan on doing just that all day. I’m sure I’ll probably get in the pool at some point.

I managed to get in a solid 8 hours last night. I really needed it after the night prior. However, I must be a glutton for punishment cause now she’s coming again tomorrow, lol. Had a great workout this morning. I was feeling very strong, I could have easily added more weight to all lifts.
