Approved Log My first cycle: Testosterone, Deca, Napsgear Geneza Pharma Cycle Log

Today was arms and shoulders.
3 sets dumbbell press
3 sets cable arm extensions
3 sets delt flys
3 sets tricep extensions
Super set military press and shoulder lifts
3 sets rope cable curls
Super set of skull crushers into standing bicep curls
Finished with 3 sets weight assisted close grip dips

Currently eating right at maintenance with 200 grams of protein daily to maintain the recomp.

Only a week into the cycle. Still too early to tell. I’m working on quality reps right now rather than ego lifting.

Diet is solid. Not going to post anything here about diet besides calorie intake and protein. Everything I’m doing is going better than expected. I have a personal trainer and nutritionist I work with weekly.

1 Week Update

Week one is down and I’m really liking the results. I can see a visual body comp in progress and my body is starting to firm up and the fat melting away. I honestly didn’t” think I’d see visual results in such a short time but the evidence undeniable.

Weight I’m only down 1 pound but waist has decreased about 1.5 inches. There has been no side effects as of yet. I’m curious to see how my body will change as the Deca kicks in.

Second time I’ve been advised to fast on gear. Jay Cutler said it best, the problem with the internet is it gives everyone a voice.
@Mr.GoodKat actually fasting is crucial to clean out your digestion, even on gear
why not? if you have a 16 hour fast will clean out the clogged protein

and while I respect Jay Cutler, he's not a source of info, he has AMAZING genetics not the one to give advice to normal guys

So I am assuming your going 10 weeks on cycle and then 6 weeks TRT with Sust? Then you will do another cycle right? Your sex drive should be good. The HGH will help as well. I assume you're taking Cialis? If not you need to get some. HGH, Test, and Cialis will make you a porn star. Add in a small dose of Masteron and your wife will be in pain.

Still running about a 500 calorie deficit but getting anywhere from 200-250 grams of protein daily.

Current weight 220

Doing hypertrophy 3-4 days a week and 1 hour cardio 3-4 days a week, split every other day.

End of this week I am going to drop dbol. Introduce masteron and up dosages to.
Test 500, Deca 375 Mast 500

Let’s get it.

Current weight 220

Do you even know how many carbs I’m eating? I do 5 hours of zone 2 cardio a week on days I don’t lift. I’m not doing cardio in lift days
@Mr.GoodKat just looking at your pictures I can see water retention, likely related to higher carb intake :) so to lean out you need to cut carbs a bit clearly
I train many clients so I can tell easy.

I am eating no more than 50 grams of carbs per day. Im pretty sure the water retention is from elevated aromatized estrogen. That’s why I’m dropping dbol and adding masteron. I will get blood work done end of the week.

I just clicked on the link and it redirected me to genezadirect.org but the address on the bottom of the banner looks like the fake address. I can’t remember how I stumbled upon the fake site but my apologies for thinking you were advertising this. Clever scammers. But at least now we know that that site is fake

I don’t have fake gear, it was verified. I ordered it from NapsGear and order was verified by genezadirect. Sorry for the confusion

The website you're talking about is the imposter website that is - genazapharmaceuticals.com

It is scam site. Genaza - correct brand name is Geneza

No thanks. This is my log and I’m not providing details. I made that mistake early on. If I’m going to stay on the path I need to do this without multiple people telling me to do multiple things. I honestly bet that’s why there are so many abandoned logs. Consistent commitment is the key and I’m not deviating. I have lost almost 4 inches on my waist in 3 weeks while building muscle mass. You are welcome to follow along, not trying to sound like a dick but I didn’t ask for any advice. If it comes to the point where I need advice or have questions I will be sure to reach out and ask.
 
Some guys might try and offer tips along the way, for the most part alot of people just ask to share as much detail as possible so the ones following along can see what you are up to with the journey.

Plus people for whatever reason lurk but never post or comment, you could be helping alot of people and not even know it.

You run the log how you see fit, offen times guys stop posting or logging because they got overwhelmed on cycle or in life.

@Mr.GoodKat to be honest you are coming off very negative, but I've been nothing but positive with you. I just asked you to share as someone who supports you and wants you to do well on your journey. :) EVO family always has support for you, no matter what direction you take.

Monday High Intensity Chest Arms
One hour zone 2 Cardio in evening, abs
Tuesday High Intensity Back Shoilders
One Hour Zone 2 Cardio in the evening, abs
Wednesday Off
Thursday Legs
One Hour Zome 2 Cardio in the evening, abs
Friday Flow day, low intensity complete body

Another touchdown from NapsGear. These guys are the absolute best! Always fast turn around and A1 packaging. Adding Mast in at 500mg, I am a high converter of estrogen so I’m hoping this helps regulate a little bit and increases the availability of free test so I can get the absolute most out of my cycle. Still no sides besides a little high estrogen but I have both Arimidex and Aromosin on hand if things get whack but at 12.5mg of Aromosin EOD it seems the be keeping it at bay. So probably going to cut the cycle at 12 weeks since I’m pushing the dosages. My updated dosages are Test 600, Deca 450, Mast 500. Plan on pushing this for 8 weeks until the cycle ends.

@Mr.GoodKat geneza pharma from napsgear is hot, super nice delivery :) very clean bottles.

On the estrogen situation, if you have aromasin 12.5mgs eod should be fine, but always have tamoxifen on hand.
This will be a big push lets see you take it to the next level here.
